Great job servicing my a/c unit to get it ready for the hot Phoenix summers. Kyle took his time and let me know his recommendations. Fortunately I just needed a new air filter. Very happy with the work/service. read more

This company started calling me over and over again to apparently schedule a service request from my landlord. They called me FIVE time from 8:31am to 8:55am. I was in a meeting and kept sending the calls to voicemail and they just KEPT calling. Thinking maybe someone was hurt or injured and calling me from a phone number I didn't recognize I finally interrupted my meeting to step out and answer. It's a freaking AC company! When I told them I'd call them back and hung up they started calling back again! "There's no reason for you to hang up on us, sir" Are you freaking kidding me??? They kept calling when I went back into my meeting and I had to actually block their number. Unless my house is on fire or my child is sick to call me that many times is unbelievably rude. They just lost any shot at servicing my unit and my landlord (who has purchased two AC units from them previously) will no longer do business with them. High pressure sales may have worked in the 90's but this is so RUDE and there are too many other companies to choose from. Stay far away from this one. read more

I called Benefit Air with my 24 year old Trane unit down and my home very hot. They scheduled a time for a technician to come and take a look. Charles showed up on time and quickly found the two issues causing the problem. After discussing what was needed we agreed on a solution to get the AC up and running to get us through the remainder of the summer. After the AC was up and running Charles sat down with me to discuss options for new units, with available discounts and incentives. I was very impressed with the entire process. Thank you Charles and Benefit Air. read more

Benefit Air-Conditioning replaced my air-conditioner approximately 16 years ago and has been servicing it ever since. The company is run with integrity, provides an excellent service for a fair price, and follows through with appointments and servicing. I would highly recommend Benefit Air Conditioning service for your air-conditioner needs. read more

I was very disappointed with the service or lack there of from benefit air. My A.C. unit wasn't working properly so I called Benefit heating and air. I was charged a $79 service for the tech to come out which seems to be standard with most of the companies. From the moment Chuck the tech came out he was only concerned with selling me a new unit. He spent almost all of his time taking measurements and giving me a quote on a $9000 new unit. When he finished I asked him if he repaired or replaced anything and he said no. When it was all said and done I paid $79 for a quote on a new unit. IN MY OPINION THEY SENT OUT A SALESMAN NOT A TECH. After he left I called around for a second opinion. I found a company that didn't charge a service fee for coming out. The new tech arrived, determined the problem within 10 minutes and asked if I wanted it repaired for $149.00. What would you have done? $9000 or $149? That was a no brainer for me. Benefit heating and air was NO BENEFIT to me. ( In response to Michaels reply ) I did contact Michael who apologized for my negative experience and offered and sent out a refund of my $79. Thanks again Michael read more

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. First of all I called and got VM which is always a bummer so I didn't leave one. On to the next I thought. These guys called me back apologizing for missing my call. Boy am I glad they did. The helped me realize I was getting taken by the repair guy there and Mac worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with their service. Mike was my tech and they guy is ace. He was thorough and found the real issue which the tech from the other company missed. He brought me up on the roof to show me the issues and explain them in plain English. He worked hard on the unit and kept me informed of what was going on and the time it would take. Then he walked me through the costs and such. I saved hundreds over the other company's quote (which didn't included fixing the REAL issue) and on top of that Benefit will come out now in the fall for another check-up at no additional cost. Benefit has earned a customer for life and on top of that I will be highly recommending them to anyone in need. Do not hesitate to bring these guys out for fair pricing and rock solid work. Finally, they warranty their parts and work for two years. That's double the norm. read more

My air conditioner went out upstairs and I called and they were able to send out a technician within a hour. These guys charge a flat rate + parts which is great! The tech called me when he was on his way and did not keep me waiting. He found the problem, came down and showed me what needed to be replaced, and had my air back on within two hours. Excellent service and I highly recommend them! read more

I called requesting a tune-up and cleaning of my A/C coils because my A/C smells a little musty. The guy who helped me on the phone was kind and forward about pricing and offered a couple of options. (Prior to calling Benefit Air, I had called a few other a/c contractors and none of them were up front about fees. The man I spoke with at Benefit Air detailed what I should expect.) I ended up purchasing a service contract with Benefit Air and they were even able to send a tech out the same day. The tech (Mike) was on time and very kind. He quickly surveyed the A/C unit (on the roof) and showed me a picture of the current state of the evaporator coils. He said that everything looked good (besides the dirty coils) and did the coil cleaning and tune-up in about 1-1.5 hours. The foul odor is gone now! I am very happy with the service, and I highly recommend these guys. They did a great job at setting my expectations and then delivered outstanding service. read more

Good experience w/annual maintenance visit on 2 relatively new Trane A/C units Benefit installed. Kyle did a thorough job and explained eveything well. read more

These guys did a great job installing our new Trane HVAC unit when our old junker went on the fritz in August. The prices were very fair, and the owner worked with me to ensure that I got the full $1500 government tax credit. Nearly two years later, the unit still works perfectly. This company and its owner are honest and reliable. What more do you need from a service vendor? I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Several days ago, another a/c repair company had been in to look at our unit, and told me it wasn't worth repairing - they suggested replacement and quoted me $2670. Someone I trust who knows HVAC said they were wrong, and recommended Benefit Air. They came out the same day I called, and fixed the problem for $180! Both people I worked with (Mack on the phone and Chuck at my house) were wonderful, and I feel so good knowing that I've found a company I can TRUST. read more

This is now my second year utilizing benefit air. I have a 12-year-old unit that I have had other companies come out and do regular maintenance on. When benefit air came out for the first time last year they identified issues that have been overlooked and neglected particularly with power consumption and electrical issues that have been mentioned to me previously by other companies but nothing had been done or recommended by them. Benefit air took care of it and my unit has been working great since. Their staff is professional and friendly and reliable. I would recommend them to a friend. read more

Great service, as usual. Worth the reasonable cost of twice yearly maintenance. Service guys are knowledgeable, courteous and nice. Give them a try! read more

I have used BenefitAir services for several rental properties and my personal residence. The service people show up on time, are respectful, clean up after they are done, and do not pressure for an upsale. They have even saved money on numerous occassions over the past decade+. One plus is they explain clearly and concisely what and why actions need to be taken. Pricing is competitive and they consistently meet the timeframes needed for service to be performed which is very important with renters! Kyle has been very clear when I do NOT need some fo the service I requested. read more

After evaluating most of the companies in the Valley that offer heat pump sales and service we decided to go with Benefit Air Conditioning , LLC and this was the best decision that we made. Paul Howard the pre-sales representative worked with us to determine what the best unit would be for our situation, and the installation crew, in this case Scott and John, were the best in the business. They were friendly, kind, pleasant and made sure I understood how to control the system. There were follow-up emails and phone calls, all as pleasant as they could be. The installed TRANE unit is quiet, and it is so efficient that we have been very warm during the cold portion of the day without even knowing the unit is on. read more

From the start of meeting the people behind this great company to the end was a very smooth experience. Everyone I met and spoke to prior to having a new Trane central air unit installed were professional and with zero pressure or any moment of second thought to having them take this job. I say this as a expert in the area of reading people. I am a former investigator who has over 10k cases that I handled along with interviews of real live humans. Mike and Paul were very helpful with introducing a special financing that is offered by a major bank for home improvements. The rate is under 10% and could not be offered by our own bank. This was a good move to have piece of mind as the brutal heat comes in for a visit that seems longer than it should stay. Thanks again... read more

Very professional, honest, excellent service with fair pricing . This is my second time using Benefit Air /2017 and now 2020, Juan was the gentleman that recently serviced our conditioner. I commend Benefit Air Conditioning and their personnel for a job well done. Mike was on the phone keeping me up to date. Advising what to expect. This added to a successful installation for my new Trane A\C. Scott arrived along with his helper Luis. He again informed me what to expect and what work they would be performing. All transpired as told. He kept me up to date as to what was happening next. Scotts demeanor and quality work skill level were evident from the start. Luis was a good worker. I have owned and operated Local and International companies. So I know the value of a skilled employee. Scott is an asset to your company. I observed his ability first hand. The first man of contact for Benefit Air Conditioning was Mac. He has the ability to convey the company image in a business like manner and yet friendly. He knows his craft. Thanks for a job well done. Jim read more

In my younger days I was an HVAC service technician and installer, so I have an idea how HVAC stalls and service should go. I contacted Benefit Air through a referral from a friend, and I could not be happier with the quality and pricing when they replaced my old and failing 3-ton split system with an 18 SEER system. The crew was timely, informative, courteous and professional. The work was quality, and although the unit hasn't been run through the heat of a Phoenix killer summer yet, I can say that it runs perfectly! I strongly recommend Benefit Air. I noticed a few "negative" comments in the reviews, and I can only say that I was not treated poorly or hit with any high-pitched sales talks. read more

We love Benefit Air. We will continue to use their services and to revert them without reservation.

I am IMPRESSED. I have high expectations so being able to wow me is difficult. I have a 1946 Ranch home in Central Phoenix. I just bought the place in June 2013. I have realized that this house has not been maintained in any way (air, heating, plumbing, gutters, water heater, garage door). I called benefit out to see if they could help me tune up my 1991 furnace. Let me tell you how AMAZING MIKE IS!!! Mike was so kind and said hey you got a couple more years on this furnance let me fix it and tune it up and make it run better. He is more than willing to explain what is wrong and goes the extra distance. For example, I had a broken switch he found which was not allowing the unit to turn on and he fixed it in a few short minutes. Next, he pulled out my blower unit and figured out it was wired incorrectly and fixed that. I'm sure finding switches and parts for this old beast isn't easy, I'm sure selling me a new furnace would be in his benefit but he is happy as pie rehabbing my old unit. My blower was also covered in paint, as the house had been repainted prior to me moving in and the painters obviously left the furnance blowing while they painted which covered the whole blower in paint and caused it to be unbalanced and such. Mike fixed everything. He was cool with my huge 110 pound dog being out. It was the BEST service experience ever. I'd happily marry such a man if I could find one as good as MIKE!! read more

Mike and his team at Benefit Air are a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your commitment to customer service!!

Beyond impressed!!! These people take care of you as if your family! Air conditioning and heating companies have a negative reputation especially in the grand Canyon state, I'm just glad I called benefit! Mike and his team will literally go to the ends of the earth to accompany you and make sure you feel comfortable and satisfied. Thank You for your service to the valley!!! read more

I own a rental property in Phoenix, but live out of state. I've had a service contract for maintenance checks every 6 months for the A/C unit with Benefit Air since 2011. This company is efficient, and customer service is excellent. Bottom line, I have peace of mind knowing that if anything should go wrong with the unit, especially in the Arizona heat, Benefit Air will be there to fix it. Thank you, Anthony and the whole staff at Benefit Air, for making my life as an absentee landlord A LOT easier! read more

Last year I had a company come out and do an AC tune up and they recommended over 2k in repairs and maintenance, I didn't think it was necessary so I ignored them and left the air conditioner to run as it was until this year. I received a card in the mail for Benefit Air to do a tune up for $64. They came out on time, cleaned the unit and inspected it for over an hour. They said it was in perfect working order and they didn't recommend any maintenance or repairs. The repair man was friendly and informative. I would use them for any repair services in the future. read more

Benefit Air did an excellent job with my recent recent cleaning and preventative Maintenance on my AC Units. The Technician Josh was prompt, friendly and courteous. I received a quote on a Trane 5 ton packaged unit from Benefit Air Conditioning which was very competitive in price vs. three other quotes and with a good warranty plan (including labor). Ken and his team did a clean and safe work of removing the old 12+ year old unit from the roof and getting it replaced with the new unit. Everything was well organized, timely and professionally done. Benefit Air Conditioning also installed the new thermostat that came with the unit. Ken also filed for the APS rebate and kept us informed on the progress of the filling. Everything is working great so far thanks to Ken and his team. read more

Benefit Air's owner, Mike, cleared up some miscommunication we had with his company a year or so ago. He reached out to us and took care of our complaint. We had not been able to reach him through his regular employees. We were impressed that he took our complaint seriously and handled the situation right away. We admire a company owner that "owns" a problem and handles it "head on". Thank you, Mike, for your professionalism and honesty. read more

Mike runs a tight ship; he and his technicians (Jeremy and John came out for us) are not only Knowledgeable in their Trane systems/products, they're very Courteous, Professional and overall Helpful with the dreaded experience of AC failure. Jeremy came out initially for the service/testing of our failed unit (Blowing hot air) after the monsoon storms. He gave us the 411 on our situation, was honest and forward with our options, and wasn't pushy with sales whatsoever. In fact, we simply paid for that days service work/tests and the technician was on his way. We wanted to see if our unit could hold on, but it was too far gone from abusive renters and internal damages were stacking up. We called Benefit Air the next week, they sent Jeremy within a few hours to run the same tests for free. Knowing we needed a new unit, and having dealt with Benefit Air at my mother-in-laws home as well, we wanted them to install. 2 DAYS later, I can finally sit in my home office and work again!! I personally didn't know they could order and install a brand new unit on my roof that fast, which also needed a custom duct to adapt from my old unit style. Calling Benefit Air was truly a great experience! Thank you Jeremy, John and Mike for you hard work, help and service! read more
