    Super disappointed that my online Best Buy open box order of a Sony bluetooth turntable that was supposed to be in "Excellent - All Parts Included" condition arrived missing key parts and is unusable. I reach out to chat with a Best Buy "customer service" agent and Victor tells me I need to go into a Best Buy location to see if they have the parts my player is missing. What? I ordered this unit online and it was supposed to be in basically new condition with all of its parts. But now I have to make the situation correct? This is nonsense. I will never order open box again. Best Buy didn't take any accountability. The player is missing the lid and also some type of piece that covers the top of the player. When you open the box, you can see the guts. There is a diagram for assembly on the box, but no parts to be assembled. Product received not as described. Online chat service, awful. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me when I called 972-874-0965 and nobody ever answered.

    How I feel I was treated when trying to work wither so call Covid overlay.

    Geek squad is ran by teenagers that can help maybe elderly people but talk to people that have sense about technology with respect!

    Worst. the old man working would not let me enter the store…read more.. As I got out of the car a elderly couple just entered the store and as i approached the door the employee working immediately shut the door on me and locked it. with customers inside the store. Inside side the store it was just one employee (old man) and customers. I'm not sure why this occurred but I will not jump into conclusions Just wanted to say I am not a man that writes reviews or anything this just had to be said.

Despite being the only customer in the store I received zero acknowledgment from either of the two employees. No, "How are you today? Can I help you find anything?" I approached them and said "Hello", and described what I was looking for. The older man volunteered to show me where the irons and accessories were. He informed me that the tips change every 2 years and that they wouldn't have one to fit my iron. I was fine with that and decided, since I only use the iron every 2 years or so, that I would go ahead and buy a new one and an extra tip for the new one in case I lost the tip again. The old man must not have understood, because he continued to tell me about how the manufacturers change the tips every couple of years. I attempted again, to tell him of the decision I had made about my purchase which would have left the information he was giving me, over and over, a moot point. He just couldn't seem to understand that I would be purchasing a new iron AND spare tips for that new iron. I made a final attempt to clarify what I needed to which he replied, "Well, what I'm trying to tell you! If YOU'LL listen..." and then proceeds to tell me the same information AGAIN! His tone was seething with condescension and utter disrespect. I was trying not to lose my temper but was pretty sure he threw a "Buddy" in there. As he was trying to walk away, I said to him that he needed to look up the products he had IN STOCK and tell me which of the spare tips, IN STOCK, would match. He did...finally. I purchased what I came in for although now I wish I'd taken my money elsewhere. It seems that their policy is "argue and berate until the customer helps themselves or leaves" which leaves me wondering how they're still in business. Lesson learned, I will never shop at Radioshack again.

Today ,…read moreI had the misfortune of an unethical person pretending to be Geek Squad tell me I had big problems and I needed them to remove my IP address from public view.we were on the phone almost 6 hours today.After being told I had an infected pc, I needed to pay them to fix it. We did find out we were transferred to someone who is apparently working with an outsider to scam and declare a major problem and wants to charge $400 to $600 to fix. I need to speak with corporate because this is destroying their business.

Every time I call I am on hold almost an hour, one person laughed at me and then disconnected me. We bought a $4000 wall oven that was defective when delivered, it is a month later and we are still trying to get it replaced. One outsourced installation team came with the replacement (along with a new washer and dryer), they were not qualified to install the ovens. A replacement was supposed to be installed within 48 hours. We never heard from them. Another 45 minute phone hold time and service was set up for after 12 pm today. I get a phone call at 7:30 this morning that the install team is on their way and do we have the oven? Meanwhile the warehouse has no idea where the first replacement oven is and won't schedule installation until "that ticket updates". So here we sit with a defective oven wondering if I will even be able to cook Thanksgiving dinner (it is July). NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! GO TO NEBRASKA FURNITURE IR A REPUTABLE APPLIANCE STORE!
