    worst damn service ever and it should take 2 to 3 hrs to fix a mess up they did on my car!!! I will never come back to this place again.

So the people I sent his way, needed to hold back one more week for the last payment. And yes, he is upset and I get it. But the fact that he didn't message them, and instead start sending me nasty messages. [ again, not my car he fixed, and not me that made a payment arrangement, becuase again, this wasent me or my car that went to him. All I did was send someone his way ] So when he started sending me nasty messages, I snapped back at him and reminded him that I'm not the one he needs to be messaging me. But to him, HE assumes if you send someone his way, he HOLDS YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PAYMENTS! So after I snapped back at him, and he started making threats to me. [ again, not once has he messaged these other people about their agreement. Instead he comes to me! What a joke. I'm not a business owner or anything but I thought it was between the customer and the owner, and between the Guy who is recommending people to him and the owner about someone else's payment. So let me ask yall this. Should he of messaged the customer NICELY about their agreement? Or should he of messaged the guy that's recommending his shop to these customer's? I know things has changed in the world, but I always thought it was the customers responsibility of their own bill, and not the guy recommending. Thoughts? AND again, he does GREAT work. Just shouldnt be running a business if you can't figure out who to contact when a customer is late on their bill.

    Southside Auto, thank you for looking out for my grandmother. She took her car into another…read moredealership for an oil change and left in tears with a rental car and an estimate for over $3800. I have taken my car to Southside over a dozen times in the past and they care about customer service, so I asked if they would verify the repairs needed. Southside took the time to confirm what two other independent auto repair businesses eventually told me: the repairs were not necessary for safety, and wouldn't be for at least 6 more months (tires do wear out). 3 service techs at different companies all agreed that at most, the bill should be under $1000. Southside now primarily sells cars, so it meant even more that the owner took over a half hour to work with me and confirm these suspicions. In fact, they doubled down and made an offer to buy my grandmother's car at a more than reasonable price if she wanted to sell it! They took the time to show me why the repairs were not needed, and how to check for myself in the future if needed. They clearly had nothing to hide. I am so gratetful to Southside for their years of honest and reasonably priced repairs, and they will be my first choice to look next time I need an excellent used car (or to sell one). Thank you Southside for going above and beyond because you actually care about the customers too, not just the cars.

    Rude. I arrived this morning at 9:40 to air my tires. I walk in for a no money down quote and the…read moregentleman said, sure right after I take care of this lady. Lobby was full there was 1 customer in front of me... the lady. She sat down and the guy proceeded to call a customer behind me, saying just walk around a little and I'll be right with you. He proceeds to take care of a second customer behind me. Have in mind im in a knee brace from an accident that broke my fibia, broke my tibia plateau into 113 pieces and dislocated my femur. My leg was effectively decapitated from the knee down. I now have 68 screws 2 titanium Rods, a plate and fake knee. I just spent 7 months recovering and am not allowed to bear weight on my leg for prolonged periods according to p.t. he asks the gentleman next to him to take care of my quote. The man chuckled and said nope, im gonna help the guy behind him quote 2 tires. (3rd time they skipped me. The man came back inside and called a couple behind me up first. (4th skip) then the original guy finishes the lady (have in mind a 3rd worker doing zilch) then skips me again and the guy blatantly said, no he was here first. The freaking worker says ohh (like he didn't know I was there for 57 minutes) standing on a clearly braced bad knee. Then proceeds to walk away and do nothing on the computer telling me again (this time, thank as for your patience) I'll be right with you. The guy didn't want to quote original rims (x3 with 1 center cap) he wanted to quote the expensive aftermarket, then ask me if id like to do 17 as theyre out of 16s (nope, found a set for $45 a week, month whatever.) Still proceeds to direct me toward 17s to look. The problem was I walked in with no money down, and wanted the (cheapest to middle option) quotes. Its anderson, we all live paycheck to paycheck. But no, they were over concerned with commission and gave me very very poor customer service to reflect on. Especially given I know their old manager, and I know theyre directed to (basically upcharge) talk people out of what they (really want) for higher pay. Also, I know their out the door quotes, vs their markup percentage, and I still sat there bad knee and all for almost an hour with patience while they continually skipped me (5 times.) Id give -40 st a rs if it were an option. Looks like Ill go to jiffy lube, and since I used to work there go get cheaper, what I want alternative for an out the door price.
