After that I'm free to cancel. we love our tub but we are disgusted by this turn of events. Don't get tricked into signing up for the monthly plan. You are just wasting your money. Any pool supply store sells hot tub chemical and you can have it when you need it not having to hope a delivery comes. After $400 of monthly fees I still had to spend $60 to buy what I needed. They told me I must be using too much but according to the water test strips my tub water is perfect and looks crystal clear as well. Just say no and buy your own supplies at the store.
