I walked in and there were three employees at the front desk, all clearly aware of me, and not a single one bothered to acknowledge that a customer had entered. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. I finally had to walk up to one of them just to force an interaction. The person who finally "helped" me acted like my presence was an inconvenience. His tone was irritated from the start, and he was completely dismissive when I asked basic questions. In the middle of speaking to me, he just walked away to make himself a coffee and left me standing there waiting. When I asked about the ridiculous price they quoted me--especially since I had the exact same service done previously for much cheaper--he shrugged and said, "I don't know, that's just how it is," then told me to go talk to someone else. And after all that attitude and confusion, he ends the conversation by saying their system is down and they can't do the service at all today. So not only was the customer service terrible, the place wasn't even operational. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly embarrassing for a shop that claims to care about customers. Rammy and the whole team at Belle Tire have earned my business for life todat. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I got a flat tire on my way home from work and waited nearly 3 hours for a tow truck when the truck finally arrived it was less then 30 minutes until close when I called to ask if I can get in. I showed up frantically about 10 minutes to close and without hesitation they went and changed my tire anyway. They weren't done until about about 10 minutes after closing time and didn't complain once and we were even cracking jokes with eachother about it. If I had cash on me I would've tipped him without hesitation but unfortunately I did not so I figured the least I could is show my appreciation by posting this. I got a flat tire yesterday, in the middle of a pandemic where everything is closed. It's a lease with tire insurance, so I'm supposed to go to the dealership. All of the dealerships were closed, so I called the insurance company and they said "any reputable tire facility" was OK. I called the Belle Tire closest to me (NOT this one) and they told me they would need my car for TWO DAYS. What? So I called this one (on Michigan in Dearborn) and Darren answered. He was just as shocked as I was that they would tell me it needed that long, and told me to bring it over. That was yesterday. Today, I showed up at 8am. Darren was there, and figured it all out. I was back in my car on the road by 8:40am, and home by 9am. Lovely! I received a text saying my car was done, although I was waiting in the lobby. I was amused and appreciative of their method of implementing social distancing - there was a ring of tires around the desks in use, and the chairs in the waiting room were spread at least six feet apart. I normally feel that Belle Tire is a little pricier than other options, but I needed tires and they were having a Fourth of July sale. Jake was extremely helpful and friendly when I went in. I appreciated his communication very much. I took my car late on Friday as a walk in, yet he still apologized and said it might not get done that day (which I wouldn't expect). The Employees at this Location are very Rude. When I first walked into this store I stood there for 4 to 5 minutes before anyone Greeted me or said Welcome to our Store or how may I help you. I only came here because the Vehicle I was Renting thru Hertz had a Nail in the Tire they patched the Tire and I also asked them to Rotate the Tires because it was time for it to be done and I was going to have the Rental for a while the other place I took it too Changed the Oil but didn't have the Tools to do it so that is why I asked them. Once the car was done they told me the Flat Repair was done and that the Tires had been Rotated but the main Issue I had which indicated it wasn't done was that the Rims were Black and had Dirt on them and the only Tire that had Finger Prints on it was the Tire they did the Flat Repair on so I asked the Sales person about it and he said no he did Rotate them he is one of my most Trustworthy Mechanic come to find out they never Rotated them which caused uneven wear on the Tires they are Rude and do not do what you ask when the Rental company would have paid for it smh. read more

So been on flat tire and my tire was welded to the rim and this loft worked on my car for about an hour and a half before telling me that they needed more time tomorrow and telling me to come back the next day. However that first day that I can in they closed at 8, while when i came in the next day I called at 5:00pm just for them to tell me that they couldn't put my tire on and that they closed at 6pm. Came with a leaking tire, left with a leaking tire. Spent 3 hours getting it "fixed". Drove 5 minutes back to hotel and the next morning the tire was low again. They have life time warranty on their shocks. That's the only positive thing about store. Last Saturday 11/23/19, I brought my car in with a flat tire (to the Dearborn store). I had a warranty as I bought the tires at this store. I would have hoped that the tire would have been replaced if it was too damaged to repair. Instead they led me to believe it was repaired so I had been driving around on this tire for the next 5 days only to find it very flat and in very bad shape last night (Thanksgiving), I put some air in it and drove to Belle Tire Dearborn only to be told that because this is Black Friday, I could be sitting there all day before my car got serviced. Contacted them to quote me a price on 2 new tires for my F150 4x4, gave me a great price. When I got to their location, their manager Ash, looks at my truck and says I will need 4 new tires because there is a 3/32" difference between the tires and it could possibly lead to drivetrain issues, lol, maybe on an all wheel drive vehicle, but not a 4x4. Ford dealer even confirmed this would not harm a 4x4, but could possibly harm an all wheel drive. So a great quote over the phone led to them wanting to PRICE GOUGE me. I contacted their HQ and was told this was a policy, lol, why wasn't I told this policy during the qoute? But they still wanted to sell me tires, that was even funnier, because they wanted me to go to a different location. So needless to say, I left and went to Discount, who matched their price. I have been a long time customer of Belle but as of late the service has not been good. I have taken 2 vehicles over for service- oil changes, tire rotations, brakes etc. 2 times they did not do the tire rotation. I made marks on the tires to see if they were actually rotated and when I picked up the vehicles they were in the same location. Then confronting the sales person they said they forgot. I dont buy it. Now happening 2 times. I recommend all customers to check their tires before getting them rotated and then see if the work was actually done. I think more pressure is put on the sales people to get the "money coming in" by doing billable work instead of using the service tech to do free rotations. read more

Went there 4 times in past few month for the same problem. The last time i went to fix the same problem I asked for a tire rotation as well, when I went to pick up my car I noticed they didn't do the tire rotation even though they said they have done it. They didn't know that I had some markings on my tires and I could tell if it was done or not, so I waited another 15 minutes for them to actually do the tire rotation. Now I have the problem with my rare suspension coming up again even though they just worked on it not even 2 weeks ago!! read more

WORST customer service. After getting a flat, I took my tire to get checked to see if it could be repaired. The front desk guy, who is not a mechanic, went to look at my car, I saw him circle my car, then proceed to tell me I need two tires because one had a gouge in it (I looked at my tires and didn't see anything). I told him I just wanted my flat fixed and I could leave my rim and come back when it was ready. He doesn't even wait for the technician to tell him what is wrong with the flat tire (which he didn't even look at the flat that was in my trunk when he walked out), and he proceeds to order a new tire, I told him how does he even know I need a new tire if it hasn't been checked by the technician?. "Well you hit a pot hole so it's probably not reparable". I was like "No, I want a mechanic to look at it and then let me know if it can be repaired." I leave expecting an update status call that never came. I get a text 4 days later stating my tire was ready, waited two hours to get the tire mounted, then when I go to pay, the guy says it's $160, I was under the assumption that the tire was covered by my freedom plan which would have cost $25. "Nope!". So I told him I'm not paying that because I wasn't even given an estimate ahead of time and wasn't informed that the tire wasn't covered. I want to be able to shop around for the best deal WTF. So he gets mad and removes the new tire and gets the spare mounted on my car. I ask that he return the flat tire, since it's mine and I want a second opinion "Oh that tire is gone, it was recycled" SMH Needless to say, I'll be heading to Discount Tire, where I can get the same tire with the same protection plan for way less money, and I've been told they have better customer service. Belle Tire: FAIL. Discount TIre: WIN. I went to Belle because they are "Open Late Monday until 8". I arrived at 6:37 and was told that "Essentially, it is just an hour until we close". I was asked, therefore, what did I wish to do? I replied that I wanted the Tire Pressure Expert to check my tires and tell me how serious the situation was. This appeared to be a novel idea for the technician. The technician then found my rear tire "very low", which was refilled. Then I was asked, repeatedly, where I lived, with inquires in great detail as to which side of town I was on. The point of this, he said, was to see if I wanted to get a ride home and leave my car overnight. Ummm. Emphatic "No. I wanted my tire serviced this evening." I was told "there are all these cars ahead of you" pointing to the parking lot full of vehicles. I was driving away by 6:47. I realized later that I do not recall seeing anyone actually working on tires in the shop. I suspect all they do on Monday evenings is "intake" for Tuesday work. Fast Forward: next day, Discount Tire, 8AM in the door; 8:05 working on my car. Enough said? read more

Got a bad flat yesterday. I have a tire protection plan with belle tire, so I took my car to them after I had the spare done. They said they'll give me a call next day (today) they didn't. I gave them a call at 2 pm and they said to come in. I came in they said it would be an hour wait, and that I had to wait at the store (not come back in an hour) I took the tire they gave me and went to a tire shop and paid for installation. Second time getting an oil change and tire rotation at Belle when they didn't rotate my tires, my guess is its pretty common practice if your tires all look good, even though the work order says they rotated them. I always mark my tires to make sure, next time I'll tell them up front I marked them and save the hassle of the extra wait time to have them done.....assuming I go back. read more

I'm sorry but I can't trust these guys anymore. After buying tires from these guys last week, I noticed on my bill a $50.00+ charge for something called "freedom advantage." Essentially its a warranty on the tire. Too bad I did not know about it, did not agree to it, and did not want it. I went back after noticing the charge and got a full refund. Still, it was sort of underhanded and I can imagine a lot of people not noticing the charge if they don't carefully review the receipt. I've been going hear for minor issues for years now (tire needing a patch, oil change etc) but I won't be going back now. read more

I went in with a pretty fast leaking tire unsure what was wrong with it. They had me in and out quickly and the waiting area was very nice. The gentleman even offered me some of his creamer for my coffee. Turns out my tire had a rim leak. They fixed, didn't try to sell me anything else and didn't even charge me for their service.
