I found out the following day that my colleague also tried to dine here the previous evening, a few hours after my visit, but he got stuck behind a large group and never even managed to be seated. The servers kept coming to him about 4 times and said "we'll be right with you" then leaving, but they never actually came back to seat him, so he finally gave up. For comparison, during my experience, I came early around 6pm, so I was one of the first to show up for dinner service which may be the reason why I had no issues being seated or bad service during my meal. In other words, it can be hit or miss. I can't vouch for any of the other food, but other diners that were seated after me almost all ordered burgers.
