It was very spacious with manicures and pedicures separated on different sides of the space. There was also a beautiful waiting area with many colors to choose from. The space is well lit with chandeliers and clean. I appreciate the effort they put into the experience having a water bottle already set when I sit down and flowers on a tray like a bed and breakfast. I got the deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax leaving my feet feeling so soft and I love the color I chose. My boyfriend and I both got manis and pedis, and the salon was bigger than I expected, busy, and well-run. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our appointments. I decided to go natural this time and just get gel polish. The shaping was nicely done, and the cuticle work was solid. The only hiccup was the polish color. I asked for a specific shade from their color chart and clarified it a few times, but somehow ended up with a different color than what I had in mind. After bringing it up a couple of times, I decided to just let it go and accept my fate . To be fair, the final color still looked good it just wasn't the shade I originally wanted. Overall, it was a minor issue in an otherwise positive experience.
