On a whim, I took a chance on Defiance Auto after finding him on Yelp in Ruston -- a young MOBILE MECHANIC. The gods must've been smiling, because he turned out to be polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and even took the time to research my unusual issue. Hands down, he's the best mechanic I've ever worked with. His prices were more than fair, too. This young man makes thirty veteran mechanics look like Goober Pyle from Mayberry. All I can say is, "Goooooolllllleeee!" Give this hardworking guy a try. You will not regret it. He will come to Vashon. his name is Mick Svoboda of Defiance Auto (253) 999-8531 Defianceautoworks.com

My AC and heater are working perfectly now and my car feels like it's running a little smoother. They're priced fairly and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on any services. I mentioned when I brought it in that I think I also needed my brakes done and they took a look and let me know I still had a little more time left on them, so I didn't need to get them done right away, which as someone who's working on a budget, was very much appreciated. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for oil changes and the like in the future.
