We're talking a $3,000 repair. Work was done, car was running, I was satisfied. About a month later, check engine light comes on. Misfire. I brought it back not knowing what to expect -- and this is where Kenny's separated themselves from every other shop I've ever dealt with. They inspected it, found that 3 of the coils had failed, and also discovered the O2 sensor had completely gone out. They replaced all 6 coils and the O2 sensor. Completely free of charge. All of the Jeff's Auto Repair shops in western WA have been bought by Sun Auto & Tire corporation and the original owner, Jeff Gietzen, hasn't been around for years. Sun Auto has been quietly scooping up shops all across the nation and their focus is PROFIT. That's it. Everything fine then. I knew I needed additional repairs done and when I was ready for that, I called the shop (2/14) to ask if I qualified, as an existing customer, for their free "Customer Care Program" (24-hr roadside assistance basically, including towing) bcuz my SUV wasn't drivable and it needed to be towed to the shop. When I called on Friday, Ryan told me I'd need to talk to mgr Gerry (who was out until Monday) about that program. Shop isn't open on weekends so I left my contact info and waited for call. No one followed up so I had to call shop again! Gerry told me that they no longer offer that Customer Care program -- despite that it's posted on their website and there are brochures about it in their office. Furthermore, Gerry said that they only provide " complimentary" tow service to customers if existing work that their shop performed fails and is under warranty and referred me to a local tow service (I *have* AAA membership but why use that if I can use the shop's free service??) I've since called Sun Auto Tire & Service main office (2/17) and requested a follow up from the District Manager. In the meantime, I'll be getting the $2600+ in repairs done ELSEWHERE as I've found several other qualified shops around here with positive reviews.

I believed them until I took my car on the road and it still pulled to the right. I took it back and was told that they would align my vehicle correctly THIS time. They did NOT, even though they gave me a computer generated printout to show that the wheels were aligned.. I called Extreme and spoke to Cal personally. Unfortunately I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment but some of the best things in life are worth waiting for. Cal's people checked out my alignment and thought they had fixed the issue but when they took it on a test drive it still pulled to the right. So they delved deeper into the problem and discovered that a rear wheel was pushing the back end of the car to the left meaning I had to turn the front wheels to the right to correct this. Perhaps Schwab does not test drive vehicles after alignment but Cal and his team did and I am grateful for that. AND the Price Was Right. You may have to wait to be seen but trust me ... it is worth it.

They were tasked with programming a new fuse box, but ran the wrong code thus turning off my info display. The steering wheel radio controls stopped working as well. Some how this became my issue to resolve after they caused the problem.Then I brought it back for another repair, I should have known better. This time they shorted my vehicle interface out (this connects factory controls/ gauges with aftermarket radios) , one of my stereo amplifies was fried and I still haven't been able to turn the microphone for blue tooth back on. It's most likely fried as well. I also found the speaker terminals on my subwoofer box bent and tweaked. The owner is shady and refused to fix the issues without me doing a dog and pony show, told me to get a letter from Car Toys saying it was his shops fault. Basically calling me a liar. This has cost me well over $1000 to fix and I'm not done yet. I still haven't got the info display back on. All of this after my company dropped well over 60k with them in the last year. Never again will we use this shop. You shouldn't either. Thief of an owner, he won't stand behind his shops work. I should sue, just on principle.
