This store is very spacious and they have at least 6 people who are ready to help you. Ron was very helpful with the issues on my account and told me about the reward program from TMobile called T-Mobile Tuesday, where every Tuesday they give an award for just being a customer of their service.How cool is that,huh? I prefer this store over the store in Kings Highway, where there is not enough room for people in the line and people who just want to check the latest smartphones on the display. read more

I came in and Max the representative greeted me, heard what i needed and addressed all of my questions. My family went to this T -Mobile location late Tuesday last week to switch our 5 lines from Verizon. I did not like an idea, can not stand places where you stuck for hours, and, of course, I expected the worst evening. To our surprise, place was nice, clean, cool. And we got am amazing sales person-Edwin! He was really calm, caring, and patient . Edwin is professional and he cares about his customers . He got us the best deal, even stayed after place closed to finish everything. I never been fan of T-Mobil service, but meeting Edwin have changed my opinion . I love this store, its on the corner of brighton 7th, the q and brain trains go there it is so convenient when you walk in there are lounge seats for the waiting area if there is a long line, there is at least 5 sales reps available so the line moves quick I decided to switch to t mobile from sprint because tmobile has great service, no interest on the installment plan from month to month, no contract either, and data stash when you trade in your phone, you can get credit towards your new phone, yuriy was able to get me 65 dollars for my iphone which made a difference I didnt come with all the information I needed from my sprint contract, so he was nice enough to call the account holder to get me all the info I needed, yuriy is patient and does all the dirty work for you, even if it means yelling at your ex lol he was able to answer my five million questions, he explained how the plan works, what I owe upfront and what I owe in the future for the next few months, within 4-5 months I can have my phone paid off he also gave me some tips, such as using insurance to upgrade to a newer model for a decent fee he also gave me great advice on what accessories to buy, especially since im clumsy and tend to break stuff quick, he was able to find me a case that was tough and had a screen protector come with it, and being a perfectionist like me he applied the cover and case for me with no problems, who wants air bubbles anyway? he explained how I can get reimbursed for the termination fee with sprint you can just bring in the bill and they will mail you a debit card with $$ to use for whatever you want I also like how he wasn't in a rush to help me, he spent over an hour with me showing me how to get any questions answered in the future with tmobile whether its by dialing 611 or going on the website the look of the store was great too, its huge with sections for accessories, iphones, Samsung phones, very well organized I cant wait to refer the rest of family here, the prices are great, the service is great, and the customer service is fantastic, I had 0 problems thus far. read more

Reasons you should come to this store: 1. You have too much time on your hands and you are bored. 2. You have too much money and want to get overcharged. 3. You are looking for a legitimate reason to yell at someone. 4. You love talking to customer service reps on the phone trying to understand what the hell you are signed up for. 5. You think the universe hates you and are looking for proof of that. I spent TWO hours in the store with - who else - Boris, straight out of a Bulgakov novel, who wasted my time and then signed me up for an unlimited plan when I specifically told him not to. This dude is a total gem - I can see him accepting under-the-table bribes for the most up-to-date iPhones, and he will do his best to convince you that they made better iPhones in May of 2014 than in June of 2014. I just spent an hour on the phone with T-Mobile trying to figure out what he did. And here's the kicker - I came into the store and knew EXACTLY what I wanted. He still managed to screw up. Thankfully, the parking situation in that neighborhood is terrible during summer months, so hopefully you are having a pleasant experience elsewhere. ANYWHERE. If you do run out of options and have to go to that particular store, just remember - dealing with Boris will take a lot of self-control. Deal with him if you need that exercise. Let me start by saying that this T-Mobile Store is the best run store in the Brooklyn Area! They are well organized, the wait is never long, and the sales reps are wonderful. They really listen to what your needs are and always come up with a solution for your issue. I live in Sheepshead Bay and I've been to every T-Mobile store in Sheepshead Bay, Bensonhurst, Bayridge, and even Flatbush. Non of the stores can compare to how efficiently this store is run. I've never had a smart phone, and decided to inquire about getting one that would be easy to use. A female manager explained that her mother had the same issue and that I should start out with an iPhone because she said it's so user friendly. I decided to make the switch. She was so kind and spent an hr setting up the phone, helping me transfer my contacts from my old phone and she even showed me how to FaceTime which I never did before. I recommend the Brighton Beach T-Mobile to everyone, especially on T-Mobile Tuesday's when they give out all their goodies! read more

I like this store. Very helpful staff conveniently located with street parking available but you might need to spend a few minutes looking for parking. The staff is very knowledgeable in the product and services that they are selling. Had an issue with my service and went into the store, spoke to a very nice gentleman his name was Vlad and he stated that he is the store manager. He helped me with my issue really quick and everything went very smooth. It was to my surprise because when i went to the TMobile store near my house the manager was kind of rude and staf were not as pleasant as in this particular location. This is now me new store to go to and i will be sending all my friends there as well. read more

Earlier today November 1, 2014: If i was able to put no stars trust me i would have. I worked with Boris and in the store everything seemed fine until i notice he put the wrong plan which of course was a higher plan that what i wanted. I noticed and told him to correct. Supposedly he corrected it. I receive my bill and guess what he lied and never corrected.so he cant do anything i have to call tmobile directly to fix his lies. I never received my $50 giff card in the mail for trading a phone. I have to go back and supposedly he fixed it again. Again i only received $25 "ReFer A Friend "did not receive the full $50. To make matters worse i purchased a brand new phone a little over a month ago in and i clearly showed the manager david how there are notes stored in my phone iphone 5s still from april of 2014. There were also explicit pictures stored in my phone from people i dont even know.He tried so hard to convince it must of been in my icloud and had the nerve to tell me im being rude after u sell a used phone,sold me a higher plan, and never gave me my $50 gift card.I never had an apple phone or apple cloud until i purchased this phone. Worse place to ever do business.As far as the refer a friend gift card i would never recommend this place to anyone ever unless u have time constantly have time to hear their lies or hear them act clueless The are professionals at being a con and a liars. Later in afternoon on November 1: I called today to follow up on my gift card and Boris tells me to come for an exchange. Its funny how he wants me to come for an exchange but i personally went to the store earlier today and spoke to David (the manager) to have the used phone exchanged , there wasnt any phone in stock. i switched over from Verizon about 18 months ago to T-Mobile and it was the best decision ever. Verizon was very limited and very expensive. Yury is the sales associate that helped me and my family at this T-Mobile location and i can say through my experience he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! he knows what he is doing and it doesnt matter how small or big the problem is he is there to help no matter what. he takes time with his customers and gets them the best plan available. i tell all my friends about Yury and encourage them to switch over. He is so nice and helpful and will answer all your questions that you may have. Even if you call for him that you have a problem he will show you how to get through it. Spent over an hour of my time but was able to resolve the issue with my phone. Despite the wait time I'm giving this store 5 stars because I had a friendly and professional experience. I thought that I needed to buy new phone and was really upset that I wouldn't be able to get all my pictures from the phone but representative not only fixed the phone but also explained what not to do to prevent this from happening. Yury the sale associate was there to take care of me , without me even asking, he got me a better phone rate (unlimited data everything for two line $100) . I was flattered by how well spoke and professional he was. Nowadays that type of customer service is hard to come by. I wonder if the other reviews that name Bois, if this is the same guy that worked across the street at Verizon Wireless. He was a total waste there so if it's the same guy, I can clearly understand the negative feedback. Well, my experience. I walked into T mobile on a Saturday afternoon. The place was crowded. I just looked around at the phones and tried to figure out all the confusing signs on them and the deals. I never asked for assistance. What I did was get somewhat close to a sales rep who was selling a phone/plan to a guy about the age of 30. The salesman was so pushy with the guy essentially telling him, you take this deal now, or it's gone when you leave the store. That's what he told him, can you figure while I was standing right there. The sales guy was young, aggressive and a turn off. I watched him do his magic as he pushed the customer into a more expensive plan and a more expensive phone. He ushered the guy to the area where he could write up the order. I continued around the store a 2nd time and then I head a big argument... It turns out this guys wife came into the store and was pissed that he just spent 700.00 buck on a new phone and a robust calling plan. She was going wild on this guy and trying to cancel the order, but the sales person insisted that the customer made his decision after the customer and the sales rep discussed the customers needs. The wife went wild again, this time in Spanish to her husband. In the end, he could not get the deal reversed and as it turned out, when the sales person when to give him the phone, they didn't have the phone in stock. I heard all of this by simply being inconspicuous. But the store was crowded enough for me to walk around and listen to various pitches and sales. I had T mobile many years ago for a short while. It sucked. Calls were frequently dropped and sometimes voice mail messages would take 1-2 days to actually end up in voice mail. Now all of that may have changed, but frankly, I got really turned off by the sales people in this store. read more
