Absolutely loved the customer service that I received. The woman who took my order was just awesome. Also loved the typical barbecue joint theme decorations throughout the restaurant. And lastly I loved all of the food, truly :)

2 spare ribs, 3 baby back ribs, and a pound of brisket (half lean, half fatty).

Johnny W.

Picked up some smoked meats to go since my dad and I were missing a protein with our dinner. $40 for the haul wasn't bad! Taste and texture of the meats were on point. Solid neighborhood spot, surprised at how empty it was on a Saturday night but it was an hour before closing. Our only critique was that the house bbq and spicy bbq sauce were not a hit. I've never had a bbq sauce like that so we'll pass on that next time.

Brisket sandwich mac n cheese. Baby back ribs.

Rob K.

As the kids would say the place is mid. Not bad but not good either. Walking up a nice bbq smell wafted in the air and got me excited. Unfortunately the excitement was short lived. I got the brisket sandwich with mac n cheese and two baby back rib bones. Service was quick and easy. If you have to put shredded cheese on top of your mac you've already failed. It was gross and almost inedible. The ribs were dry and flavorless. The meat did not fall off the bone. The brisket was bland and dry. The the og bbq sauce and spicy sauce were both very good and saved the brisket. On a side note the strip mall has the ugliest buildings.

I've been meaning to try Bell's for quite awhile, this morning I was craving bbq so we decided to come here, the smells as you walk up are salavating. As soon as you walk in there is a counter where you place your order, the cashier was very welcoming and answered all of the questions I had to help me decide. I ended up getting a plate of Brisket which comes with Texas Toast, and your choice of two sides, I ordered their crispy Brussels sprouts- these are a premium side, so they were a .75 up charge, I also had their red beans and rice and since I really wanted cornbread I ordered a side of that too (totally unnecessary on my part since they serve the brisket over Texas Toast) They have a great variety of sides, which actually made my decision on what to order hard because I love sides. The brisket was tender smoky and delicious, and they had 4 different bbq sauces to top your meats off with. Overall I left here extremely full and satisfied. Glad I finally made my way in here, I plan on coming back soon to try all the different sides and meats.

Pulled pork sandwich, mac n' cheese, and wonderful fried onions.

This would have been a 4-star review, but my brisket was the fattest I can recall ever getting at a restaurant. The first time we ate at Bell's a couple of years ago, I also had fatty brisket. I told my wife I would never order it at Bell's again. However, while placing an order online, I saw where you could request lean brisket. Great, I'll give them another chance! I requested, "The leanest brisket you have, please." They even print that on your receipt. Lean, it was not, I ate just about half of the meat. My wife's pulled pork sandwich was quite good. Bell's sides are quite good. As we usually do, we got a side of Brussels sprouts, mac n' cheese, and the deviled egg potato salad. We tried the Buffalo Cauliflower, and I really loved it! Nice and crispy with a kick that is not overwhelming. We also like the braised greens and mashed yams. Also, their house BBQ sauce is quite good. The girl who checked out our carryout order was very friendly, even funny. As BBQ fanatics, we'd be back more often if the brisket wasn't so fatty.

It's one year later than our first review. Could they possibly perform as well as last year. YUP!!! We ordered our Thanksgiving turkey from Bells. the only differnce is that this year we asked them to carve the turkey for us. The turkey was delivered exactly when we asked for it. And it was carved perfectly. Delish! they did it again. Great service . Excellent food. Reasonable prices.

I asked for the sweet BBQ sauce. I don't know why I was also given a mustard sauce. Neither of us will touch that.

Oh, the smell! We had to park in the next lot over because someone in that strip center was having a party; their guests had taken every single parking spot! From the second we exited our car, we could smell the fabulous smell of barbecue. We entered Bell's with great anticipation. We had eaten here once, several years ago. I thought I'd written a review but can't find it. I remember there was something strange about a big hunk of bread ... Today, clean slate. Hubby and I wanted to take food home with us. Nathifa was polite and pleasant but I had to ask her to repeat what she said, louder. So soft-spoken, I couldn't hear her initially. Hubby ordered 1/2 pound of pulled pork to go. We ordered 1/2 pound of brisket for me. I've just eaten much of the brisket and it was definitely the best part of my meal. I did add sauce to it. My one complaint with the brisket: I ordered shredded (not chopped). It was shredded but not well. There were a couple of pieces that were the size of my three center fingers! Hubby had the exact same complaint about his pulled pork. For sides, we chose the braised greens and BBQ beans. I was so looking forward to the greens which are shown on the menu board as "Collard Greens." They seriously needed some heat; a good dose of Tabasco would have helped by providing both heat and acid. Additionally, the bites of bacon were under-cooked. They should have been cooked fully so that they'd add a crunch factor. Hours later, I reheated the Collard Greens and leftover shredded brisket. I added Tabasco and lemon juice. The leftovers were much better than what I'd eaten earlier. The BBQ beans initially had a good flavor (sweet) but I found the combination of beans to be weird. There are three beans, one of which is the black bean. The black beans just didn't belong. Also, there are bits of something red; red bell pepper, maybe? It adds nothing good to the dish; it just adds to the weirdness of the beans. We ordered two slices of Texas Toast which were, of course, cold when we got home. Both slices looked good on one side but were somewhat burnt on the reverse side. This lunch was $43. This was a disappointing meal. The last two times we got food from Big B's Texas BBQ, the food was horrible. We were hoping to get a good meal from Bell's. We didn't. So the search for good barbecue continues.

nt to Bell's BBQ with my mom. The food was amazing. I got the ribs with Mac and cheese and potato salad. I personally felt like I didn't even need to put bbq sauce on the ribs because the dry rub was that good. The people working at the restaurant were also very nice. The restaurant itself was decorated pretty simply too. I would definitely go back here.

Delicious food. Great service. Feels like a down home environment. I got the brisket cheesesteak sandwich. It was awesome .

The potential is there for Bell's to be great, but the lack of attention with their food is disappointing. Our most recent experience is such a let down, and a health hazard. My chicken strips were placed into the to go container while they were so hot that plastic melted onto my food. They were overly salty, but the quality of chicken was decent. Our hush puppies were undercooked and had a raw flour taste. They were gooey. The Mac and cheese lacks any real flavor at all. I shoved some fried onions on top to try to save it. It's creamy, at least, but everything just falls short. Why put two cracker pieces on top but no seasoning? No paprika, pepper, or garlic? The cornbread tastes like a rich cake. Southern cornbread has a hint of sweetness - it's not dessert. The brisket was overly salty and heavy. There sadly wasn't one thing we liked. The desserts looked so good on the counter, but I felt hesitant to try them and I'm glad I didn't. They're a whopping $6.99 for a tiny jar of cake or pudding. I was excited to try Bell's again, because the first time I gave benefit of the doubt that I hadn't tried enough of the menu, and I was mostly just excited to have a BBQ spot in town. I saw they had boiled peanuts so we tried again and completely wasted our money. Call us picky, but we really feel Bell's can do better quality wise for the price. The one upside is that the customer service is fairly good.

The food at Bell's barbecue is always mouth watering good. I took my friend here for breakfast. She loved the chicken and waffles. It was the seasoning of the chicken that makes it so tasty. Came here a few weeks ago and I was not very impressed. The pulled pork was good and the baked beans were awesome. The chicken is very dry, the Mac n cheese watery and just not worth all the money they charge and that I spent. I don't believe this place is my cup of tea, but I'm just one person. Ordered the beef ribs. Big disappointment, very little meat. The meat that was there was rubbery and hard to chew. Not tender at all. The meat should slide off the bone it didn't. I don't believe they smoked it long enough. Go to Rollin Smoke for beef ribs. This is not the place for it. read more

My friends and I had a solid meal here! The customer service is amazing. The employees are genuinely friendly. The menu selection is huge! The food was a solid "good" but not quite "great." My pork belly was the exception...it was to die for! The brisket seemed a little dry and I wouldn't order it again. The potato salad and BBQ beans were, again, good but not special. The different sauces were good! We had a blast and I will definitely come again and try some different items. read more

Ordered 12 rack of baby back ribs, roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potato and Cole slaw. There was more than enough for husband and I to share, and still had 2 ribs left over. Extremely meaty ribs, not dripping with sauce, just the way we like it. Extra sauce is on table to add if you wanted. Ribs were very tender and succulent, and sides were tasty. Cole slaw had just right amount of dressing, and sprouts were crispy. The ribs are served on Top of garlic toast, and ribs were covered in crunchy onion rings. Also had the best corn bread in town. Only issue is music is so loud. No matter where you sit, music blares, can't even have a conversation but food is so good I will just wear ear plugs. Service was pleasant and quick. read more

This was super good! I loved the smoky taste of my ribs and you could tell they had been cooked in a smoker. I have to eat gluten free so I requested the GF menu and there were plenty of choices. I had the spare ribs, cheesy grits, and garlic mashed potatoes. She wasn't going to have any onions on it until I asked if they could make them gluten free. They did, so basically I had a little batch of skinny onion rings! They do share a fryer so it may not be safe for Celiacs, but I'm gluten intolerant and don't usually have problems with shared fryers. read more

We have been here several times and we like the food. The pricing is a little bit on the high end for what you get especially since you have to line up like cattle at the counter to order. This is especially annoying when the people in front of you have to discuss every item on the menu with the cashier. The décor is fine for a casual place. Treat me like I am visiting a restaurant and take my order at the table and I will be there more often and hand my money over much more cheerful, otherwise charge me like a place where I order at the counter. read more

Starting this out by saying that the meat was delicious. I got the pulled pork and it was moist and melted in my mouth. I got three sides: *Smashed Potatoes w/Smoke Roasted Garlic Tasted two days old as if they were in the fridge and then they warmed them up in the microwave and put them in the box. Also, garlic? There was none. *Crispy Brussel Sprouts Drenched in so much oil; from the frying, that I could have squeezed it out into a pan and fried something else in it. *Mac and Cheese Eh. Super bland. Nothing to write home about. But the meat, was delicious. Yum. Three stars for the great meat and amazing barbecue sauce. Also, I lived in St. Louis for the last three years so barbecue was a staple in my house. Bummed on the sides but the actual barbecued meat and barbecue sauce rivals the St. Louis/ Kansas City barbecue. Will try the ribs next time. read more

My wife hates most BBQ chicken because it's really dry. However, Bell's 1/2 chicken is incredibly moist and my wife likes to eat healthy so she orders a double order of salad. Me, I like their brisket, and ribs, and sausage - nice sides - with quite a variety of starches. Some neat desserts in mason jars too. We ordered take-out due to Covid-19 the day after the 4th of July. My husband ordered a full rack of beef and I ordered a full rack of baby back ribs with a side of pork belly bites. When we got home the ribs all looked and tasted exactly the same. The bbq sauce was great, but our ribs were a bit tough and not what we'd expect from a bbq place. We actually thought maybe they were dried out or an old batch. The side items were good. We had Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, fries, and mashed potatoes. I also don't think they've update their online menu because the bill was close to $70. I don't think I'll be back for the price and taste. read more

Looks like every single negative review--42 of them over 5 years--gets buried. What is going on? I have eaten at Bells before and it was fine, but tonight I ordered wings from a place called "Wing Nation," which it turns out IS actually Bells, located inside Bells, but just what they call their wings. Now, I am not super picky but I did expect the wings to be good, given the Yelp reviews. Again: this was before I took a closer look, later on, and realized that anything under 4 stars is hidden. Here's the problem. The menu looked astonishing! All these different styles and all these amazing sauces from around the world--wow! The wings arrived and the 2 stars is because each wing was gigantic. But ONLY TWO STARS because wings are supposed to be crispy---that's like the very best thing about them! But these wings were not only flabby, with flabby white skin hanging off it--with no crispness or crispy crunchy skin at all!--additionally the larger wings were literally not cooked all the way through. They had that gamey flavor and smell of undercooked chicken. I ate 3 of the 6 and when the 3rd had translucent flabby undercook meat I couldn't eat the rest. Very surprising. Really disappointing. Absolutely gross. Possibly unsafe. read more

This patio is fairly large, is covered, has fans and misters. Our service was great each visit. Both of our servers were attentive and provided great service. We really like the service and environment on the first visit that we decided to bring visiting family and friends to Eureka! They also thought the place and food was good. The "chips" on the fish and chips meal was so good. It's a bummer that I don't see the Korean Beef Franchos on their menu anymore. The potatoes went perfectly together with the Korean Beef. They made our evening enjoyable, and they deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the blonde manager who approached us. Her appearance was sloppy and unprofessional, and her manners left much to be desired. Interrupting a conversation between my husband and me to question the bartenders about whether we were dining was unnecessary and poorly timed. There is a professional way to communicate with your staff without disrupting your guests' experience. It's Friday night. You're in the hospitality industry, you know you're going to be busy, and presentation matters. Dress like you take pride in your position, carry yourself with professionalism, and demonstrate the courtesy you should be setting as an example for your employees. The irony is that the two bartenders displayed more professionalism and hospitality than the person who appeared to be managing them. Five stars for the bartenders. Management, however, could use a serious lesson in professionalism, presentation, and basic manners. friday oct 9 , 2026 , 630pm ann

It appeared they had 2 waitresses to cover the entire footprint outside of the bar and our small group had waited 15 minutes before I finally decided to get up from the tall table against the wall that we were at and go to the bar to order drinks and asked the bartender if there was a server for the area we were in, she said yes and I asked if she would send them over so we can order food. Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Service could have been a bit better, but I do understand it was a weekday and there probably weren't very many servers working. It took a very long time to have our server greet us and take our orders. We didn't get straws with our drink and had to wait so long to flag someone down for one. When we did see our server, she was nice and friendly though so there is that. The food was fantastic and very much made up for the not so great service. The pancakes are huge and taste great. I love that they offer extra crispy bacon. I wish there were more accompaniments I could pay for to add to the grits (they were the only thing I thought was bland and needed something else.) Overall, I'd absolutely eat here again, expecting that the service will be bad but the food will be good.

A Perfect Fall Breakfast!…read more Fall Croissant Sandwich A little messy to eat, but absolutely worth it! The first bite of the croissant is delightful -- buttery, soft, and perfectly crispy. The fluffy scrambled eggs are wrapped in creamy, savory cheese, while the maple-infused patty adds just the right touch of sweetness. And the pickled jalapeños? They bring everything together with a tangy little kick at the end. Such a delicious balance of flavors! Rustica Frittata Oh. My. God. This one was made for my taste buds! There's a delightful tanginess that lingers with every bite, followed by a subtle, comforting cheesiness that I absolutely love as a cheese lover. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes A creative twist on ordinary pancakes! The lemon custard brings a refreshing, bright flavor that makes these pancakes feel like something entirely new. Took my family here, had heard about it, I live a block away, and I walked past it once and it was really charming inside with the decor and lighting. Wife and I both ordered the brisket, got the pulled pork for my little boy. The brisket tasted great but could have been hotter. I loved the bread it was served on. The battered fried onions were a great touch as well. Downsides? Why 3 stars? Well, all of our sides were warm. Warm is kind of an understatement actually. They were almost warm. I had grits for the first time in my life. I ordered the cheese and grits. It was a cup of grits with shredded cheddar on top. The chedder looked like it had just been grabbed out of a fridge or bowl. I was expecting it to be melted a little. It wasn't. The grits probably tasted good, but the almost warmness of them made me dislike them. My wife and my son got the mac n cheese. Wasn't impressed, it was bland and tasteless. It was also barely warm. The fries were great. Came in a neat little brown bag-basket with an assortment of potatoes and cuts (criss-cut, ridged, traditional, sweet potato, curly). Wife's mashed potatoes tasted good, but once again, the almost warmness of them was off-putting. We shared a red velvet jar. It made up for the warm sides. My wife loved my son's pulled port sandwich. Ultimately, I'll most likely go back at some point to try more things from the menu. The restaurant is charming and I enjoyed being there. I enjoyed most of my food as well. The bits I did enjoy, I really enjoyed. read more

My husband and I went out to eat here tonight. We were driving around aimlessly not knowing what we really wanted. We spotted this place and figured we would give it a shot since we hadn't had BBQ in quite a while. Family owned & operated which is something my husband and I love & do in our personal business as well. Reasonably priced. Food came out quick, presentation was nice, the food was BEYOND my expectations (BBQ is a hard food to master for some places) so delicious!! Staff is kind and personable. Very welcoming, helpful, with a comfortable and casual vibe. Even with the new COVID-19 things in place, it they did great. (Distanced seating, staff is wearing masks, the typical guidelines) Food and drinks delivered to your table. They check on you just enough to where you get what you need (refills, to-go containers, etc.) But you don't feel like your being "bugged". Perfect balance of customer service! Highly recommend. We will be repeat customers! #VegasStrong read more

We visited this spot hoping to try the beef rib, but unfortunately, it wasn't available that day. Instead, we went for the brisket, which turned out to be a bit dry and needed some sauce to enhance the flavor. The mashed potatoes were decent, but the "mac" n cheese, made with penne, didn't quite hit the mark for us. As for the sides, we skipped the baked beans and collard greens since they're made with pork. However, the fries were a delightful mix of straight-cut, criss-cut, curly, crinkle, and sweet potato, adding a fun variety to the meal. Despite some of the misses, we're still intrigued by a few other menu items. We definitely want to return to try the beef rib and pulled chicken. It's also worth noting they offer a beef hot link, though we didn't see any regular beef links. While we'd consider going back for takeout, we'd probably cook our own veggies at home to avoid the pork. Overall, there are enough promising options to warrant another visit. read more

And it took a long time to get our orders, my dish was overcooked and lacking flavor. The portion size was also smaller than expected. .
