D.H had a situation here tonight. The sales associate refused to sell D.H a phone because she said it would take too long to activate and she wanted to go home. (We were next in her line at the booth as she helped the guys in front of us) SHE LIED. What she DIDN'T know is...my DH was an Ops Mgr for Best Buy for years AND also worked for our carrier so he knows EXACTLY how long it ACTUALLY takes to do an activation. He also said he'd activate it later, he just wanted to purchase it and she still refused. D.H was aggravated to say the least. The manger Dell, took care of the him after DH was informed. He didn't tell Dell about his background, just info about the situation and he resolved it in 2 minutes. What gets me is that someone who didn't know better would've just took her at her word and left. Thats poor customer service on HER part. Doubt if he ever sees this but thank you Dell.

Todd the store Manager and most of his staff was rude and unprofessional. I was denied a return that was within the return period and policy, the energy of the this business considering the consistent negative reviews and complaints, signifies the a fast demise of bestbuy. If you fail at customer service, you fail as a business. This review is for the Management, Staff, Store location and Bestbuy as a business.

If I can give a zero star I will do that, this guy is a big liar he took half of my deposit…read more(that's $6100) promised me he can get my walkin boxes done in two week, when two weeks arrives I called he told me very soon so I trusted him, then another week goes by I called him again (a Friday) he said will come install it the next Thesday so I believed him said that's fine. But when that day comes I can't reach him ,finally after a few days he calls me back said his employees made a mistake so they need to redo it and he promise will get it done fast.... OK I understand everyone make mistakes. But after all this thing keeps going on and on after 2 month I want him give me my deposit back. And now he doesn't want pay back my deposit and want see me in court. Don't ever trust this guy, he can say a lot good things but not going to do it.

In our early conversations he was very responsive often responding in under 20 minutes while also frequently mentioning that he needed to know asap if we were gonna order the walk-in because he was about to start a new job. After he cashed our deposit check he suddenly became unresponsive, it was then that we noticed the numerous negative reviews online and immensely regretted choosing him. When we finally got a hold of him we asked for our money back and he claimed he already bought the parts but would sell them and pay us back at a later date. He then said he could pay us $500 week until we were paid back. Since then he has completely stopped texting back and our calls ring once then go to voicemail.
