    Called twice to inquire about purchasing a Kawasaki Teryx H2. NO return phone call or text. I guess business is booming. Will look elsewhere. Better to find out now about the bad customer service than later when I have an issue.

    So it's been easily over a year or maybe 2 since I been here and let me tell you I came today to bring my sons ATV to get serviced and of course Emilio took care of me like always as well as paloma and mary I'm happy to see them at the front desk still I'm glad they got the same crew ! Shoutout to Allen and Curtis as well they assisted Emilio and figured out what the issue was got the part ordered and got me out the shop within the 45 minutes I can't express how happy it is to always be taken care of by Bert's crew every time I come , let alone being the Same crew ! If you ever come I promise you deal with these people always !

    Walking into this place after years later having a bad experience to looking into a bike purchase I'd have to say wasn't so bad this time. I had a guy who walked up and then walked away from when I said I was just looking at the bikes and wanting information only to bad he was mainly concerned on a sale not to give info about the bike. I ENDED UP WALKING TO PARTS AREA AND SEEN THIS GUY NAMED JOSEPH LET ME SAY THIS GUY HELPED ME MORE THEN THE SALE GUY DID.. Joseph was very knowledgeable in all side of the helmets and what's best for me as a first time buying/ riding a bike. I walked away with more knowledge of what it's going to take and size of bike I should be looking for- thanks to him he walked out on the sales floor and seen the two bike I have pictured here and gave me more insight on them and I couldn't be happier! Thanks again Joseph you a guy part guy and very knowledgeable person on bike- I highly recommend this guy to speak too while your there looking for bikes or accessories to fit your needs! I will be back to get my shoei helmet! and my first bike!

    The Honda grom I bought

    Well, I initially went in just to take a look since I wasn't done saving up for a mini moto and gear. However, I was able to buy my ideal mini moto, (Honda grom) 1 month early because Mark Anthony and his manager had a bit of wiggle room on the price. Anyways, only complaints is that they seem to do their setup of motos with a bit too much of slack on the throttle cables. I just did a quick adjustment and got it working fine. Otherwise, I just came back to pick up oil and a filter for the first oil change. Friendly as always. I got to see about some other motos I was looking to get in the future while I was there. Definitely a good idea to look around in both the used and new inventory and ask about things if you are interested in something.

    I came in thinking I was going to grab a used Evolution and thanks to Sean I ended up rolling out with a brand new Denago. What a difference. Sean took the time to walk me through everything, pointed out what made the most sense for me and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The whole experience was actually fun which is rare when you're buying something like this. Sean kept it real, answered all my questions and made the process smooth from start to finish. If you're headed to Bert's, go straight to Sean. He's the guy you want helping you out. I couldn't be happier with my Denago and the way everything went down.

    Beware , sales floor guys will Steal ur identity info(social security) Had to make police report to fix my Credit and reported it, have a detective reviewing my case. I bought a couple dirtbikes , and my Information was taken it's been a horrible Mess , will never come back , been a returning Customer me and family EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, u ask for a discount They start getting annoyed Warned , will steal ur information and Use all ur unused credit cards STAY AWAY!!!!!!

    I recently took my motorcycle to Bert's Mega Mall to sell it since I have to spend some time overseas. I was helped by Sean Dalrymple where ever since the day I walked in that store everything he said was perfectly accurate. Helped me in every way I could possibly imagine and went the extra mile to make as fast as possible. I sold my Triumph Scrambler 400x in less than a month with Sean and Bert's Mega Mall and I'm beyond happy! I can guarantee as soon as I get back to the States I will buy my next motorcycle with them again! Thank You!

From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. The employees in the back working on the bikes were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Motorsport Exotica for all your sport bike needs. I had a terrible experience with him where he charged me nearly $4000 to fix a ninja 250 including 1650 for an carb cleaning alone. I would have taken it to another shop but once he got a hold of my Bike, he told me that the diagnosis alone was going to cost me $600 if I did not want to get the work done by him. I lost that bike when my engine nearly blew up. Someone had tampered with the oil. It ended up ruled as vandalism and there was an investigation. When the mechanic opened it, he saw that there was sealant all over the engine. Even if it hadn't been vandalized, he said it wouldn't have lasted more than a few months anyway and it could have killed me. I went ahead and told this to this Anthony and sent pictures. he completely denied it. He said that it must've been me lol even though I just bought the bike and did not even know how to ride it yet. It was my first motorcycle and he completely took advantage of me because I had stated that I would do anything just to get it running. He took that to heart and he charged me double or even more the worth of the Bike. This is the one of the worst mechanics I've ever gone to. Since that experience, I have had multiple motorcycles and I've had to take them to the shop multiple times and I have never once had an experience like this one. This man is one of the worst mechanics I've ever met. On top of that he does not keep regular business hours so you can never get a hold of him. He's extremely shady and he works completely alone so he has nobody there to oversee his work or make sure he's not totally ripping people off. I highly suggest you take your bike somewhere else because this man is not a good mechanic at all. I'm going to post my review up with my receipt just to show that I am indeed and customer of this man and to show exactly what he charged me and for what. I have included my receipt to verify that I am in, indeed, a customer of his, and if the review is once again taken down I'll be happy to put it right back up. He's also extremely confrontational and cannot stand when someone gives him an honest criticism. Not trustworthy and also aggressive is not a good combination. I ended up just cutting ties and telling him it must've been something else just because I was so worried of what he might do. He is unstable and narcissistic.     My husband and I decided we wanted to get a new personal watercraft. We previously had some, but…read moresold them to buy a boat right before the pandemic hit and everything shut down. We've been watching the market since and realized the price for a new boat was ridiculous and felt getting a new ski was the best option for now, as we missed being able to go to the river. So began the search for the right ski for us. We visited numerous dealers from LA, Orange, and Riverside county looking for the exact model we wanted, often being told they had it, only to find out they didn't, being shown a different brand or higher model, missing the features we wanted, or being completely ignored by the salesperson we had been communicating with when arriving at the dealership. After much frustration, I considered just waiting until next season to find the ski we really wanted. After driving by Corona Motorsports numerous times on our way to other dealerships, I decided to look online to see their inventory and lo and behold, they had the ski we had been looking for. I gave them a call and was fortunate to speak with Scott. He answered all my questions and personally made sure the ski we were looking for, was still in their inventory. We discussed pricing and knew what we would be paying out the door before driving out there. A manufacturer promotion on the ski was either a rebate or 0% interest. Many of the dealers we talked to previously weren't even willing to discuss the 0% interest and were only willing to give us the "rebate". My husband and I have excellent credit and feel that 0% interest is something we've earned and weren't willing to forego that. I let Scott know that we wanted the 0% interest as a condition of buying the ski. He said "not a problem." With everything in place, I set up a time for us to meet with him and sign the paperwork. From the moment we arrived to when we left, the process was great! Scott showed us around, answered more of our questions, and took us to the service area to show us our ski that had just been taken out of the crate and was being put together by Ian. The process was seamless and easy. They even offered us pizza, that was delivered for their lunch, while we finished all the paperwork. Once we were done, Scott walked us to parts to pick up a few items we needed for our new ski, and then went to see Ian in service to show us all the features on the ski and how to use them. Ian was great in going over the ski and explaining everything as well as giving some tips to keep the ski looking it's best. When loading the ski on the trailer for us, Ian noticed that the bunks could be better adjusted to best fit our ski (which we didn't buy from Corona), put the ski back on the dolly, and adjusted them a couple times until he was satisfied. His adjusting the bunks shows his care for the customer's experience as well as service. He made sure when we drove off, our ski was properly secured and safe for our drive home. From initial phone conversation, sales, financing, to delivery, we had a great experience and highly recommend the team at Corona Motorsports. They will be the first place we visit if we look to buy any other toys and recommend to family and friends in their search.

Even before I had a Harley, (I rode a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad), I would visit their merchandise section. The store is always inviting , especially after the remodel, and the sales team are not like car dealership vultures, following you everywhere you go. But if you had a question there was always someone ready to answer them. So with all my past visits I would take note how different sales personnel interacted with customers. Then I bought a Harley in 2023 and started logging my mileage on my motor at Laidlaws which requires interaction with the staff. So when I finally decided to trade my 2023 motor cycle I knew who I wanted to work with. And I was not disappointed! Mickey is a 'no pressure' kind-of salesman. He calmly answered my questions. No eye-roll, sighing, condescending comebacks. I had his full attention. I was torn between three bikes. When I narrowed it to what I thought was 'The One' he wrote up the offer and took it to the boss. As I waited I knew the one I picked was not what I really wanted. I was 'settling' for it for the bells and whistles and lower price (pre-owned). It wasn't the color I wanted. When I told him this, without hesitation, he offered to write up another offer on the new motor I originally went in for. His calm demeanor helped make this purchase a pleasant experience. Not once did I feel like walking away from the process. In fact, it didn't even feel like a process. It was just 2 guys sharing information as we talked about 'motorcycle life' stuff. I liked what the final offer was and the deal was made. I would definately make another purchase at Laidlaws. Thanks Mickey!
