Well, they were dark, thick/flat, and slightly undercooked. Possibly made first, so were slightly on the cooler side where the butter could not melt. The chilaquiles were soggy, not flavorful. Both the green and red Chile's lacked flavor as well. After looking around, I asked if the ownership had changed and indeed it had, which explains the new style of cooking. We shared our feedback with our meals, and to our surprise, the manager came out to ask for details to provide to the chef. I was super impressed with that.
