The biggest thing for me is customer service, not the look of a building bEcause I don't like to judge a book by its cover. When I have to go to work early in the morning,I don't want to be around people with a sour puss face and bad attitude, it affects the energy and flow of my work day and who wants to start their day with negative energy? I have been coming here for years and I have to say it's the best bagel joint I have ever been too. I have to give it to them they know how to make a bagel. I've come here twice and the first time they made a good impression on me, the place was full of customers and their bacon & egg breakfast sandwich was delicious for $3.75. I paid with no trouble. I watched as people (regulars I'm assuming) came in asking for FREE food and items. I thought that was rude of them to do to such a nice little local business. The man who helped me was very nice and I knew I would return again. Today was a different story, with good expectations already I go to get a breakfast sandwich since I had no time to make any in the morning. It was empty and the woman here told me I have a $5.00 minimum to use my debit which was fine. She kept telling me to get donuts and I really didn't want any donuts. I look around and I ended up buying a drink. My total was now $5.50 so I was good. She kept saying "That's it? You don't want to get anything else?" She initially told me I should buy 5 breakfast sandwiches which I took as a joke so that's fine. I got the impression they were trying to make up the money for the "free" things they give away to others by pressuring me to buy more things. I am a pretty small person I really can't eat more than a breakfast sandwich much less heavy donuts. Anyway, I didn't like that whatsoever and now I'm not sure if I will be a returning customer in the future. Ive lived in Bellfower most of my life and I always passed this place on my way to work but even with the long lines I never stopped to consider place till I really wanted something else besides Mcds breakfast and iced coffee. Im sure glad I did! Even with a long line of cars and customers the service was still pretty quick for only 2 employees working. My sandwich was yummy with just the right amount of everything on it. Usually you get some big huge greasy sandwich, but this was not the case! My vanilla iced coffee was made fresh and it had a good strong flavor to wake me up! Good prices too! I call this place "Giant Bagel" and I am a giant fan. The owner is extremely pleasant, and even remembered my favorite, Taro Slushie with Boba, even after I hadn't been there recently. Their boba drinks are top notch, and extremely reasonably priced. Their baked goods are delicious and their Lox Breakfast Bagel is my personal favorite. I love supporting my local community by coming here and I will recommend this place to all of my friends as my not-so-hidden secret bob a spot. This small Establishment has become a community gathering place. I remember when it stood as an empty building sort of rundown and waiting for an occupant. I have been a satisfied,almost daily, customer ever since it reopened this time under new ownership. As the years have gone by, I have bought donuts to take with me on my daily commutes and they would still be fresh after traveling many miles in my car. I am a fan of simple glazed donuts so I can't speak to the other flavors. I love the Thai Tea Boba, and fresh hot chocolate. The owners are so friendly and they brighten up my day with each visit. I am amazed at how they always seem to know exactly what their customers want. I am sure that comes from having repeat customers. I feel as if they are just neighbors. They bring that 'hometown' feeling that is so Bellflower! I recommend that you stop by early in the morning for the best selection. Those donuts go fast! Kind of a fun place to see and try. You can't miss the giant Bagel structure. It's a family operation and it gets very busy in the morning. If you are a bagel snob, this is not the place for you. This is more or less a bakery/deli shop with decent selection of assorted croissants and assorted bagels which are freshly baked everyday. The bagels taste good; the price is very reasonable; the service is good; and the owner is super friendly (which is why I added one extra star to my rating). OMG! These are the best bagels ever! Our family gets bagels from here several times a week. My co-workers love when I bring these bagels in to work, some have even given me money so I can buy them a dozen so they can take them home. They are made fresh every morning. Breakfast bagels with eggs, bacon and cheese are really good. If you want really good coffee this is the place to go. The owners are very friendly. A great place to stop and have a quick breakfast or grab one on the way to work. They have bagels, sandwiches, donuts, an array of drinks and various other snacks. I'm a fan of their bagels and bagel sandwiches (especially the tuna, they actually use solid white albacore!), but everything is good, you can find something for everyone here. My usual order is a breakfast bagel on a jalapeno bagel (scrambled egg, bacon, with american swiss atop the bagel of your choice) and a bagel with cream cheese on an everything bagel. This place could really use a remodel. I came here for the first time this morning and was a little disappointed by the general appearance of the place. There was a filthy sign outside the entrance of the place that was almost ineligible due to the amount of soot on it. I don't consider myself bougie and am all for hole in the walls but it just showed me that the owners didn't really take pride in their establishment. There was little bit of everything on the menu. There was coffee, baked goods, bagels, donuts, and sandwiches. I was a little confused because I thought this would be primarily a bagel shop given the name and giant concrete bagel on the building. But there didn't seem to be that many bagels. I came hoping to take home a dozen but I don't even think there was a dozen there. Instead there were small plastic bags with about four bagels in them that I have the feeling were sitting out for a week. I got a basic bagel a cream cheese because the place felt so dirty I didn't want to experiment with eggs or bacon. It was a sub-par bagel (who knew it'd be so hard to mess up a bagel?!). But they were on the smaller side and were really spongy. The food all seemed reasonably priced and the owners/workers did seem very nice. They're willing to customize your order - for example, ham instead of bacon on their breakfast bagel. I don't see any point in commenting on the decor of what is essentially a drive-thru bagel/donut/coffee stand, or whether its signs are "ineligible" as one reviewer states (Shane B.: the word is ILLEGIBLE...). For those on the westside or Southbay this may seem weird, but these are the best bagels in LA. They're so busy you can see them making then constantly. There's usually a line too but if you call ahead they're fast. I try to pick them up when I'm headed to a meeting on the east side somewhere. read more

Me n my bf went here this morning, I had a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese n my boyfriend had a toasted garlic bag with cream cheese. You have not had a bagel until you've had one from here. They are the absolute best, no competition. You do have to get there early because all the good stuff sells out quick. But when you get their bagels fresh from the oven, you'll be addicted. This isn't a fancy place, it doesn't have a coffee shop vibe where there's wifi or room to lounge around. No fancy coffees, just simple fresh bagels and donuts, and your basic coffee drinks.
