Can't believe how people are attracted to a fancy store front and displays. This has always been the popular T-Mobile store in the neighborhood. The next closest branch is only 4 blocks away on 67th Street; which was used to be a Sprint store. The 63rd Street branch is my favorite T-Mobile store and it was there that I got my free beach towel reward in less than a minute. Curious, I decided to checked in to see how the T- Mobile Tuesday rewards was going at this 67th St branch. I could not believe that there was a line half way down the block waiting for their beach towel. The store just opened 35 minutes ago. The beach towel is one of the more popular type of rewards but to wait in the sun on a hot day? There was even a tent set up to distribute the towels. People should think smart and go to the less popular branches instead of waiting in line for their rewards. read more

One guy that I asked for help, Didn't bother to check my phone Thoroughly, and says nothing can be done, only checked my phone for a minute, and sends me to Apple store, he was rude and arrogant, and brushed me off to take care of some one else, a real Jerk!! read more

i am giving 4 stars to this tmobile shop in bensonhurst ,because i got an extra prepaid tmobile brand phone with accessories for under 200 bucks and they threw in 4 months of free service as well. the gentleman who helped me was kind enough to set the phone up for me and it took less then 30 my minutes.this particular phone is my i dont care phone which means people who i deal with rarely get this number and use it mostly for fun or slacking off which is most of day. good job tmobile for selling me a decent phone which wont hurt if i lose it or drop it constantly. read more

I've have been a customer of T-mobile since the company first began. Well, yesterday I went to this location & dealt with the most wonderful young man named John. I am so behind the times with modern technology & he was absolutely amazing. I have an Apple watch that I thought was just destroyed & could never work again. I thought I was going to have to finance a new one, when I really wasn't in the position to do so at this time This extremely patient man took my watch & made it like new again. He saved me money that I didn't have at the moment & I was reminded as to why I've been with this company for so long & never left it. I can not thank John enough for his patience, for teaching me more about my watch & not taking advantage of the situation. Everyone in this store yesterday was just wonderful. It was just the uttermost negative experience I've had in this T-Mobile store when I'd asked about a new phone plan swap. It was a female African American who "assisted" with her legs folded while we asked about the phone plan; her reply was filled with negative attitude and didn't seem too motivated as I asked every question nicely. And she proceeded to redirect us to call T-Mobile tech support instead. If I were to call T-Mobile line for help, Maybe I wouldn't have come to store in person? Like ...seriously? Customer service should not be like this, we didn't start off with a bad attitude. I'm writing this review as this type of attitude should be adjusted and refined to a nicer and more customer-savy type of attitude. read more

I went to this T-Mobile store on 3 separate occasions, once to find out information about plans, the second time to port over 2 lines, and a third time to port over another 2 lines. Each time I stopped by the staff members were really attentive when dealing with me and were really friendly. The staff looked like they enjoyed what they did so it made the experience amazing. Porting my lines over were quick and painless. Processing my ETF fees were also quick and painless, but the paperwork that the staff needs to fill out is a bit much for a who touts paperless for their customers. However, while the process was painless, getting to a staff member might take a while. When I visited the store, there were usually a lot of people in line or being helped. The store usually had 4-5 people in there, but there wasn't enough staff to handle all the people at the store. I think that's due in part to the popularity of T-Mobile these days so if you do decide stop by the store I recommend visiting it early. Also I wanted to mention that I dealt with Diana and Vinny who took great care of my family and I and I don't normally write reviews on Yelp, but their fantastic customer service compelled me to write this review. One of the worst T-mobile stores I've ever been to. I went to this store a year ago to purchase an iPhone 6 for my mom. The process took up to 3+ hours (we were there at 3 and didn't get out until 6:30). The salespeople are nice to you until they get your sale and then they're completely inept and all they care about is their commission. The fat, white guy who took care of me and my mom literally chose a color for me, and when I told him that phone wasn't the color I wanted, he said "Oh, okay we can change the color but there will be a fee". HAHAHAH. No. He never even asked me what color I wanted and when I told him that, he responded with "I could've sworn you said Space Grey" and rolled his eyes. They literally cringed when I asked if they could give my mother a bottle of water, as they were offering other customers water. Additionally, the process took so long because they were helping other customers (as in, the rep who was helping my mom get her phone literally stopped in the middle to help other customers). This store is awful. Go to another T-mobile store in Brooklyn, there's one on 86th street or better yet, get Sprint or Verizon. Hopefully, management and customer service has improved since my last experience. I doubt it. read more

at times walking into a cellular store is like walking into a car dealership. addressed with recent promotions or being force fed sales or plans, but not this location. I went in here to purchase a Bluetooth headset, and was greeted by a gentleman and professional in every sense of the word. the amount of kindness and respect as a customer I was show was paramount. he addressed every question I had, even outside of my purchase. i finally traded up my old "flip phone" for a samsung galaxy. i am no techno person but the the sales person raphael was patient and spent ample time explaining to me the feature s of the phone. i even went back 2-3 times the same day with questions and they took me right away and resolved my issues. i offered to tip the sales person but he refused saying it's against company policy; they now have a life long customer read more

Before today I would have given them a 5 star rating. I waited for awhile to be helped. The woman who worked there was having an issue with the customer, regarding upgrade or such. He kept saying that he spoke to t mobile and he should come in, yes he was confused by what he was told over the phone and a different story she is telling him, it happens all the time. But she was talking down to him. Next up is me, mind you I have bought many phones there, and got tricked into getting one of there Tuesday deals, it happens. Been paying bills there for years. I tell her want to pay a bill give her phone number, she then realized she kept the ID of the guy before me. I had wanted to pay with 2 debit cards, one from their promotion, and I told her as such. She asked how much on the card, and 5 times I said its $240 minus last month's payment and she keeps saying so you want the 155.87 applied and 5 times I said no. She kept telling me that I was not clear, and I told English is my first language and that I told you 5 times. I said nevermind I will wait for mass [the name of the grest employee], she said fine do that. I muttered under my breathe, which was wrong, she said she was the manager and she said mass is not going to help you either and to get out. I said I have never seen you before, she said she had seen me before and have caused trouble there before, which has never happened, because if it did I would not have bought 5 phones, an iPad, and paid bills there every month leading to today. read more
