Me and the lady stopped in tonight to sit down and try out some Italian, and let me say they did not disappoint. We placed our order and got our soup within a couple minutes. I know some other guy said the flavor hits like a F-150. It's more like a tank. I felt like I had died and been resurrected in a world with no evil. No problems, no worries, just soup. It's like that scene in ratatouille when the critic gets flashbacks to his childhood. All of these feelings for SOUP. Then came the garlic knots. These bad boys were the size of softballs. Juices flowing out with each bite. If they weren't so damn big I would've been able to eat the whole basket in 30 seconds. They are a meal in itself and hands down the best garlic knots I have ever had. The main course. Honestly. I forget what I even got. I was on cloud nine. Riding the high of the soup and knots. Living the life that god, or whatever you believe in, promises in the after life. The dinner was still easily some of if not the best Italian I've ever had. While other reviews are correct that the waiting takes a bit for the real food. I can attest that it is by far worth the wait. Perfection takes time. If you want a quick bite, go to Little Caesar's like a peasant. If you want to live amongst the elite, go here. I don't know a name of any person that works here, but I would gladly die for them to ensure they can continue making this amazing food. BadaBing doesn't do social media, but they sure do Italian food right! Their red sauce is the best I've ever tasted, including in Italy. It's a really small place and absolutely worth waiting in line for one of the few tables. Their pasta is perfection, starting with a fresh green salad and garlic knots. Dinner comes with a show since you can see the pizza crust spinning in the air from any table. They build the lasagna to order and it's amazing. You will see so many pizzas being carried out while you eat your pasta. Came back for lunch and ate a pizza. Incredible. Hubby also loved the Stromboli. They serve wine as they should with Italian food. It was a dining experience I will never forget, even though I May never be in that town again. Their website says lg margarita pizza as 17.99 when in fact it's 22.99. So got the lg pizza and 6 garlic knots came to $30! Surprise! 6 garlic knots are not 4.99 but $7 or $8. We have been coming here and enjoying the food and people for past year. On July 12, my 64th bday , I brought my daughter and her boyfriend in from out of state and my mother who just moved here as well to celebrate. It was the worst dining experience of my life They have maybe 7-8 tables. A large party was eating their food , others had pizzas. One table had 6 family members eating. Including the grandmother,,, We had several entrees that were brought out one at a time , 5-10 minutes apart, 45 minutes after orders were taken. The waitress ( all family mind you) said they were backed up due to take out orders. We saw a few people come in to pick up a pizza.... The grandmother came out and said our ticket order was put in at 7:30, as our food came out starting after 8pm. However, The order was taken around 7:10pm , because I had a phone call come in as she took our orders. Sounds like it wasn't entered until 7:30, if true at that. We had to turn away an entree due to improper cooking and decided to cancel 2 other orders not out yet because they weren't hungry anymore Then one of the family staff started arguing with one of my guests!! Making a scene!! The next thing that happened is the family staff behind counter started yelling at us too, saying " get outta here" we don't want your business. Then the grandmother came out and asked the other guests " isn't our food good" huh ?? And riled the up in support against us , we answered " yes, when it comes out in decent time!" Nowhere do you not have all entrées come out for ALL TO ENJOY!!! Not one meal about every 10 minutes. We were rudely treated and made to be embarrassed for our grievances for very late meals. I guess when you go to an Italian family owned restaurant, that's the customer service you get. The teenage busboy was arguing as well , about ready to flip off my daughter's boyfriend by his choice of words!! He shouldn't be representing mgnt. when there are grievances! Horrible nite. As locals, we won't return. and we are 5 minutes away.... I feel they take for granted their customers and certainly ruined my evening bday meal with my family. Very disappointing read more

I hate to write this review because this place once had some of the best Italian food to be found anywhere. The portions were large, the marinara was to die for and it was all-around excellent. It slipped a bit pre covid but it was still an outstanding restaurant. However it seems like the place has really gone downhill. We went a couple of weeks ago for dinner and it was a pale imitation of what it once was. The portions were smaller, the food wasn't nearly as good and the service was terrible. The veal parmesan portion I had was probably about half the size it used to be and it didn't have the same tenderness. Pasta was overcooked and the marinara tasted actually a little scorched. The service was beyond atrocious. It took 30 minutes just to get our drink order. Food came out almost an hour later but anyone who had ordered a pizza didn't get their food for 45 additional minutes - after either everybody was done or if they'd waited their food was cold. It's one thing for food to come out 5 or 10 minutes later after all the other dishes have been served but 45 minutes was beyond the pale. They never came back to refill water or soda glasses. The place was a zoo, the head chef was yelling behind the counter and it was an unpleasant experience. I know everyone is hurting for help but if you can't even do the bare minimum to run your business you probably shouldn't be open. I was once a pretty loyal customer of Benny's but I don't think I'll ever come back. read more

I tried this place a few times and It was ok, slices sit around and then they heat them for you. They did not have any take out boxes so they gave me to large Styrofoam containers that only made the slices soggy. I'm not sure what happen to this place. This was one of my absolute favorite restaurants. However, this time around was a complete disappointment. The service was not that great, and the food was very disappointing. We were seated after standing for almost 10 mins with two tables wide open. Once seated, our table of four had to share a menu because they were short on them. We ordered our usual plates. My plate was the Chicken fettuccine Alfredo. We also ordered garlic knots as well. Once the food came. The knots were rock hard and burnt. This was a first, as their knots were always fresh and soft. Then came my pasta. The sauce was completely different and not homemade like before, and the chicken was incredibly overcooked and dry. We also ordered "rice balls" that didn't have ANY rice, and for that fact, any flavor whatsoever. I'm very saddened to see this place go downhill with the food and service. The restaurant is really tiny and cramped. Their once amazing food made up for that fact. But now it's just another cramped small restaurant with mediocre Italian food. I'm willing to give this place another chance, because of how amazing their food was once, but if it's disappointing again. That will be my last time at this place. read more

We absolutely LOVED this place. Benny and Francis are the salt of the earth. We came here on a Friday night and it made our entire weekend. The food, atmosphere and welcoming vibe is unmatched. The garlic knots were the best we've ever had. The pizza, the salad, the pasta and especially the chicken francese were 12/10. Today was a FLOP!!!! The staff couldn't seem to care less that we were there! The one gentleman didn't stop talking loudly about what he was going to do to someone if this and that didn't happen. Etc... a turn off, no greeting at all, after quite a wait- the server basically plopped menus on the table and the wrapped eatery. Very disappointing! The wife and I love this place usually. The grandson wasn't there today and he "makes" the experience usually. Don't know what was up today but the service and the attitude was so bad that after a while we left! Fabulous food! Huge portions! Fun atmosphere! This place is owned by New York Italians who make the recipes from scratch. Authentic Italian food in a 'hole in the wall' restaurant almost made me feel like I was back in NYC. The restaurant is in the end of a unsuspecting strip mall type building, but the food was amazing! The owner really knows what he's doing. The garlic knots were probably my favorite part, covered in garlic butter and Parmesan. The meat sauce was flavorful and not grease. And the eggplant was sliced very, very thin and had a small amount of breading so that you could actually still taste the eggplant. The desserts are all made fresh each day, so when they run out, you're out of luck. Such was my luck w/the tiramisu, so I had a cannoli, which was huge and awesome. Seating is limited, just a few tables, but I believe that they offer delivery and know that carry out is available. Bring your appetite!! read more
