There's some very nice people that work here and I was greeted immediately coming through the front door. She was polite and prompt, and took great care of me right for them when I got in there and assured me it would only take a few minutes for them to take care of what I came there to do. And it only took me like five minutes. It was wonderful. And I talked to another customer that felt the same way I did. They also had a very positive experience with this place. They offer a lot in this business center , and it has everything somebody that needs to sort of help for copying and projects. I wanted to laminate some calorie and Health food contents so they were laminated and protected. One of them came out of the machine, which is not too untypical with a little bit of a wave in the plastic and she happily took the item back and ran it through the machine again and it came out nice and smooth and perfect. Thank you, young lady. I completely recommend this place to anybody for their business projects.

They were able to get it printed that same afternoon, without extra rush charge, and the quality is absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the result--and the great service and music selection helped matters along. There is some lovely artwork throughout the store that is worth checking out! I also needed (picture attached) transparency vellum paper print-outs cut to a specific size, and they were able to provide these as well, at a reasonable cost. The project was able to take shape thanks to their kindness and patience, as well as their assistance with small last-minute changes like cropping and trimming the edges of the zines. Thanks so much! You guys made my day.

I've had two very small print jobs done at this Copy Central. One was a ~350 page black & white…read moremanuscript to edit, the other was a very small order of 4 posters of some very silly art. Both times I emailed my files over and received a response with a quote and additional questions within an hour of my initial email. For the manuscript - whether I wanted the manuscript bound along with binding options, and if I needed a cover for it. Both print jobs were done within an hour or two of my confirmation of the quote. I think the manuscript took less than an hour, and they gave me a timeframe of when it would be done. The posters were ready in 5 minutes. The price seemed fair for both of them. I could have printed the manuscript out at home, but I wouldn't have had it bound. It was *very* nice having it bound. The manuscript was around $40 for binding and same day service. The posters actually astounded me with how cheap they were. 4 glossy 12x17 posters in full color for under $15. Great all around. I'll go to them anytime I need something printed and can't do it with my home printer.

Bear with me as I respond to Copy Central's dispute of my rating,…read more Copy Central "Hi Michael, sorry for any confusion but I believe you may have visited another Copy Central and not our store. We have no record of any estimates or jobs ordered by you," I believe you are tacitly defending a policy that bilks college students out of their money. CC "Regarding your quote, if all you were asking for was printing the files as-is, your cost would be less than $50." And yet, the estimate I got was 3 to 4 times that amount. Now that I've complained, I'm been offered a lower amount. Curious coincidence. "Our most recent estimate is accurate because you asked for formatting 73 individual images, which are all sized differently, and to be printed and trimmed to the same size." Funny thing happened when I attempted to use your self-printing option: you told me I had to use your staff and pay through the nose for the privilege. "It appears you have not taken into account the time it takes to format that many images, but if you believe it's an easy task, please resubmit your files as a print-ready multi-page PDF with bleeds and crop marks." In fact, I did take that into account as I was going to pay to use your Adobe Pro license on one of your computers and where I can do all that myself in less than a half hour. You told me I specifically could not do that in spite that your website specifically states I can. " I'd be happy to discuss with you outside of a public forum, but if this is how you'd like to correspond, I can reply accordingly." Well considering this was your response, yes, I am going to keep this in a public forum so everyone, including, other customers and your staff understand how you operate and how you've treated me. Or, you could promise to conform to company policy and not try to exploit your workers and customers like you have been doing.
