Absolutely loved the customer service that I received. The woman who took my order was just awesome. Also loved the typical barbecue joint theme decorations throughout the restaurant. And lastly I loved all of the food, truly :)

2 spare ribs, 3 baby back ribs, and a pound of brisket (half lean, half fatty).

Johnny W.

Picked up some smoked meats to go since my dad and I were missing a protein with our dinner. $40 for the haul wasn't bad! Taste and texture of the meats were on point. Solid neighborhood spot, surprised at how empty it was on a Saturday night but it was an hour before closing. Our only critique was that the house bbq and spicy bbq sauce were not a hit. I've never had a bbq sauce like that so we'll pass on that next time.

Brisket sandwich mac n cheese. Baby back ribs.

Rob K.

As the kids would say the place is mid. Not bad but not good either. Walking up a nice bbq smell wafted in the air and got me excited. Unfortunately the excitement was short lived. I got the brisket sandwich with mac n cheese and two baby back rib bones. Service was quick and easy. If you have to put shredded cheese on top of your mac you've already failed. It was gross and almost inedible. The ribs were dry and flavorless. The meat did not fall off the bone. The brisket was bland and dry. The the og bbq sauce and spicy sauce were both very good and saved the brisket. On a side note the strip mall has the ugliest buildings.

I've been meaning to try Bell's for quite awhile, this morning I was craving bbq so we decided to come here, the smells as you walk up are salavating. As soon as you walk in there is a counter where you place your order, the cashier was very welcoming and answered all of the questions I had to help me decide. I ended up getting a plate of Brisket which comes with Texas Toast, and your choice of two sides, I ordered their crispy Brussels sprouts- these are a premium side, so they were a .75 up charge, I also had their red beans and rice and since I really wanted cornbread I ordered a side of that too (totally unnecessary on my part since they serve the brisket over Texas Toast) They have a great variety of sides, which actually made my decision on what to order hard because I love sides. The brisket was tender smoky and delicious, and they had 4 different bbq sauces to top your meats off with. Overall I left here extremely full and satisfied. Glad I finally made my way in here, I plan on coming back soon to try all the different sides and meats.

Pulled pork sandwich, mac n' cheese, and wonderful fried onions.

This would have been a 4-star review, but my brisket was the fattest I can recall ever getting at a restaurant. The first time we ate at Bell's a couple of years ago, I also had fatty brisket. I told my wife I would never order it at Bell's again. However, while placing an order online, I saw where you could request lean brisket. Great, I'll give them another chance! I requested, "The leanest brisket you have, please." They even print that on your receipt. Lean, it was not, I ate just about half of the meat. My wife's pulled pork sandwich was quite good. Bell's sides are quite good. As we usually do, we got a side of Brussels sprouts, mac n' cheese, and the deviled egg potato salad. We tried the Buffalo Cauliflower, and I really loved it! Nice and crispy with a kick that is not overwhelming. We also like the braised greens and mashed yams. Also, their house BBQ sauce is quite good. The girl who checked out our carryout order was very friendly, even funny. As BBQ fanatics, we'd be back more often if the brisket wasn't so fatty.

It's one year later than our first review. Could they possibly perform as well as last year. YUP!!! We ordered our Thanksgiving turkey from Bells. the only differnce is that this year we asked them to carve the turkey for us. The turkey was delivered exactly when we asked for it. And it was carved perfectly. Delish! they did it again. Great service . Excellent food. Reasonable prices.

I asked for the sweet BBQ sauce. I don't know why I was also given a mustard sauce. Neither of us will touch that.

Oh, the smell! We had to park in the next lot over because someone in that strip center was having a party; their guests had taken every single parking spot! From the second we exited our car, we could smell the fabulous smell of barbecue. We entered Bell's with great anticipation. We had eaten here once, several years ago. I thought I'd written a review but can't find it. I remember there was something strange about a big hunk of bread ... Today, clean slate. Hubby and I wanted to take food home with us. Nathifa was polite and pleasant but I had to ask her to repeat what she said, louder. So soft-spoken, I couldn't hear her initially. Hubby ordered 1/2 pound of pulled pork to go. We ordered 1/2 pound of brisket for me. I've just eaten much of the brisket and it was definitely the best part of my meal. I did add sauce to it. My one complaint with the brisket: I ordered shredded (not chopped). It was shredded but not well. There were a couple of pieces that were the size of my three center fingers! Hubby had the exact same complaint about his pulled pork. For sides, we chose the braised greens and BBQ beans. I was so looking forward to the greens which are shown on the menu board as "Collard Greens." They seriously needed some heat; a good dose of Tabasco would have helped by providing both heat and acid. Additionally, the bites of bacon were under-cooked. They should have been cooked fully so that they'd add a crunch factor. Hours later, I reheated the Collard Greens and leftover shredded brisket. I added Tabasco and lemon juice. The leftovers were much better than what I'd eaten earlier. The BBQ beans initially had a good flavor (sweet) but I found the combination of beans to be weird. There are three beans, one of which is the black bean. The black beans just didn't belong. Also, there are bits of something red; red bell pepper, maybe? It adds nothing good to the dish; it just adds to the weirdness of the beans. We ordered two slices of Texas Toast which were, of course, cold when we got home. Both slices looked good on one side but were somewhat burnt on the reverse side. This lunch was $43. This was a disappointing meal. The last two times we got food from Big B's Texas BBQ, the food was horrible. We were hoping to get a good meal from Bell's. We didn't. So the search for good barbecue continues.

nt to Bell's BBQ with my mom. The food was amazing. I got the ribs with Mac and cheese and potato salad. I personally felt like I didn't even need to put bbq sauce on the ribs because the dry rub was that good. The people working at the restaurant were also very nice. The restaurant itself was decorated pretty simply too. I would definitely go back here.

Hannah M.

The potential is there for Bell's to be great, but the lack of attention with their food is disappointing. Our most recent experience is such a let down, and a health hazard. My chicken strips were placed into the to go container while they were so hot that plastic melted onto my food. They were overly salty, but the quality of chicken was decent. Our hush puppies were undercooked and had a raw flour taste. They were gooey. The Mac and cheese lacks any real flavor at all. I shoved some fried onions on top to try to save it. It's creamy, at least, but everything just falls short. Why put two cracker pieces on top but no seasoning? No paprika, pepper, or garlic? The cornbread tastes like a rich cake. Southern cornbread has a hint of sweetness - it's not dessert. The brisket was overly salty and heavy. There sadly wasn't one thing we liked. The desserts looked so good on the counter, but I felt hesitant to try them and I'm glad I didn't. They're a whopping $6.99 for a tiny jar of cake or pudding. I was excited to try Bell's again, because the first time I gave benefit of the doubt that I hadn't tried enough of the menu, and I was mostly just excited to have a BBQ spot in town. I saw they had boiled peanuts so we tried again and completely wasted our money. Call us picky, but we really feel Bell's can do better quality wise for the price. The one upside is that the customer service is fairly good.

Delicious food. Great service. Feels like a down home environment. I got the brisket cheesesteak sandwich. It was awesome .

I am literally floored by this place!!!!! The food, the service, everything. I'm really not a barbecue person but my husband dragged me here and I am so happy he did! THE spot for BBQ in Henderson if you ask me. The meats (pulled pork is my go-to) and sauces available are truly mouth-watering, and I love that the meat is served on top of the Texas toast, turning it into a palate cleanser that also complements the rich flavors of your main dish. Their selection is sides is also to-die-for. Try the corn on the cob with cheese for added mmm! Portions are sizable and the staff is super friendly. First of all, the service was good and the staff were very friendly. The place was clean and very spacious. This rating is based mainly on the food. I wasn't impressed with the meats. I got the pulled pork, brisket and pork belly. They were too dry (except for the pork belly since it had a lot of fat). When I reheated the leftovers the next day for a very short while, they were so dry that I tossed them out. It's unfortunate that barbeque places here can't serve juicy meat with crispy edges. That was never a problem when I lived in California where I got delicious barbecue. I don't know what the problem is here. As far as sides, the mac & cheese was really good. The red rice & beans were just OK. read more

We order Bell's last night and usually they are really good. The service was great for curbside and food was hot when we got home. Unfortunately the St. Louis ribs were really tough and yucky both 10 rib dinners. We order those dinners all the time. The quality of ribs were the worst we ever had. Plus our wing order was made wrong. We order half mild and half BBQ. We got all mild and the fries were soggy. We hope this was a one time bad luck with Bell's and not what they are turning into. read more

Visiting Vegas area on business and stopped in at Bell's BBQ. Had the smoked brisket with collard greens and crispy brussels sprouts. I felt the barbecue was well done, but collard greens were lacking a little in flavor. No concerns with the brussels. Portions were great for the price and I left very full and satisfied. I'm from Texas... so I don't expect to get anything like back home. As long as I can get a decent fix.. I'm good. I was craving some sausage links but they don't have any. Not even on the menu. . But they do have an awesome menu... lots of stuff to choose from which is why I will be back! Pulled Chicken Sandwich- The chicken is served folded in Texas Toast style of bread... the bread/toast was good... and the serving size of the whole thing was really big. They definitely didn't skimp on the chicken. Unfortunately the chicken was sooooooo dry. I used a couple of their sauces to liven it up a little. Brisket- Very dry. But luckily they have great sauces which again helped to liven it up. Pork Belly- My partner absolutely loved it.... and that's a big deal! Flavor was all there, no dryness! 4 Cheese Crusted Corn Coblet (side)- This is an absolute must! Very rich and yummy... not messy, comes on a stick, easy to eat. Okra Fries (side)- Delicious! We were a little skeptical as their appearance is kinda blehhh. Paired with their homemade ranch was a home run. You don't even need the ranch. 3 Cheese Mac (side)- Disappointed. It was more like a very bland cheese pasta off the kids menu in an Italian restaurant. The kids scarfed it down. I guess I was expecting some awesome mac n cheese you would usually get at any BBQ Joint. I wouldn't get it again. Sweet Jars!!- We ordered the "Aunt Linda's Red Velvet". Wow! We were fighting over bites. So moist, the perfect ending. Served in a cute mason jar. This will cure any sweet tooth cravings. Even if you don't want BBQ or anything to eat... stop by and get you or someone else a Sweet Jar! We are going back this weekend to try some other ones. Sauces- Their BBQ sauce is an absolute win! It reminded me of one of my favorite sauces from back home. They have a great variety of other sauces too which were all good. read more

This is my 2nd time eating at this place. The food is worth going back for. What I thought was really worth commenting about was the ownership of the place. While we were waiting in line a woman with a " Emotional Support Animal " (a dog) was in front of us. When she went to order the owner very politely let her know he did not allow dogs inside the restaurant. She then told him it it was an ESA and she had the right to have the dog with her during her meal. The owner again very patiently explained that they had an incident where 2 " ESA " dogs had gotten in a fight inside the restaurant and a customer was bit. The owner said that the woman was more than welcome to enjoy her meal with her dog in the outdoor seating area and they would bring her food out to her when ready. She then insisted that they had to eat inside as her dog was allergic and or would try and eat the decorative plants in the outside area and again they must be allowed to sit inside. The owner again explained that it was his policy and that she would not be allowed to sit inside with her " ESA " dog. She then threatened to call the Justice Department if she could not eat inside and again the owner said no, but was more than welcome to sit outside. At this point she stormed out. The long and short of this is, the owner was more than accomodating to the lady and her animal, he was never rude, and gave her an option to still enjoy a great meal even after she was completely rude to him. I will be eating here plenty more....lol!! And BTW the crispy Brussel sprouts are amazing!! read more

I love their beef ribs which is only offered on Thurs and Sundays and they always sell out. The staff is always so friendly and patient with you when ordering. The sides are abundant with the Mac and cheese a favorite. The brisket is tender and the pulled pork is tasty. The sides are good, tater tots instead of fries, cole slaw that's fresh, and basic beans are also offered. We go there specifically for the beef ribs which are meaty and hearty. Adding the variety of sauces they offer elevates the ribs to another level. The one thing I personally didn't care for is the bread. It's kinda dense and a filler. I wish cornbread was offered instead. This isn't a fancy place, it's a little hard to get too, and street construction makes it worse. So instead I got the smoked chicken, pulled pork, and hot link + a side of mac and cheese. Everything was delicious and I was so full after. I'd say it's pretty worth the price too. Definitely need to come back again and try the brisket. Also, a must try for all their sauces, I forgot which one but the vinegar one was my favorite, and pairs well with everything.

The Dam....Hot at first didn't taste hot but the burn snuck up on me within a few minutes my lips and tongue was on Fire!! After that I tried the Spicy it was sweet and tasty about the same hotness. Can't wait to come back. Sorry no pics as my hands and fingers were a BBQ Sauce mess. The fried Okra was pretty good and tasty Rolling Smoke gave me big portion. It's located off the Strip in a somewhat hidden, out-of-the-way plaza, which gives it more of a local, low-key feel. One thing I noticed right away was that the menu posted in the lobby didn't have prices, but the menu behind the register did. They have a huge selection of food, so there are plenty of options to choose from. We ordered the burnt ends, brisket, mac and cheese, chicken sliders, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and cornbread. The brisket was unfortunately overcooked, although the burnt ends were good. The meatloaf was okay but definitely not the best I've had. The mac and cheese was good, and the mashed potatoes were actually really good. The chicken sliders were just okay, and the cornbread didn't really stand out. Overall, I was a little disappointed because the reviews had me expecting something exceptional. Everything was decent, but honestly, the meal was pretty mediocre for me. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really blew me away either. I'd still give it four stars because there were several good items, the menu has a lot of variety, and our overall experience was fine. However, based on the ratings, I definitely expected more.

Definitely warm and inviting, lots of tables to sit at. I was greeted warmly when I came in. Told her it was my first time and she was very excited. The hash browns were cooked to perfection, and whatever Hollandaise sauce they put on that thing is wonderful. I definitely should have asked for extra. The meat was Smoky and perfectly cooked, and made for a very delightful meal. Added bonus, they have a fully stocked bourbon bar that looked very appetizing. It was only 8:30 in the morning so I really didn't feel right about doing an old fashioned, but I will definitely be coming back here on a Friday night for their rib special and I'll have an old fashioned bin and report back. I love Texas barbecue Chicago BBQ, Carolina BBQ. There is so many good places that do meats. I usually don't go to chains because it just tends to be repetitious. But I do make an exception for Lucille's. I have been to this particular restaurant numerous times, and it never disappoints. Most of the time I go there for lunch, because they have such good lunch specials. One of the things I like is the diversity of meats that they have. You can get ribs, brisket, pulled pork, all kinds of goodness on a plate that will not break the bank. My usual go-to is the three meats, and I often pair it with a side salad to start.. just to pretend like I'm being healthy. I do have to brag on their sauces, they're spicy. Barbecue sauce is really really good and doesn't blow off the top of your head. It adds a nice spicy profile to the meat which is already smoked and charred to perfection. And can we talk for a moment about the banana pudding? It is the perfect capper for a meal and makes you feel like you are smack dab in the middle of the South. Usually it's just to fly out of Las Vegas for a work trip. This time though, I was in area for the US Post office. Looking for nearby places to eat, I saw that Smoke & Fire was only 10 minutes away! My husband and I stopped by for dinner around 3:30 P.M on a Friday at Smoke & Fire. The restaurant is located near South Pecos Road and East Russell Road. There was plenty of parking spots available. As I walked inside the restaurant, a team member had greeted us and let us know that it was open seating. There were only a few other customers inside the restaurant at the time we had dinner. There was plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant though! TVs were situated throughout the restaurant. There was a variety of sports games playing. When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more! After looking through the menu, we ultimately decided on the following 3 Meat Platter: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, and Brisket with Mac N Cheese/Sweet Potato Tots The World Famous Blueberry Chicken Sandwich: Pepper Jack Cheese, Housemade Blueberry Jam, blueberry aioli, and Jalapeno. The service was super quick. I don't think we waited longer than 10 minutes for our meal. It was nice that our meal was served in to go containers as well! The highlight of the meal was the blueberry chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and tender. The blueberry aioli and the jam was scrumptious. This was a first time having a sandwich like this before! I would come back to Smoke & Fire just to get the sandwich. The BBQ pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket was good. I enjoyed the mac n cheese and the sweet potato tots though! I don't normally see sweet potato tots so I just had to try it out! They were super crispy and packed with flavor. The food was yummy here and the service was fantastic! If I'm in the area again, I would stop by Smoke & Fire to have another meal. I think next time though, I am going to have to try out their pulled pork burger!

The skinny on this place is that Henderson actually has been getting some interesting food…read more Hog & Tradition launched last year in a repurposed SkinnyFATS space (also negating the Blaze of Thunder drive-thru cooncept), proudly proclaiming the arrival of Dominican-influenced BBQ. It appears that they've streamlined the concept a little, paring the sandwich menu from 9 down to 4 and the sides from 10 to just 6. Fortunately, there are still 5 proteins, and my friend and I tried all of them when we each ordered a Combo Plate 3 ($28.00), which comes with 3 meats and 2 sides. Smoked Brisket (+$2.00 for selecting this protein): seemingly cut from the flat end of the brisket, but with a healthy layer of fat on one side. Fell apart a little too easily, thus not meeting the technical requirements of brisket. Tasted pretty good overall aside from the smoke being mild, and went well with all the sauces and the chimichurri too. Pork Belly Chicharron: perhaps the actual intended recipient of the chimichurri. Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside. Goes well with any of the sauces. My 2nd favorite of the proteins. Pulled Pork: a serviceable, tender pulled pork. Just not that exciting. 3 St. Louis Ribs: perhaps actually my favorite since it was very tender and the most obviously smoked of any of the meats. Chicken Quarter: thigh and drum. Lots of Montreal steak seasoning, per my friend, which reminded me of lemon pepper. Juicy and tender. Not as inherently flavorful as my preferred pork proteins. Sides: pretty solid overall. Mac and cheese was solid, creamy coleslaw was refreshing but not strictly needed, collard greens were fine but not very intense, baked beans were sweet and tender. Ube Cornbread comes with the combo and is great. The ube flavor is prominent, and I enjoyed it both with and without butter. The pickles included in the combo were fine but not amazing. Sauces: they aren't amazing, but they do the job. The sweet mustard could have been developed more, and the hot BBQ wasn't that hot, but they all added enough flavor. The chimichurri in my combo didn't hit as intensely as I usually find it; maybe a different vinegar was subbed in? I got a cup for soda ($3.00) and tried to do an Arnold Palmer, but the unsweetened iced tea must have had peach flavor since the only other components were ice and lemonade. Not unwelcome, just different than I expected. The ceiling fans probably helped keep us cool enough, but they were also running a bit too strongly considering their thin paper towels. None of the TVs were tuned to the Stanley Cup Finals for some reason, just some old or offseason NFL coverage. Hog & Tradition is a fun spot that brings a few twists to a solid take on BBQ. It doesn't strike me as a Dominican-leading spot in its current form, and a lot of the smoke is subtle at best, but nothing which I tried today was unlikeable. This is a must-try for pork belly fans all over the valley or carnivores in general in Henderson.

The chicharrones were so soft yet crispy, and the cilantro sauce accompanying them was DELICIOUS! The rub on the brisket was so crispy and flavorful, probably the best rub I've ever had. The BBQ sauces were good; hot not really being hot at all, but the meat was so good that it was no problem at all. Took my family here, had heard about it, I live a block away, and I walked past it once and it was really charming inside with the decor and lighting. Wife and I both ordered the brisket, got the pulled pork for my little boy. The brisket tasted great but could have been hotter. I loved the bread it was served on. The battered fried onions were a great touch as well. Downsides? Why 3 stars? Well, all of our sides were warm. Warm is kind of an understatement actually. They were almost warm. I had grits for the first time in my life. I ordered the cheese and grits. It was a cup of grits with shredded cheddar on top. The chedder looked like it had just been grabbed out of a fridge or bowl. I was expecting it to be melted a little. It wasn't. The grits probably tasted good, but the almost warmness of them made me dislike them. My wife and my son got the mac n cheese. Wasn't impressed, it was bland and tasteless. It was also barely warm. The fries were great. Came in a neat little brown bag-basket with an assortment of potatoes and cuts (criss-cut, ridged, traditional, sweet potato, curly). Wife's mashed potatoes tasted good, but once again, the almost warmness of them was off-putting. We shared a red velvet jar. It made up for the warm sides. My wife loved my son's pulled port sandwich. Ultimately, I'll most likely go back at some point to try more things from the menu. The restaurant is charming and I enjoyed being there. I enjoyed most of my food as well. The bits I did enjoy, I really enjoyed. read more

My husband and I went out to eat here tonight. We were driving around aimlessly not knowing what we really wanted. We spotted this place and figured we would give it a shot since we hadn't had BBQ in quite a while. Family owned & operated which is something my husband and I love & do in our personal business as well. Reasonably priced. Food came out quick, presentation was nice, the food was BEYOND my expectations (BBQ is a hard food to master for some places) so delicious!! Staff is kind and personable. Very welcoming, helpful, with a comfortable and casual vibe. Even with the new COVID-19 things in place, it they did great. (Distanced seating, staff is wearing masks, the typical guidelines) Food and drinks delivered to your table. They check on you just enough to where you get what you need (refills, to-go containers, etc.) But you don't feel like your being "bugged". Perfect balance of customer service! Highly recommend. We visited this spot hoping to try the beef rib, but unfortunately, it wasn't available that day. Instead, we went for the brisket, which turned out to be a bit dry and needed some sauce to enhance the flavor. The mashed potatoes were decent, but the "mac" n cheese, made with penne, didn't quite hit the mark for us. As for the sides, we skipped the baked beans and collard greens since they're made with pork. However, the fries were a delightful mix of straight-cut, criss-cut, curly, crinkle, and sweet potato, adding a fun variety to the meal. Despite some of the misses, we're still intrigued by a few other menu items. We definitely want to return to try the beef rib and pulled chicken. It's also worth noting they offer a beef hot link, though we didn't see any regular beef links. While we'd consider going back for takeout, we'd probably cook our own veggies at home to avoid the pork. Overall, there are enough promising options to warrant another visit. read more

The only thing I wish were included were a little more of the toppings like the meat. I'm sure the serving sizes were kept smaller so keep the cost down but that would be my only request. I would still return and recommend.

I was staying at a nearby hotel, watching a Youtuber do a vid on this Wildfire Sunset place. It's super close to my hotel so what the heck, I gotta check this out for the super deal he showed on the vid. They have these food specials right on their website: $7 Food Specials Your Choice Of get this! 8 Wings, Side of Fries, & 16oz. Domestic Beer Or Double Cheeseburger & Fries ... all that for just $7.00 bucks! Wildfire was close enough to walk, but I drove anyways, cause nobody WALKS in Vegas! Lots of parking! It's nice enough inside, the usual smaller gambling place. I decide to go for the $7.00 8 piece wing deal with fries and a beer! Maybe I'll get the double cheeseburger next time. The food arrives in a timely manner and wow, that's a ton of food for $7.00 bucks. The wings were both drumettes and paddles with a nice sauce. Fries were a smaller portion, but there just wasn't any more room on the plate to fit more! The beer was fine, just standard domestic tap. That was a decent filling meal, if I lived around here, I'd be here 2 or 3 times a week! Service was fine.

I usually stay at sunset station. For some reason, the brass fork was closed for the night. So we…read moredrove up on this place about 1am. Not a single car in the parking lot. Is it NOT 24 hrs?? I didn't want to go and find out. Ended up getting Wendy's. Boo.

Unfortunately she had an emergency and wasn't there which created a backlog for the only employee left who was trying to take care of the bar and tables. Despite it all she did a fair job of getting everyone taken care of. We did have to wait a while to order but the food came out quickly. The chicken wings were great and a good deal. 10 for $12.00. My first smash burger and not impressed but the fries were the best I ever had! The place was clean and had a big bar area. They have a semi separate area that must be for dinner. We would go back again for the wings and fries!
