She normally doesn't eat much meat but she ate nearly all of it, complimenting on how soft, well shredded, and perfectly flavorful it was. Our friend had the steak sandwich and even commented on how well it was tenderized to make it the perfect tenderness for a sandwich. Well grilled, perfectly cooked, delicious flavor.
