He overcharged for every service, and she had to correct him multiple times. We brought our car in another time because pack rats had gotten into the engine. Mike went on and on about how it was going to cost thousands of dollars because they had probably chewed everything up. We explained they had only been there one night. Sun Devil charged an exorbitant amount to "check everything" and clean it up. There was no damage (wrong again, Mike). And even after paying a hefty price, they didn't clean the engine well at all. We have switched repair shops. We don't trust you anymore.

Over 2 hours later of waiting my car was done. I was then presented with an estimate of $1552 for necessary repairs. What they suggested was sketchy to me. 6 months later I took the car in to have a tail light replaced. It should have been a 5 minute fix. Almost 2 hours later, I was given another estimate of necessary repairs totaling $4509. Again my car was running great. When I needed another oil change I took my vehicle to another shop and gave them copies of what Kerry suggested on 2 occasions to get a second opinion. My new shop said I did not need any of those repairs. So not only did they waste an additional 3 hours of my time writing up unnecessary repairs but suggested 6K in repairs that were unnecessary. I will never use this shop again!!!!!

A message kept flickering on my dashboard and I figured the car needed to be checked ASAP. When I arrived at work, I checked the area around me on Yelp and Google and Desertmotive popped up with the absolute best ratings and reviews so I called them and they said to swing by. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by their nice manager, Chad who was very friendly. I shared what was wrong and he immediately took the car in to be checked. Within a few minutes, I was told what was the problem and how much it would cost to fix it as well as how long it'll take. I left my car there because I had to return to work and at exactly the time they said the car would be done, I received a phone call informing me that the car was ready. I picked up the car a little later after I made the payment and I was good to go. This was the most efficient car service I have received in a very long time! I hope I never have car trouble again but if I do, I am so lucky I have an excellent provider right by my office!
