    worst damn service ever and it should take 2 to 3 hrs to fix a mess up they did on my car!!! I will never come back to this place again.

I hadn't needed to have a windshield crack repaired since moving to Anderson so I asked my dealer and he referred me to Perfection. The front desk operator/receptionist at Perfection is the epitome of courteous and knowledgeable and an appointment was quickly made. When I brought the car in today I was met with enthusiasm and courtesy by the 'team' and the repair was quickly completed at the quoted price. Having retired from the automobile business after 45 years, I can say that my experience with Perfection today was amongst the best of the best!

I had it installation a couple weeks ago that the driver showed up and the first thing he said was we do not work on lifted Ford trucks, I explained to him that that is not true. Now I've had the window replaced in the same truck another time by Safelite. He was absolutely rude and hung up on me and called his boss Dan the manager. The installer called back a couple minutes later and said that he was wrong and he would work on the truck. I had two pod lights that were already installed. When I bought the truck. The installer insisted that they removed and tried to remove them. When I got downstairs, he had both bolts loosened and one was cracked off. Safelight has never ever had to takeoff my pod lights to put my windshield on. There was damage to my truck, installer could care less and did the job. I called Dan the manager, and explain the situation. Dan the manager never said sorry for the damage. Dan the manager sent me a text to take it to a dealership and he would have it fixed. The dealership explained that they would have to drill out the screw in a plastic housing. The dealership tried to drill the screw and broke the plastic housing, causing more damage to my truck and my mirror needed to be removed and replaced. As soon as the dealership contacted Dan the manager, he said he's not paying for it and hung up. The bill was over $2700. Dan the manager sent over a email refusing to pay for it and blamed the dealership. When myself and the dealership tried to call Dan the manager back, he would not answer the phone. Dan the manager over at Anderson store is a complete liar, unprofessional. I finally had to call Safelight Corporate offices and the eventually took care of the bill. Stay away from Safelight Anderson location. Total unprofessional people. Watch out for Dan the manager he's a total jerk. See pics below.

They offered to tow it back to their place to check it out since it wasn't DRIVE-ABLE to their shop but said if it wasn't "accident related" I would have to pay the $200 tow job and OF COURSE it wasn't "accident related" and made me pay that before I could get my car!!! Tried blaming it on my car needing a "tune up" and other things. YEAH FREAKING RIGHT. I filled out the instant quote and received a quote number. The quote response said someone should be calling me soon. After an hour I called them. After repeating all the info in the quote the scheduler I was talking to gave me a quote that was over $100 more than the website produced. When asking about it I was told it was because the website failed to get the correct windshield, even though I had provided year make model and trim. It also didn't include the moulding in the quote. I went ahead and scheduled service. On Monday when a I needed to verify the time the tech was to arrive, which was NOT in the time frame I was told by the scheduler, I couldn't reach anyone to confirm or figure out how to reach the tech. The schedulers were backed up and I hung up after waiting half an hour to talk to one. I tried the number option for service that was already scheduled but immediately went to a message that the office was closed but normal hours were 6:30am-8pm...I was calling at 10:30am. The tech did finally call and I was able to sort things out with him. Based on this experience I will never again use this company and it deserves a one star rating based on this aspect. Rich my windshield replacer arrived on time and was very professional, knew what he was doing, and completed the job in the expected time frame. He was very accommodating when I had a bit of a timing issue. Rich fished this experience with Glass America out of the garbage bin. If my rating were based solely on him it would be a 5 star rating. The scheduling however was so bad that I can not give better than a 2. Gerber Collision itself may be fantastic but their contracted glass service has some serious issues. Next time I will use Safelite.

So the people I sent his way, needed to hold back one more week for the last payment. And yes, he is upset and I get it.
