    I was supposed to get two 26 foot trucks and five movers at 8am. Only one truck showed up and four movers and they staryed at 9am. One of the movers told me he hadnt been to bed yet and asked if he could leave. I oocked up pizzas for them and had a full cooler for them. They told me they wouldnt be able to finish my move because they had another move to go to. And they didnt feel comfortable moving my piano. I had specifically asked for this service. They left boxes and furnishings stacked four deep on the front porch and left before I could make it back to the new house. I called corporate at 12pm and its just an AI system. Two hoirs later a woman called me and said theyd get their operations on it. At 4pm I hired two moving companies at an expense of $1300 to finish my move. It's now 8:45pm. It will take days just to put the boxes where they go.

    Bellhops packed two of our televisions face down with items stacked on top of them (see photo). Not surprisingly, they were damaged and are no longer usable. Bellhops has not responded to any of my three messages to file a damage claim.

    Only two movers showed up for the scheduled move. They were careless with my belongings which resulted in multiple damages. The compensation for those damages was insulting and caused me to have to pay a ton of money to have items replaced, fixed, and or cleaned. Offer Pad scheduled another move, but it was not until two days later which caused me a lot of issues on my transition between homes. I had to take off two days' work to make up for the lost time. Day two movers were better, but they did not get all my belongings moved and just left with a "sorry". Not acceptable and once again caused me to have to pay more money to hire another moving company to complete the job. Bellhop was what was provided to me through Offer Pad. I will never use or recommend Bellhop for anything! This "free" move ended up costing me more than what I would have paid for an independent mover that actually cared and could provide quality service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I sent in a request for bids through Angie and the were the first to respond. Their response was not only very quick but, they had the best rates. They were available when I wanted them and reserving a spot was easy. I received a contract through email and my time was scheduled. I received a call the day before to confirm our appointment. The team arrived on time and actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing! They communicated very well with each other, took extra steps to protect my items and took precautions with pads and floor runners to also protect the houses. They had the job done so quickly, I was amazed!! Everything was in its proper place when they left. I have never had a better moving experience!! I feel so lucky to have connected with this friendly, efficient, professional company. I hope never to move again but, if I do, I wouldn't contact anyone else. Nice, nice job!! Thank you!!

    A good majority of my experiences with The UPS Store in Broad Ripple have been simple yet positive…read more From shipping back AT&T equipment to renting a mailbox, nearly all of my activities have been positive with good customer service, fair pricing, and no hiccups in terms of delivery. The UPS Store is located in the strip center that includes Great Clips, a Thai restaurant, Big Red Liquors, and a few other businesses. The strip center has a handful of vacancies currently, though Tropical Smoothie is getting ready to open up. As is true of nearly every business in Broad Ripple, parking is very territorial here. This strip center has a huge parking lot, however, using it to shop in the Broad Ripple area is not advised as it's considered exclusive to strip center businesses. There's ample accessible parking, though on more than one occasion I've experienced that being violated here without consequence. There are curb cuts at various points along the strip, and the entire retail center is accessible. UPS Store has a single glass door entry. I've returned AT&T equipment more than once here. They know the routine precisely, and they get it done quickly. They always advise holding on to their documents, because they note that AT&T has a history of losing records (no surprise there). I've also shipped labs from this location (medical). Again, they know exactly what to do. They get it done quickly. I rented a mailbox here for a while to go with my charity work. I had zero hiccups the entire time. I just finally stopped as it was an expense I didn't need, but it was convenient and well run. They honor their posted hours, and they're open 7-days a week. Overall, I've been happy with my experiences here.

    Paid a premium price for 2nd day delivery in October of 2025. The package was delivered five days…read morelater, so I asked the store to refund the difference I would have paid for 5 day delivery. I was promised a full refund based on their guaranteed service refund policy. The franchise owner is never in the store and they did not follow up with me, so I called UPS Corporate and they referred to the UPS Store's corporate office. They opened a claim and nothing happened. I called the store and they remarked,"You haven't gotten a refund yet?" The employee could only leave a note for the owner, and nothing happened. I called the corporate office again in March and they told me BECAUSE I FAILED TO FOLLOW UP, they closed the case. I had them reopen it. They said they would require the store owner to resubmit the claim and if I hadn't heard from anyone by Monday, to call back. This time, when I called as they suggested, the person at the corporate office told me I needed to wait and be patient. I realize the store's corporate office is not the franchisee, but they don't hold anyone responsible at the store level. My 1-lb package sent in October was received in good condition, just late. I am sure they think I will give up, but now 5 months later, I have not.

    This is a small office and garage area with several U-Hauls for rent. If you need a specific size…read moreor certain type of trailer, van, or pickup truck, then you may need to call ahead with a couple days notice so they can get it for you. They offer both open bed and enclosed trailers for rent. They normally have available the smaller 10ft box truck and the large 24 ft box truck. Open and enclosed trailers are hit or miss from this location. The fees to rent are normally $19.95 for the 10ft plus 79 cents per mile, or $39.99 plus 79 cents per mile for the 24 ft box truck. They offer one way or round trip options, either you your proof of insurance, or purchase additional insurance for a few dollars more. They have 24 hr drop off if you return after hours with the U-Haul, just drop the keys thru the slot in the building. It takes about 20 minutes or more to go thru the paperwork, get your driver's license and check the truck out before leaving the facility. U-Haul can also install a hitch on your vehicle for about $150 if it needs one. They sell packing supplies, boxes of various sizes, packing tape, and more. You can rent a dolly for about $7 extra if needed for moving heavy items.

    We hired Soft Touch Moving in June 2025 to pack, move, and store our belongings in their…read more"climate-controlled" facility for four months while our new home was being built. About 4 hours into the re-delivery of our belongings by their crew, we discovered that much of our furniture and personal property which had already brought into our new home appeared to be covered in mold. The contamination affected our brand-new home and required professional remediation. As a result, we were displaced and forced to live in a hotel for 50 nights while the issue was addressed. The owner, John Craft, acknowledged to us that our belongings had gotten wet and remained on their moving trucks for a period of time during the hot and humid month of June. Despite assurances from the company's insurance carrier, we have received very little communication or resolution. More than seven months later, we still do not have our belongings and have had to retain legal counsel to pursue claims against both Soft Touch Moving and the insurance company. This experience has been incredibly disruptive to our lives. Based on our experience, we would strongly caution others before trusting this company with their belongings.

The total cost came out to the low end of my estimate which was great. All 3 movers were courteous and let me know of 1 minor nick they had caused. The movers were genuinely grateful for their tips and kept their truck relatively neat. I called a couple times before the move to ask questions, and the staff was willing to talk through logistics any time.
