Harry's responded and genuinely asked us to contact them so they could see what they could do better, so in fairness we did so as we never want to leave a negative review and then not give the restaurant the chance to make it right if they are willing. I spoke with the manager, John, who took the time to listen, and then asked if we would consider coming back so they could make it right for us. We are delighted to say our meal was outstanding from the warm bread, to our steak and lobster, to both our sides and an exquisite dessert. Our steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our Cocktails were both delicious and our waiter was wonderful. It's not only a great meal that will have us return once again to Harry's, but the fact that the restaurant truly cared about our experience wanting to make it right, which showed us compassion and integrity.
