I told him i would do it myself but he said if I cancel now I couldn't add a new line for 90 days! So I paid the fee. They didn't offer a refund, a line credit, or even a simple apology. I even thought he did such a great job that I sent my fiancé to get a new phone and IPad as well! When I returned home and reviewed my bill I realized that the $50 phone case that he said "was on him" as well as the screen protector he put on the phone AND magnetic charger that I said I wouldn't use because I have a credit card pouch on the back of my phone were all charged to my account (approx $150). Upon hearing this, my fiancé took these items back to the store. Furthermore, the guy talked me into a new Iphone 14 and made it sound like there were tons of discounts if I traded in my IPhone 13. It appears to me that I now owe $1,400 and therefore received nothing for my phone that was almost paid off. It's all just a play of numbers. .. Fast forward 11 days and I still have not received my IPad. I called the store and a different representative told me it hasn't even been shipped yet! I asked him to just keep it and refund my money and he stated that he cannot. That I must wait until it's shipped and then come back to the store to return it! Why should I have to wait to receive this item then bring it back for a refund when it's still in Verizon's possession? These guys are crooks!! Be very careful!

My bill arrived and surprise, I was being charged for them and locked into a 36 month contract, the store personnel also told me that Verizon would waive the activation fees which Verizon would not. I had 2 hours of discussions on the phone yesterday with corporate and was told to take the I Pads back to this store and they would accept the return, which this morning they told me no way they would take them back. Now I am back on with corporate wasting more time because what I was told did not match what actually happened. Some people would call that a lie. Avoid this store if you want my opinion and Verizon for that matter. I am an 8 year customer with multiple lines and they treat you like you are stupid. You've been warned.
