Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. And if a test drive costs to preform than that should be disclosed up front before you take a car in and you sell people things that do not fix the issue at hand. Absolute terrible customer service, workmanship and pride in what they are doing. 0 out of 5 should be the rating.

But to him, HE assumes if you send someone his way, he HOLDS YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PAYMENTS! So after I snapped back at him, and he started making threats to me. I'm not a business owner or anything but I thought it was between the customer and the owner, and between the Guy who is recommending people to him and the owner about someone else's payment. So let me ask yall this. Should he of messaged the customer NICELY about their agreement? Or should he of messaged the guy that's recommending his shop to these customer's? I know things has changed in the world, but I always thought it was the customers responsibility of their own bill, and not the guy recommending. Thoughts? AND again, he does GREAT work. Just shouldnt be running a business if you can't figure out who to contact when a customer is late on their bill.
