I contacted corporate which is more of a contact center. They contacted Mike the regional salesman. I already paid $404 He said he would not give me any money back mike also said to replace the coils every time one replaces the spark plug. False it is 60k to 100 k miles is correct Another way to get money from customers I could have replaced all 4 spark plugs and coils like i did last year fir total $200 Meineke is a joke and a scam. Elon Musk and Trump should look into car repair places also.

Chuck was able to find out that it did not need to be replaced. Instead, it just needed seals replaced. Saved me $$$. They were very honest and could have just said that it needed a compressor.
