So far they have showed up 2x with no notice and no liner, apparently just to empty pool. However I was told by salesman and measuring person to leave pool covered until they ready to install to keep debris out. You have to call office several times because no one answers. No one from office seems to know who these people are at my house . Now today they show up after the install boss calls to let me know. They take cover off, but the small pump they brought doesn't work. So they have to go get another pump. They tell me they be back, but its gonna take a day or so to empty pool. Hopefully they can be back tomorrow to install. I thought they would have a commercial pump, that would empty the pool in a couple of hours. Now tomorrow is supposed to thunderstorm all day. I must say the salesman, the measuring person and the workers who showed up to day have all been very polite and seem to know their job. Just seems like a lot is miscommunication and one hand not knowing what the other is doing.

We were worried about a new pool liner getting creases if there was an existing problem with the pool causing the creases. We were assured that they would check it out BEFORE installing a new liner and that the liner had a lifetime warranty. When they installed the liner, the installer said something that was concerning: "we are not sure there is enough water in the pool to properly install the liner." We asked them to let us fill the pool more, but he just went ahead and hurried and finished up and left. $6425 later, we have several creases in the liner they just installed a few months ago. I called the 1-800 # and the manager quickly told me that they don't warranty anything other than a tear in the liner. They do not acknowledge that the installation could have been the problem. There was no offer to come and check it out. The manager was very rude. She told me to check my contract, and it's not covered and almost hung up on me she was in such a hurry. It was obvious that all she does all day long is answer the phone and tell customers that nothing is covered. She couldn't get off the phone fast enough. This company is very unprofessoinal, rude, and unhelpful. I cannot say enough about how shady they are.
