loved this place! The vibe inside was amazing and beautiful. The service was fast and food was amazing they have a brunch day selection for all day and their drink are also amazing. Valet parking is available and the staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to the menu. This is also a nice place for all types of celebrations with alot of options of foods and flavors.

Georgina is a classy, modern and comfortable place to go. Walking in I was in my element with the design and colors of the interior. Immediately helped and sat wherever I liked. I chose the bar area where you can view the kitchen where food is being prepared. I ordered the Chiliquiles y Burrata with eggs and bacon. Beautifully presented and delicious. The sauce it sits in is exceptional and a bit spicy. I will be back during dinner service hopefully to try something else. Located close to a surgery center and walked while my partner received surgery. Wonderful

Went on a little friend date with my bestie, Jaz, and we both had this place on our list to check-out so we made reservations and popped in on a Friday night. The ambiance in this place is really, really nice. I absolutely loved the decor and am a sucker for deep, emerald green furniture and wall colors *heart eyes* The chairs are really comfortable and I love that the purse hook hangers fit neatly under the table so you aren't snagging on them as you walk by. Adding to the ambiance is the staff. Everyone is so professional and so friendly! Offering honest opinions when we asked for help deciding between 2 dishes, and making some great recommendations (though it's very possible you can't go wrong with anything you order here). Our food was absolutely incredible. I got the Papardelle y Pesto and Jaz got the Callos Garra de Leon Sellados (the scallops). My pasta was creamy and decadent with Italian sausage and slivers of pistachio topped with pecorino cheese. Give me a whole bucket of that stuff and I'll eat it all. Twice a day. Jaz loved her dish as well, and even though I'm not a fan of scallops, I have to say the dish was presented perfectly and the when she cut into those bad boys, they glistened. We enjoyed our entrees so much that we decided we couldn't skip out on dessert. I went with the Platanos Flameados and Jaz went with the Sticky Toffee, by recommendation of our server (what a smart, smart man he was). I accidentally ate all my dessert before Jaz could try any (oopsies!) but I had a few bites of the sticky toffee, so I can confidently say that bother were insanely good. The valet came with wheelchairs and rolled us from our table to her car since we were too stuffed to walk. Just kidding. But they do have valet which is so nice because parking in TJ can be a nightmare otherwise. The wine was good and they made a helluva dirty gin martini. Looking for your next date spot or want to class up your next trip to Tijuana? Make a reservation and get your butt in these chairs! The chef is no joke (and she's a lady chef so extra points from me. Gotta support my ladies!).

1st time here. I ordered the chilaquiles burata and was not disappointed! The dish came with black beans, queso fresco and burata cheese on top. The place has valet parking, it's quiet and the servers are friendly. The decor was super cute and quaint and there's space for a big party of people. We even got to meet the chef who came out to say hi! I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

Oh Georgina, Georgina. As the other reviews state, this is an amazing restaurant. Bar none. After hearing raving recommendations from friends, a friend and I finally had the opportunity to try Georgina and it did not disappoint. After our Uber dropped us off at the front door, a gorgeous lobby featuring a lit sign, interesting artwork, and marble restrooms. It was popping on a weekday, yet service was courteous and pleasant. We asked to split the Georgina Slam and the kitchen went the extra mile by doing it for us (rather than just providing an extra plate, which would've been totally fine). Onto the food: divine. The ricotta pancakes were incredibly delicate and fluffy, yet flavorful with notes of sweet and savory from the berry. The eggs were perfectly cooked and had a chili satay-like oil accompanying them. Lastly, the potatoes and bacon were perfectly cooked. We had a busy day ahead of us, otherwise we would've happily spent the rest of the day trying the rest of their menu and indulging in some drinks. Cheers.

Looking for a breakfast spot, I was too and found this hidden gem. Arrive and use the valet service, which is free when dining in Georginas. Walk right inside through the small cute door be amazed at how far back this place goes. Very deceiving from the outside. First receive the morning pastries with home made marmalade. Absolutely delicious! Have this with an almond milk vanilla late and call the start perfect! Next we chose chilaquilles y burrata with a side of eggs and the Georginas slam plate with a side of steak. Both delicious! The house spicy sauce was the perfect addition to both plates. Finishing it off with a delicious freshly brewed orange juice mimosa! It was the perfect closer! The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. Will absolutely return and check out their dinner.

Georgina is a new restaurant [open about one year] in the Zona Rio of Tijuana. It is one of the very few restaurants in Tijuana that close between lunch and dinner---from 2:00 p.m. to 5: 00 p.m. Every other establishment in Tijuana is open continuously from 12 noon to 10:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m., which makes sense, since many people in Mexico have the "main" meal of the day around 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m., which is not possible at Georgina. That being said, I made reservations for Georgina via OpenTableMexico for last night at 5:00 p.m. Even though it was my first visit to the restaurant, I presumed I would know somebody at the restaurant, as I have been dining out for years in México, and just as in the United States, it is common for waiters to jump from restaurant to restaurant. As I turned my car from the busy Paseo de los Heroes onto the quieter Calle Antonio Caso, looking for the restaurant at #2020, I realized it was only 4:45 p.m., so I was uncertain if the valet attendant would yet be posted out front to take my car. I slowed down in front of the restaurant and saw a waiter in front of the building and I waved at him. I then turned my car into a small driveway adjacent to the restaurant. I inquired of the waiter about a valet and suddenly a young man was running towards me wearing a "Batman" black tee-shirt who apologized that he had just arrived and had not yet had time to don his uniform. Nonetheless, he took my car [the restaurant confirmed he was indeed the valet!] and the waiter welcomed me inside with a flourish, despite the fact the dining room had not yet officially opened. As expected, the waiter who initially greeted me and led me inside the restaurant stated "'I know you---I'm Edgar. I used to work at Caesar's". It seemed everyone at Georgina had previously worked at Caesar's, including Armando and Orlando Oliveras, the server who took care of me on the evening of my visit. The décor at Georgina is more elegant than I had expected. There are rows of velvet banquettes, satin throw pillows, modern chairs, mirrored columns, candlelight and hammered copper bowls affixed to the wall into a kind of modern sculpture. There is a definite 70's vibe that is authentic and pleasing. Before my visit to Georgina, the wine list that I was able to view online was greatly abbreviated, uninteresting and disappointing. Therefore, it was with great surprise and pleasure that I learned the wine list is actually more extensive and interesting than I had expected based on my pre-visit online research, in particular with regard to the reds "vinos tintos". I have noted people in Mexico drink far more red wine than they do white wine, so the emphasis on red wine at Georgina was understandable. With my dinner, I selected "Unico", a Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot blend from the nearby Valle de Guadalupe. It was expertly decanted at the table by Orlando, and not once did my glass go dry throughout the meal. To begin the meal, a woman will visit the table holding a wicker basket. With a smile and a brief explanation, she places a small square of grilled bread onto a ceramic plate, accompanied by a dollop of a thick pesto-parmesano sauce. It was delicious. Georgina was featuring black truffles on the evening of my visit, and the "black diamonds" were ceremoniously brought out of the kitchen for a personal viewing. However, I passed on these little pleasures. Rather, from the menu, I ordered a beautifully-plated salmon crudo and short ribs with asparagus Hollandaise. After dinner, in place of dessert, I asked Orlando to concoct at the table a Carajillo "Divorciado", where each ingredient is separately served. Like conducting a chemistry experiment, Orlando first places the ice in the wine glass. Next, he pours the hot espresso over the ice. Thereafter, Licor 43 from Spain is added to the mix like the golden nectar that it is. Finally, orange peels are delicately floated on top. The tableside spectacle creates quite a show that is both fun to experience and refreshing to drink. When you are ready to leave the restaurant, there will be hand shakes and "gracias" from the staff members while the front door is politely opened for you. Your car will be waiting in front, engine running and door opened, with the valet smiling and ready to hand you your keys before you drive out into the dark Tijuana night.

This spot is great and I can understand why it's one of the best spots to eat in Tijuana. Party of three seated immediately upon arrival. Servers are friendly and very attentive to your needs. Interior is nice, clean bathrooms and comfortable seating! I ordered the chilaquiles with burrata and it was very delicious! I added steak, but didn't care too much for it as it lacked some seasoning, but it didn't matter because everything else was savory. I ordered a hash brown too and it was really good. I had an aperol spritz that was perfect. Overall my experience was great and everyone made my visit pleasant

La comida está rica pero huele a baño público. Porciones pequeñas pero ricas. Ambiente agradable, menos el olor.

I had someone call from our hotel and we got right in and there was a line outside. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is all great. Their breakfast goes from American eggs and bacon with the best potatoes to wonderful burrito type breakfast items. Their menudo is great and they have great Mexican meats as well. Lunch and dinner is about the same. They make Mexican style fish and steak that is just perfect every time. All of their Mexican dishes are just wonderful. You can't go wrong. They even have bottled water--never drink the water there, just don't. They have the best rice and beans. The service is great. They make you feel right at home and even if you don't speak Spanish, most speak English and you will figure it out because they will help you. The prices are fair for what you get. At dinner I consider it fine dining. It is all good and you will be happy. The place is also clean and super comfortable.

It has an old spanish mission look on the outside and walking in, you can immediately recognize that it is an impressive and popular place. The decor here is something to write home about. Beautiful wall fixtures, and well crafted local pottery and other artifacts, all around, everywhere. There is ample seating, that is well spaced out. Perfectly pitched Mexican music permeates the atmosphere. There is attentive staff that is so courteous, and welcoming. I wanted to eat lite, and I wanted to eat Mexican, so I chose the Yucatán Tamales. It comes as one pork and one chicken, both slim, wide rectangles, each baked in a banana leaf. They both had their subtle and distinct flavors. Comes with refried beans. The complementary salsas, the rojo and verde, were fresh and tasty. Service was outstanding. Another memorable restaurant in Tijuana, that needs to be filed into the "excellent" and "must go" folders.
