The battery had to be ordered. When I went back a few days later for it to be installed, he did it while I waited, for only $65. It's not an Apple battery, and I don't care at all. It's wonderful to have a fully functional phone again, that holds a significant charge all day, even when I've been using cellular for maps & Facebook. It was a pleasure doing business with Ali.

The closest UPS stores are in Bay Ridge near 90th and 2rd, and Sunset Park at Ft Hamiltob and about 65th near Three Guys. Those are not near eachother, nor are they close if you live in Bensonhurst or Dyker Heights. I hope that they reopen for convenience sake!
