The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have purchased several refurbed iPhones from them and they helped us move our data to the new phones, and they replaced one of the several batteries we purchased, at no charge, when it had an issue. The only issue we had was an attempt to repair an older cell phone; the phone had a cracked screen, but was still working - the screen is still cracked, and the phone now doesn't work at all. I wouldn't recommend them for repairs, but in buying quality refurbished gear, they are great. read more

A couple weeks ago the phone just started shutting off and the battery would be dead. they warrantied my battery and gave me helpful information as to reasons this could be happening. The guys there are great! I brought my iPhone 7 to be repaired because the home bottom was not functioning and I couldn't access anything. I thought for sure I would of needed a new iPhone. I left my phone there to be fixed and just minutes after I left, I get a call from Mobile Mania stating that it was fixed. They are the cell phone doctors! I cracked my phone around Christmas time, 2022, and I took it to this place to get it fixed. I dropped off my phone and they told me it would be about a 3 hour wait. I do not live in Lake City so i had to kill time. I go back 3 hours later and they told me they need another hour. So I go back in an hour later and they tell me that they just realized they can't fix it because they need a specific part. So they had just now, after 4 hours, finally looked at my phone and realized I had wasted a whole day, and I had already paid $100 for the repair. (DO NOT PAY AHEAD OF TIME!!!) So about 2 weeks later I call them and ask if I can bring my phone in the next day and if they have the part I need. They confirmed both of those statements. So I go in the next day and they tell me it's going to take all day, even though I called the day before and they told me they would only need an hour. They said that they had a bunch of other orders, but they special ordered a part for me, but they still wouldn't prioritize my phone. Then we asked for a refund but they said they could not give me a full refund because they purchased the part for me. So finally, in March I had time to go back and get it fixed. Prior to going again, I called again to make sure they had my part and they confirmed. I go in at 12:15 p.m., drop my phone off and they tell me it's going to be about 2 hours to fix it. So about 3 and a half hours later, I made sure to give them extra time, I go back in and they haven't even started working on it. I'm obviously furious because I can't leave my phone with them over the weekend, and they took almost 4 hours to do nothing with my phone. We complained and then they asked for about an hour to fix my phone. So I waited inside the building, and 20 minutes later they come out with my phone. It only took them 20 minutes to fix the phone they asked 3 hours for. But I got there only 15 minutes after they open. There is no way that many people could've gotten there before me. Very disappointed in this place, the people were nice but not efficient or considerate of me or my time. read more

I cracked my phone and went here to get it fixed. 1 month later, my screen was coming off ( wobbly ). Today I went to go get it fixed, and the man didn't even start on my phone until we asked if it was ready. Which was at 6:55pm ( 5 minutes before closing time ). 5 minutes later, he presented my phone to me. How do you replace a screen in 5 minutes? You don't. So I come to find that my phone screen is still flimsy, my screen protector is still in the then same position, bubbles and all, and that all he could've possibly done was glue my screen down, or something of the sort. The owner took my IPhone that I had reported stolen. He took it and kept it. He gave the guy that had it over $75 worth of equipment: a new phone, minutes etc. When I called him, he told me that he saw that it was stolen, took it, and "parted it out." I called the police. I was headed to meet with the police to sign an affidavit. Then, Lo! and behold!- he called and said he had my phone, intact... not parted out. Wow! DO NOT go there!! read more

I hate to give even one star. A friend suggest I take my phone that had a cracked screen here.I was able to get my phone same day the only good thing about this business. I went to my car to send a text I had brightness issue and screen flicking on and off went right back to the store where the owner all but told me to bad. They claim to give a 30 day warranty that is a LIE. I came home called square trade so glad I have them they called to make sure the 30. Days was correct and asked me to please try the store again that maybe I just got a rude sales person turns out it was the owner. I showed the tech what my phone was done he went to the back shut door came out said it was perfect still messed up I told hi that sometimes even new parts can be bad he refused to do anything other then hold the phone I asked for them to replace the part they refused again. I then called square trade again they took care of the whole problem I just hate an honest company has to pay double to local crooks!!!!!!! I had to others come in behind me with complaints to bad she already had charged my card before I got to test phone!!!!! Also have noticed most reviews have photos of people that were in the store working :( read more
