I love this store, its on the corner of brighton 7th, the q and brain trains go there it is so…read moreconvenient when you walk in there are lounge seats for the waiting area if there is a long line, there is at least 5 sales reps available so the line moves quick I decided to switch to t mobile from sprint because tmobile has great service, no interest on the installment plan from month to month, no contract either, and data stash when you trade in your phone, you can get credit towards your new phone, yuriy was able to get me 65 dollars for my iphone which made a difference I didnt come with all the information I needed from my sprint contract, so he was nice enough to call the account holder to get me all the info I needed, yuriy is patient and does all the dirty work for you, even if it means yelling at your ex lol he was able to answer my five million questions, he explained how the plan works, what I owe upfront and what I owe in the future for the next few months, within 4-5 months I can have my phone paid off he also gave me some tips, such as using insurance to upgrade to a newer model for a decent fee he also gave me great advice on what accessories to buy, especially since im clumsy and tend to break stuff quick, he was able to find me a case that was tough and had a screen protector come with it, and being a perfectionist like me he applied the cover and case for me with no problems, who wants air bubbles anyway? he explained how I can get reimbursed for the termination fee with sprint you can just bring in the bill and they will mail you a debit card with $$ to use for whatever you want I also like how he wasn't in a rush to help me, he spent over an hour with me showing me how to get any questions answered in the future with tmobile whether its by dialing 611 or going on the website the look of the store was great too, its huge with sections for accessories, iphones, Samsung phones, very well organized I cant wait to refer the rest of family here, the prices are great, the service is great, and the customer service is fantastic, I had 0 problems thus far.

Props to this guy!! Today I finally went to upgrade my phone and every employee was incredibly welcoming to their customers. Tommy helped me, but I had issues with my old phone and wasn't able to upgrade at that time. But he was patient and kind while waiting for the issues to subside. Learnt that he was promoted to the 18ave T-Mobile store, which is well deserved for him! I came back two hours later when I fixed the issue, and another employee, Julio, helped me. He was great at explaining the price breakdown for me and extremely understanding about the upgrade and transfer process that took over an hour to finish. The store manager (Marlon?) was awesome at making sure the customers were able to find help immediately and with an employee who spoke their language.

I went to this T-Mobile store on 3 separate occasions, once to find out information about plans,…read morethe second time to port over 2 lines, and a third time to port over another 2 lines. Each time I stopped by the staff members were really attentive when dealing with me and were really friendly. The staff looked like they enjoyed what they did so it made the experience amazing. Porting my lines over were quick and painless. Processing my ETF fees were also quick and painless, but the paperwork that the staff needs to fill out is a bit much for a who touts paperless for their customers. However, while the process was painless, getting to a staff member might take a while. When I visited the store, there were usually a lot of people in line or being helped. The store usually had 4-5 people in there, but there wasn't enough staff to handle all the people at the store. I think that's due in part to the popularity of T-Mobile these days so if you do decide stop by the store I recommend visiting it early. Also I wanted to mention that I dealt with Diana and Vinny who took great care of my family and I and I don't normally write reviews on Yelp, but their fantastic customer service compelled me to write this review. If you go to the store, know that these two staff members will take care of you! Overall, this has been a really positive experience!

The next closest branch is only 4 blocks away on 67th Street; which was used to be a Sprint store. The 63rd Street branch is my favorite T-Mobile store and it was there that I got my free beach towel reward in less than a minute. Curious, I decided to checked in to see how the T- Mobile Tuesday rewards was going at this 67th St branch. I could not believe that there was a line half way down the block waiting for their beach towel. The store just opened 35 minutes ago. The beach towel is one of the more popular type of rewards but to wait in the sun on a hot day? There was even a tent set up to distribute the towels. People should think smart and go to the less popular branches instead of waiting in line for their rewards.
