If you're looking for some extremely fancy $6 cup of coffee, this probably isn't your place. They do however have very good iced coffee, and their breakfast sandwiches and deli sandwiches are very delicious and inexpensive. 10/10 on customer service as well. Will be returning more regularly. Straight up! I'm not even sorry to say this but owner of this place is really rude. I was trying to figure out what kind of boba drinks I wanted and I was saying my order one drink at a time, and she became restless. We did not have a line behind us! Like she was sooo impatient!! We also wanted to order bagels but we didn't even want to try ordering it because of how rude she was. But once we got our drinks she gave us a thanks with a smile! Like really?? Why can't you give us that energy when we first came in! Like what!? I do want to say I've been coming her since I was in middle school and with family and this was the first time I've experienced this type of service here. Long ago, this was one of those giant donut sign places. Under new management, the concrete donut was repainted and now it's a "bagel." Stopped by about an hour ago, while it was raining. Their selection was a bit on the sparse side -- a handful of bagels, croissants, and donuts. Menu items like "Vanilla Nut" coffee were really just regular coffee with French Vanilla Coffee Mate. I wasn't exactly ready to rave about the place to you guys. But I got a ham and cheese croissant, which the lady warmed for me, and a large mocha. Both were good. Brandon got a toasted jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and an apple fritter, which I'd argue was better than Randy's. I can't believe I am the first one to review this place!! They have very good bagels and coffee here! The prices are very cheap for what you get and their cream cheese is delish!! My favorite is the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese!! They also have a wonderful "Everything bagel" that has onions, garlic, sesame seeds and spices, all toasted with cream cheese, and I get mine to go and add chopped onion/tomato and it tastes soo good!! Best place for a quick, delicious breakfast croissant and coffee. It's also conveniently located off the 91 fwy. This is a small family owned business and they are always so courteous and efficient when it comes to customer service. Happy to have found this hidden gem. Definitely recommend! I'm kinda perplexed as to why this place has 3.5 stars. That's probably 1.5 too many. Their bagels are way overboiled and really rubbery and chewy. Not much int he way of flavor either. I will give them credit for being very quick with service and very inexpensive -- can't argue with that. Still though, their bagels are essentially supermarket quality. I don't mean the supermarket bakery either -- those are actually quite better than Bellflower Bagels. I'm talking the bagged, Lender's Bagels type of deal. My wife loves this place, but it's really just a nostalgic thing for her, as the bagels here are really mediocre. She'll admit she's had way better bagels. Seriously Bellflower? 4 and a half stars? I was so stoked upon reading about this place. I mean, it has a 30 foot bagel on top of it so I thought.... How can I go wrong here?? I was smacked in the face with wrongness! I walked in to find two whole different selections for me to choose from... Plain and cheese. To accompany all of these wonderful selections, I had my choice of 4 different spreads! Oh the variety! Upon getting my cheese bagel that was slathered in cream cheese I noticed that the bagel felt a bit hollow in it's texture and a bit greasy. There selection of croissants and donuts seemed okay but neither of those was large and onto of the building. The bagel was lacking. You're joking, how did this place get such a high rating? That's what I thought as I walked in the door. "Do you have lox?" I asked "No, what is that?" The lady replied, looking puzzled. "It's salmon, well do you have salmon flavored cream cheese?" "No, we don't have that" Maybe they were all out of them, or maybe they don't offer them anymore. The bagel selection was sparse, the display cabinets didn't look clean, and the entire operation looked questionable. I went to Panera who also does not carry lox or salmon flavored cream cheese, but I know there are minimal flies in my bagels there and guys bumming money for 'gas' approaching me while I eat. read more

I'm giving it 4 stars because it was exactly what I was thought it was going to be: a quick stop for a morning snack (with bagels, donuts, and sandwiches) and coffee. I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary, and I don't think you should stick your nose up either. The ham & cheese croissant, which I order without lettuce, was surprisingly tasty when I had it the first time. I ordered it again the next time I came and I still have no complaints. The coffee they serve is very basic - nothing really gourmet. I'm definitely not a coffee connoisseur, but who is??? As a VERY "average" customer, I thought the french vanilla coffee tasted exactly how I wanted it to taste. I bought one of their $2 bags of bagels (and bought some cream cheese when I went to get groceries later). These particular bagels are clearly bagged for a reason. Maybe they're a little older, but I didn't care. They were cheap. They served their purpose. They weren't rancid. They were just very plain bagels, and they went great with some good ol' fashioned cream cheese. I personally found the service to be friendly. You have to realize that there are some cultural differences with how people will address you, respond to you, or take your order. Maybe I didn't get a giant fake smile and a "how are you doing?" but I was asked how I liked my sandwich, I was thanked for coming, and we were called "my friends." I figure that's more than enough in terms of being friendly. I can see this being a regular morning visit on days I don't feel like cooking breakfast. read more

Terrible customer service. I went in this hot summer morning with my children, nieces and nephews. We ordered a dozen donuts, 2 breakfast croissants and 2 smoothies. Leaving the store my large taro smoothie with boba dropped to the floor. I walked back to the man at the counter with the broken cup in my hand and asked if he could make another since mine dropped. He said okay hold on cause they're busy. Then a few minutes later he said he can't make me another one unless I pay again since it didn't physically drop in the store. Horrible customer service. Since moving to nearby Artesia, I find myself scoping out the area. I was looking for a bagel shop only to find that this was the most decently rated place. I swung by before work to grab some breakfast on the go, and truly this place is breakfast on the GO! You can't miss the place first off, there's a HUGE Bagel/Donut on the top of the building, it's conveniently located right off the 91 freeway, and there's a drive thru! What more could you ask for! I tried their plain bagel cream cheese with tomatoes, and it was good, but not great. I was expecting thicker slices of tomatoes but instead I got thinly sliced tomato slivers. Prices here are excellent! So it's worth the stop by if you're on the run and want breakfast for a reasonable price. It's definitely cheaper than your run of the mill fast food. Bagel cream cheese with tomatoes cost me around 1.85. Also grabbed a croissant with ham and cheese for lunch and that was great, and the size was bigger than what i've had at other places. So you're definitely getting bang for your buck... except tomato slivers. Inside, is definitely run down, but I take it that most people come and go and don't stay to eat.
