Ben's pharmacy has been filling my drugs since last year. I get accurate and timely service and quick delivery from the friendliest delivery guy ever. He delivers that prescription almost before I know that I have it! This is a place to transfer your drugs to. They are reliable dependable And get the job done right! I recommend avoiding this pharmacy. Of the four employees I saw there today only one was wearing a mask and she had it down below her nose. This pharmacy is located inside a medical building where many of the patients are using oxygen. If this pharmacy is refusing to take this basic step to protect people I would not trust them to prepare my medication. If they're ignoring a state mask mandate are there laws they are also ignoring. The layout is terrible. The aisles are barely wide enough to use a walker or a wheelchair or wheel a portable oxygen tank through. Impossible to properly maintain social distance while others are shopping. read more

The greeting card selection is very good as well as the gifts (especially the garden flags!). Ben's Pharmacy is the best!!!! Joe is super helpful and the girls up front are the sweetest!!! They do all they can to get you your prescriptions as quickly as possible even under the craziest circumstances. Customers are extremely rude to them at times and they still manage to keep their cool and help them. They have way more patience than I do!!! I called to see if they had a particular medication in stock. Lately there has been a delay from the manufacturer. I called, the pharmacist took the information but then told me he couldn't sell it to me because I didn't live in the area. I live in Brea, less than two miles away! He told me because my doctor was based in La Habra, less than 7 miles away- he had to save his inventory and would only fill scripts for doctor located in Fullerton. No, this isn't a joke. Horrible!!! They are right across from a hospital, hospice, oncology center etc but for some reason they never have ANY medications in stock(you would think that by now they would be able to control their inventory). They're ALWAYS in a bad mood, the pharmacist will yell all your personal information from across the room. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! read more

It's messy, with merchandise piled all over the place. The three times I've been in over the past few months, there's also the aroma of seriously stinky food being microwaved in the back. Lastly, the clerks (the adult asian-girl mafia) without any obvious job description, stand in the back nattering, taking selfies and what appeared to be watching YouTube videos. Wow. Normally I wouldn't give 5 stars to any business as there is always room for improvement in something. But I feel it warranted here. I've also run into the issue described several days ago by another user, not being able to have my prescription filled due to the change in distributors. Sure it's inconvenient and even slightly irritating, but obviously it's being done for a purpose. I've used Bens for years and years, and have always been treated with respect and compassion. They genuinely care about their customers, and Joe, the head pharmacist will go the extra extra mile for you when he can. They've consistently had better pricing than any chain pharmacy. Several years back I lost my insurance but was able to afford my medication because of the compassion and understanding of the staff there. So with out question switching distributors IS for the benefit of us customers, either for pricing or availability of medication. I sympathize with the previous users comment but also feel it unreasonable to think Bens should contact customers preemptively. They are doing everything they can to return service to their normal HIGH QUALITY levels as fast as possible, of this I have no doubt. Almost every time I go in, the staff while remaining professional and respectful, is cheerful, friendly and happy. I find myself in a better mood just after having been there for a couple minutes. They fill prescriptions quickly and even delivery! Whenever I have a question the pharmacists always are able to quickly answer questions and explain things.
