I have to guess that the reviews for this Lowe's are low because people don't often leave feedback on hardware stores? I absolutely love this Lowe's location. Every time I go they are so well stocked. I love the home plants and garden section here. They have an outstanding lighting section and I was able to find an alternate option for a glass lampshade that broke on my antique lamp. All that said, what made me make come and provide this review was the outstanding customer service I received from their store manager, Bob, this evening. He was really helpful while I was picking up lawn furniture cushions and when I took the boxes out to my car, and the boxes didn't fit, but the cushions did, was a great sport about taking the boxes from me to flatten out in the back. He was so helpful, friendly, and nice. The customer service at this store has always been great. I have a Home Depot .5 miles from my house and drive 9 miles to this location. That's how much I appreciate this store. Many thanks to Bob for all his help. read more

I rarely go to Lowe's and since Homedepot had a sold out item, I thought maybe Lowe's could help me. I searched thoroughly and I could not find my item. I found a rep in the returns department and he checked his phone for inventory assured me that the tiles would be on isle number 46 We searched in no luck. I found another rep and I mentioned to go ask the person in returns to ask where specifically is it and to check his inventory. He then decided to ask another representative and met me to search with no tile found I then went back to returns and the person said me bad no apologies and said the item wasn't isle five. No item was found. It was a total waste of my time. I will never go back there. Managers need to train their employees and train them and obviously their inventory is inacurrate read more

Worst customer service I have ever had. Trying to swap a customer's sink that was delivered broken from Lowe's. They had the last one available in the entire state. They refused to hold it for an elderly client I had. Adam at the front management refused to give me his name and hung up on me after he tried to get my customer's phone numbers so he could call them and put the blame on the shipping company. Shame on you, Lowe's. You are a fortune 500 company and clearly don't care about any of your customers when they try and purchase a $500 sink that came broken in the undamaged box. read more

Patio door and installation. There were problems the whole time. It took longer than they said, they couldn't get parts, they measured wrong and tried to charge me for extra materials. They put beige wood around a white door and said it's my responsibility to paint it. They don't tell you about that, they just hide it in the contract. Beware! read more

Came in today because we need ed to buy urgent doors. Robin was extremely helpful in finding the doors we needed, he even grabbed us carts to help. Made what could have been a very frustrating and extensive process was seamless! read more

The store used to be an "Eagle" supply or something so the store is almost unrecognizable if you go to Lowe's often. The entire store seems like it was designed by a 4 year old with a crayon. The way the aisles are set up makes me want to vomit. Good luck finding what you're looking for. It's literally a maze. read more

Arvada Store (#0340). ORDER # 300902147264998920 INVOICE # 300902147264998920 Joseph McFarland, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appliance delivery service associated with your store location. While my purchase experience within the Lowe's Appliance Department was satisfactory, the third-party logistics company you contract to deliver your products is completely inept and highly unprofessional. The delivery team showed a total lack of competence, basic care, and respect for my property. Their behavior was completely unacceptable, and their handling of the logistics was a disaster from start to finish. It is incredibly disappointing that a major brand like Lowe's risks its reputation by partnering with such low-quality, untrustworthy operations to handle the final, most crucial step of the customer experience. Due to the sheer negligence of this delivery crew, I am requesting that a manager contact me immediately to review this incident. I expect Lowe's to take accountability for the actions of the subcontractors they choose to represent them, and the fifty-dollar charge to remove my old refrigerator I expect that credit on my credit card. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter. read more

Long time Lowes member with Military Discount. Want to buy exterior door at Arvada Store. No one in Millwork, Doors, Windows Dept. Waited 20 minutes and Front Desk did two paging. Front desk scheduled a free measuring consult and "will receive a call in 24 hours. No call. I telephoned 3 days later and could not get through to Millwork, Door, Window. Front desk advised the would have Associate from that department call me. 2 days, no call. Today, I called Westminster store, got through to Dept immediately, Associate Ben arranged for measurement and I will buy my door there and never shop at Arvada store again. read more

I am not exaggerating when I say this has been the worst washer/dryer shopping experience of my life. We purchased our washer and dryer on 9/20/25. (The in-store employee who took care of us was very good,) However, it went downhill from there: 1) on the scheduled delivery date, they brought a damaged washer and dryer. They had to bring it back and we had to reschedule delivery. 2) on the next delivery date, they brought yet another damaged washer and dryer. 3) on the next delivery date, they were hours late and after hooking up the machines, they told us there was something wrong with our breakers. 4) our electrician came and said Lowe's installed the cables wrong. It is October 2nd and we are still without a working washer and dryer, have not been given any reimbursement for our time and money spent on laundry. Epically disappointed in Lowe's Arvada CO. read more

I went to use the Men's restroom. Sinks were very filthy and one was not operational. Wished to speak to the store manager, instead spoke to an employee. Wait time to see him was about 15 minutes. Polite and fed me a line. Other employees stated to me that this was an ongoing issue. Sad but Walmart has very clean bathrooms compare to Lowes. read more

So I get a text to confirm my delivery date which I confirmed. I also get a link to check my 4 hour delivery time and the date was wrong. Tried calling and no order was found. I am already paying for this order on my Lowe's credit card. I didn't think they could start billing you until you get the merchandise. Very unorganized. read more

I rarely go into Lowes Arvada. The staff there only does the bare minimum to help you and they are so impersonal, no smile, no thank you...nothing. Our swamp cooler died in the middle of summer and every decent cooler was sold out at Home Depot so the little woman and I looked at Lowe's. We found a regular cooler that had minor damage and I asked for a discount. 3 different managers were called by a dumb founded staff and after 45 minutes one just happened to walk by as if he were never called. We got the unit and it slipped right in where our old one was. Got it set up then the pump didn't work. It took an act of God to a get Customer Service to get a manager to write off another pump they already had on the shelf...I was getting hot. The guy at the customer service acted baffled. I asked "Is this your first time dealing with something like this"? A manager that showed up disappeared so I had a manager paged 3 times and it was a slow day..I've ran businesses and have owned businesses and I would never make a customer wait for as long as we did. No way, no how....customer service is ALWAYS the first priority but not to Lowe's. I suggest never doing business with Lowe's....it's sad too. They're the only competition Home Depot has.. read more

I generally like Lowes. We bought a floor model refrigerator yesterday and picked it up today. We were told the forklift was broken so they had 4-5 employees move the refrigerator into our truck. They dropped it and now my new fridge is completely dented on the front. They should have replaced it. Even though it was a floor model it wasn't a scratch and dent. Not a scratch or dent on it but now there are about 12 dents. Very disappointed. read more

Worst Lowe's around. No inventory when it says they do online. Don't come here with children. Bathroom unavailable so you have to go outside to the unkept porta-pottie. Staff is nice but they can't be of much help without inventory and restrooms. read more

After going to the Home Depot nextdoor, this store was extremely lackluster. Arguably HD is more of a store for contractors whereas Lowes was created for the general population and to help women feel comfortable, but this Lowe's at least didn't have nearly as much products nor employees to help locate those products. Overall my interactions felt less professional, it wasn't obvious where the carts were, and the whole vibe was kind of off-putting. Home Depot is where it's at in Arvada at least. read more

Judi in the countertops/cabinets/kitchen department was honestly inept. We couldn't believe it. She ignored our questions and emails, gave us wrong information, continuously told us she'd work on our project "tomorrow" (then would not, requiring me to call and check in), and so on. It was honestly an awful experience. We truly don't believe our countertops would be done if it wasn't for us calling in to check on her. It was like babysitting, only backwards because we had to pay to watch her. We really tried. We thought she may have been having bad days, so we'd give her "extra" days. We tried to reach others at the store, but continuously were told we had to speak directly to her. Once work really started, she just stopped replying, so we had to go elsewhere for part of the work that needed done, even though she had told us Lowe's included that work in the project. It took finally speaking to someone else to even get a call back. When she finally sent us a work order amendment, it was a blurry scan of her handwriting in pencil (pencil!). When asked for something official, she couldn't produce anything. In the end, she told us she'd refund part of the plumbing due to the shortcomings, but she actually just attempted to cancel the work (which was still needed) altogether rather than refund it. We're so glad the nightmare is over. Truly - it was like reverse daycare. The granite company they used was excellent - I believe Granite Sourcing. Go straight to them and avoid this Lowe's department at all costs. read more

2-3 stars depending on who you get to help. Generally it's an in and out so no problems requiring associate assistance. When you are looking for something specific and need some help it can either be a breeze or a hassle. Not as many people around to help as the Home Depot across the street unfortunately. Purchased a tree here and some lightbulbs. They match prices on some items but the selection overall feels meh. Lot is usually empty so parking is a breeze. A food places and a barber shop across the way but otherwise all the parking is for Lowe's They have a few snacks at the checkout registers. Candy and drinks too. Otherwise things are just like any other hardware store. Contractors can order in bulk for discounts. They also offer a military discount read more

This store is absolutely the worse. Made an order July 3 and was told it would be delivered July 17. no notice of delay no delivery. Three times delayed and on the last no show we cancelled the order at 9:45 pm. We had to shop a couple of different places. Two days after cancelling at Lowe's we have everything we need. We ordered a dryer on Friday night said they could deliver on Sunday. The one they brought out Sunday didn't work once they got it hooked up. Called me later that day to schedule getting another one dropped off and was told the earliest would be Tuesday. Didn't hear back Monday for a delivery time so I called Tuesday morning as I had made arrangements for someone to be at my house because I had to work. Was told they had changed it to Wednesday. Got a text Tuesday night that my window was 10:30 to 2:30. About 2 I tried to look up on the tracking to see if I could get an eta and said my order couldn't be found. Called customer service and they said the window got changed to 12:30 to 4:30. Called at 4:45 when they still didn't arrive and after being on hold for 30 minutes was told it's still out for delivery. Customer service switched me to the delivery team, the guy that answered barely allowed me to say anything, just said it was coming and they had nothing to do with delivery. Guy was quite rude. I got a text message 15 minutes later saying they were on their way and about 30 seconds later my doorbell rang. Finally got it hooked up and wanted me to sign the paperwork and hadn't even turned it on, had to ask him to do that to make sure it worked. Never again, we got it there because we had just gotten the washer fixed after not having one for 6 weeks and they were the most reasonable but I will pay more next time to not have to go through this hassle. read more

I recently ordered a shower door. when it was available my contractor did not pick it up but I called and store said no problem they would hold. so then he goes to pick it up and they say they cancelled the order. so I called again to see if it was there or not there. when I called in they had a record that I had already spoken to someone there but the lady basically said to bad it is cancelled. I was shocked that she did not attempt to solve the problem and assist with the order. she obviously just did not care and apparently the earlier employee also had no idea what was going on. he was friendly but the info he provided apparently was not right. I'm just really surprised that no one even attempts to help solve the problem. read more

I've always appreciated Lowe's but extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I purchased a washer on a Saturday and they told me it would be delivered on Monday. Got a call on Monday and they told me it would have to be rescheduled to Tuesday. Got an email on Tuesday that it would be delivered between 11 am and 3 pm. No delivery at 5pm. Called the store that was supposed to be doing the delivery and they now tell me they don't have any of this washer in stock. Why in the hell couldn't the person who called me on Monday have verified that?!? Was told that there are none in stock in my surrounding area but they can order it with delivery in about a week. I have no washer right now, so told them to cancel the order and placed an order with Best Buy. Hoping my experience with Best Buy is much better. Definitely won't be buying any other appliances from Lowe's. read more

Bought a washer/dryer here just over 30 days ago, the product is already starting to break down (start button doesn't work). They are not returning it since it was purchased 30+ days ago, but delivered 3 weeks ago. Bought an oven two weeks ago. Had to sit and wait at the appliance desk for 30+ minutes before anyone was there to help us. It came broken. Oven light wouldn't turn off, which I immediately called and told them about. They said they'd replace it within the week. Then a week later, my husband called and the person they spoke with said they had no record of us calling to say it was broken. Ordered a washer, dryer, pedestals, and accessories from Lowes.com. The earliest delivery date was 1.5 weeks out - so I chose that and took vacation time for the delivery date. Pedestals showed up and the actual washer and dryer did not. Spent an hour on the phone with customer care with their only resolution being that I call the store myself to figure out!!!! (What!!) Called the store to find out the original store "outsourced" it to another store the night before it was to be delivered and moved the delivery date without any notification to me. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for it to be delivered. And I have to find a place to do laundry in the meantime. They did not offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. read more

Needless to say I walked right out and went to true value. I walked in an was greeted right away. Walked to the key station had 3 keys cut. I was in and out in 10 minutes I would rather pay double or even triple to go small hardware store were at least people will help you. Lowe's Home Improvement - Appliances Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

Staff is rude, could care less if you get help (ESPECIALLY in a timely manner) and are led by a female day manager and aggressive male manager that really thrives on intimidating customers that are upset it takes over an hour to refund one "curbside pickup transaction" that was not ready. To make things even more swampy I even called two hours before and the clerk said it was ready for pickup. Upon arriving there I was told it was not and to pick it myself around the store. After over an hour of doing so a super sweet older gentleman actually told me this was in correct and I would be double charged. So following his directions I went to the service counter, waited why three women tried to figure out until we hit 45 mins when the manager showed up.. She called with out knowing what had taken place and simply told me I would receive a new gift card in the mail "sometime" and she wasn't sure when that would be and the rest of my money "should" go back on my card. At this point I said after a. Hour idc how it gets resolved but I'm not walking away without this in f$:!%#^ writing because how vague and unresolved the issue actually was. It was at this point she said i can throw you out for saying the f word and I said I'm sorry I'm frustrated and it's not like I said it at you.. She then gave the tool security guy the "look" and he said you said it three times which is a literal lie. What a bummer I used to love this store but that one female manager is sooooo bad one time I waited thirty minutes for her being screamed over the loud speaker and she didn't even resolve that issue either. PLEASE TRAIN THOSE WONDERFUL YOUNG STAFF MEMBERS AND GET RID OF THESE two managers who obviously think being a manager somewhere is a position of power they can use to make themselves feel better while hurting your business. I'll never shop here ever again and tomorrow will return with my other $500 purchase I made today just so they don't get another penny from me. read more

Wow! This Lowe's makes Lowe's look so terrible. I came for basic things like black trash bags and a roll of tape and couldn't even find it, nobody was willing to help me, 20 people in line at checkout, trash and items miss matched all over the place, I couldn't even get what I came for. Their store pick up parking spaces take up the ENTIRE front entrance. You can tell management really blows here. read more

I bought some beautiful new countertops and Lowe's had them installed, but the "dip" at the seam made me do some looking. According to the Silestone installation guides the "The distance between the fitting and the seams/joins of the slab must be at least 15 cm". I'm assuming my sink could be considered a fitting. The seam is dead center. The installer sent 2 men to look at it - they basically said the dip was because I re-used my sink. The dip is there WITHOUT the sink being around. Lowe's has simply told me that they believe it when the installer says there is no problem. I'm questioning why anyone would go through them, I had assumed that they were there for my best interest. So much for assuming. read more
