They hung up on my husband when he called (again) to ask for repair info. We waited for over a week for a call back on what needed to be repaired on our appliance. We left voicemails and emailed over a week's time. They sold us a 5 year warranty on 4 kitchen appliances for almost $1000, (I won't do that again) and the warranty company is just as awful. It took four months of back and forth and then they rejected the claim. Those beautiful GE Cafe dishwashers will crack on the bottom corners of the door from simply opening and closing it, and the main control board failed after two and a half years. Arvada Appliance needs some customer service training. Sadly, their Christian hold music makes Christianity look bad; it's not. So maddening. So disappointing. So sick of trying to deal with them.

Many of the windows are difficult to open or close, there is water seeping in, and the locking mechanisms either break or pop off unexpectedly. These windows are truly subpar. I have had multiple callbacks due to improper installation and faulty parts. I have also been waiting over a month for a glazing strip for a sliding door. For the last two weeks, I haven't been able to use my sliding door to access my deck because the locking mechanism has come out of place, rendering the door unusable. I want these windows removed, and I will buy my windows ELSEWHERE! Who has time for continuous calls and service appointments? If these windows are this bad after a few months, I hate to think how bad these windows will be in a few years. I have included a photo of the 3-month-old slider that has water leaking through the seam near the bottom track and the bad cuts on the trim and the lock that pops out of place. This all happened an hour past the delivery window AND left me with my old washer in the middle of my upstairs hallway. THANKS CONNS! Also- the 3rd party contractor they hired to deliver the appliances accidentally broke the front door of my house. The young man begged me not to file a claim because the company would make him pay out of pocket to fix it. This is an exploitative policy to pit customer and delivery person against one another while leaving the company completely out of it. Shrewd business practice? Maybe. Evil? YES. Every time I go they are so well stocked. I love the home plants and garden section here. They have an outstanding lighting section and I was able to find an alternate option for a glass lampshade that broke on my antique lamp. All that said, what made me make come and provide this review was the outstanding customer service I received from their store manager, Bob, this evening. He was really helpful while I was picking up lawn furniture cushions and when I took the boxes out to my car, and the boxes didn't fit, but the cushions did, was a great sport about taking the boxes from me to flatten out in the back. He was so helpful, friendly, and nice. The customer service at this store has always been great. I have a Home Depot .5 miles from my house and drive 9 miles to this location. I found another rep and I mentioned to go ask the person in returns to ask where specifically is it and to check his inventory.
