They did not take the vehicle on a test drive before, and or after the repairs were made that they claimed were the issue. Was told that a test drive costs more after they sold me services that did not pertain to the issue on hand. Absolutely no way a certified shop should not test drive a vehicle to diagnosis an issue. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. And if a test drive costs to preform than that should be disclosed up front before you take a car in and you sell people things that do not fix the issue at hand.
