In addition to the pizza, I also tried their pizza dough burger, which was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. The burger patty was made with juicy Angus beef and was cooked to perfection, with a rich, savory flavor that blended beautifully with the other ingredients. What made this burger unique was the use of pizza dough as the bun. The dough was thin yet soft enough to hold the burger and toppings without falling apart. Salvatore's attention to detail and use of high-quality ingredients made both the pizza and burger exceptional. It was clear that he takes pride in the food he creates and is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience to his customers. . We were planning a day trip to Miami and asked a friend for lunch recommendations. He suggested Bellillo Restaurant, so we decided to check it out. After landing in Fort Lauderdale, we drove about 40 minutes to the restaurant. Parking was a bit of a challenge since Bellillo is located in a busy area of Miami with limited street parking. Upon entering, we loved the ambiance, charming and inviting. From the menu, we ordered Burrata, 3 Regioni Pizza, Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, and for dessert, Pistachio Tiramisu. Our meal began with the Burrata salad, featuring spinach, tomato, and fresh burrata. While it was a healthy and well-prepared starter, in hindsight, we felt we could've chosen something more flavorful to begin our meal. Next came the main dishes. The Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken was rich, creamy, and delicious, one of the highlights. The 3 Regioni Pizza, cooked in a coal-fired oven, had a great crust, tasty cheese, and burrata on top. Although we enjoyed it, we realized a Margherita pizza might have matched our preferences better. Finally, we had the Pistachio Tiramisu, which was the standout of the meal, flavorful, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Bellillo in Miami! Was absolutely delicious. Each bite was like a trip to Italy! flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Now, onto the service. A+ all the way! Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. But when it comes to options, Bellillo fell a bit short. They didn't have a lot of food options to choose. And don't even get me started on the drink selection, talk about limited! It would've been nice to have more options to pair with our meal. Bellillo is on the pricey side, But despite the lack of options I still felt like it was worth it for the quality of the food and service we received. So, if you're craving a taste of Italy in Miami and don't mind a limited menu, Bellillo might be worth a visit. Just be prepared to splurge a bit! read more
