Michael responded to my quote request really quickly and fit me in during a busy holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. He walked me through the process, worked fast, and was very thorough. Before I left, he double checked everything like FaceTime and Face ID to make sure it was all working perfectly. He even added a screen protector for free and would not accept a tip, even though I tried (I still did for the superior service!). Super friendly, great conversation, and his shop was clean and welcoming (plus he has a cute dog named Angel). He also cleaned my whole phone, including the case. He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store. I have not been to a cell phone repair shop before but felt comfortable right away. While in there several repeat customers came in to get their phone repaired! When he says, "15 mins." it is REALLY 15 minutes. My iPhone 8 had died & I had been without a phone for over 24 hours and was beyond panicked! I walked out of there within 35 minutes with a new phone, all data moved over and an accessory for just over $300! I highly recommend!!

I'm writing this review because the owner of the store was unwilling to look at my phone without charging me again for the questionable work that he performed on it. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.

When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up.
