When I walked into the Verizon store last night, I definitely did not expect to leave with a brand new iPhone 6 - but I did! Robert was incredibly helpful explaining the upgrade offer and broke down my additional monthly costs for the new phone. Aaron processed the order very quickly and once we made the decision to upgrade, I was out within 15 minutes. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Verizon location to anyone who is fed up with long waits, unhelpful and uncourteous staff and just wants to have their problem fixed quickly and with a smile! Great athmosphere in this store. I switched from a diffrent company to verizon wireless at this location and was very happy that I chose this store. Got the best discounts and promotions i could have ever asked for. I came here with my boyfriend to get on a family plan and get a new phone. This store is well put and the rep that helped us, Robert, was very knowledgeable and able to guide us through it with such ease. Also, he was the only one there dealing with 3 different customers at once but his multi-task skills were evident. Do not but any Kyocera phones from this store. If you decide to move to another provider, the phone will not work. The Verizon store has a network lock on it and refuses to give the unlock pin. This quote from the Kyocera company that made the phones for Verizon is: "Verizon has the unlock code and they must give it to you". Verizon continues to deny having a code. I now have a phone that I paid good money for that will not work. read more

The best Verizon store in Brooklyn. Last time I upgraded my line I went to the corporate store on kings highway and waited for over on hour to talk a sales rep. At this store no wait and most importantly honesty. Got myself and iPhone 6 and a free case (paid 30$$$ at the corporate store). They are the best in Brooklyn will come back next year.
