Well decorated interior. Nice setting for seat down dinner. Live music is a big plus. Excellent onion soup, subpar salad, very bad water used for coke, worst than even the tap water they served. Iced tea is ok. Service is slow but expected for "French" restaurants. Ambience is not quiet but if you come during the live music, that will be cancelled out. Very good brown butter fettuccine Alfredo. Recommended. Prime rib melt is not up to standard. Meat is well done. The bread is dry as a few days old. But the French fries is superb. Cream brûlée is on the mark. Beautifully decorated, very sweet black berry, crispy caramel, smooth vanilla texture. What a mixed bag they offered but at the price range, probably will not return.

This gem is the place to be. So much going on all week long. Wine Wednesdays Thursday's with Celeste, Friday night with David Scott.

I've been here so many times and just realized I never made a review! Classiest restaurant in Escondido. Their food and drinks are top notch, service is great, décor is elegant, and on Friday's they have live jazz in the bar area with Dave Scott from KUSI news! They also have Happy Hour from 3-6pm everyday but they are always closed on Sundays. Street parking but you can always find a spot. All around great place for a date night or just a fancy place to go with friends/family.

We were here for dinner 3/20/26, Bryan the waiter was excellent. He knows how to take care of the customers! He is the best. Place was busy and hopping! At first we were seated in their rear room in a very dark table with a screaming child near by. We asked to be reseated and Bryan did just that! We ordered halibut. It was somewhat overcooked and dry. Unlike last time where we ordered sea bass, it was amazing. This time the food was a bit off. But the appetizer of Brussels sprouts was exemplary!! The meal prices have changed as you can see the sample menu.

On Valentine's Day, my husband and I were heading to a show at the nearby arts center. We decided to make early dinner reservations to ensure we made it to the show on time. My husband chose Bellamy's due to its proximity to the arts center, and due to the positive online reviews. I know that when my husband chooses a restaurant for Valentine's Day, he make reservations weeks in advance, and looks to ensure that have something special for Valentine's Day. We found nearby street parking and walked about a block to the restaurant. It was a bit uncomfortable when we walked into the bar area, as there were people walking out from behind the bar, another couple waiting, and they awkwardly seemed confused about our reservation. Finally, after one staff member went to look at available tables, seeming to never return, another staff member swiftly walked us to the dining room and let us choose our table. The dining room was tastefully decked with white linens, and mostly tables for 2. Tables were covered with artificial tea lights and rose petals. They had prix fixe 3-course menus (plus amuse-bouche) for $95 per person with an additional optional wine pairing. I was happy that several of the items on the menu sounded good. We opted out of the wine pairing, as there were several interesting cocktails on the menu. The cocktail menu must rotate as I couldn't find the name of the one I ordered on the online menu, but it was a delicious Aperol Bourbon cocktail that I would definitely recommend. My husband drank the Old Fashioned and the Bourbon Smash. I also enjoyed a glass of Sangiovese with my dinner. Our amuse-bouche was a cauliflower puree with caviar in a hear-shaped plastic dish. I love cauliflower, but I will say it was only OK. I chose the Bloody Mary Oysters which were excellent. My husband chose the brie en croute, which he enjoyed. I was disappointed as it had been described to have truffle that I couldn't taste. We both chose the surf and turf (steak and lobster tail) that was delicious. For whatever reason, they didn't bring steak knives and it was a bit of a production to ask for them. Dessert was a flourless chocolate cake with chocolate gelato, and a chocolate covered strawberry. By that time, I could barely eat another bite. The chocolate chips in the gelato gave it a nice crunchy texture. The service was friendly and pretty good, but I do feel that at that price point, it could have been more professional and polished. Also, perhaps because it was Valentine's Day, the place was super busy and tables were packed in very tightly. I got up to use the restroom and it was hard to walk from my seat between the tables to get out, and I'm an average-sized person. I should add that by the time our dinner was over, the scene in the bar was really fun. There was someone playing a piano, and someone else singing in an old-fashioned microphone. The music was I heard included crooners and old show tunes. If I lived nearby, I would totally go on a weekend evening to enjoy appetizers and cocktails in the fun bar environment. All in all, our experience made for a lovely Valentine's dining experience.

Food was five stars. Ambiance was great (thank you live music) but honestly Fernando made the night. Engaging, great conversation and he also made great recommendations. We enjoyed the calamari, braised short ribs, and the New York steak. Added bonus was the yummy slice of carrot cake served for dessert for my birthday. We will be returning. Thank you to Fernando and the Bellamy team!

Great experience and great atmosphere. Live music of Zach Brosi- he sounded really good. He is on Spotify also. We sat at the bar and had the Burger Brown Buttered fettuccine with Shrimp. The food was delicious and well seasoned, well prepared and served warm. We had Rose and bread pudding for dessert. $$-$$$ but worth it! Excellent date night spot and they had a bar area, the restaurant and it was clean and the service was excellent!

Such a classy place! Our friends go here all the time and we finally had a chance to meet them. We reserved a table in the bar for happy hour and had awesome drinks for a fair price. The servers are so nice and seem to be having fun while working. I'm excited to go back!

The food was amazing. I had the prawn penne pasta, hubby had french onion soup and short ribs. Drinks wine and blood orange smash. Dessert was warm butter cake that was so delicious. Fernando our waiter was professional, courteous and helpful. We will come again.

FIRANGI Authentic Indian Gastropub -- What a Place!…read more Wow. I honestly walked in expecting a good Indian restaurant... but what I found was something completely different. This place isn't just a restaurant -- it's a full-blown lounge with style. First thing you notice is the vibe. Beautiful Tiffany-colored interior, elegant lighting, and a stunning marble bar that looks like it belongs in some high-end lounge in London or Dubai. Very classy, very comfortable, very cool. But wait... it gets better. POOL TABLES! And not just decoration -- actual playable tables. $1 a game! I nearly fell off my chair. I haven't played in ages. When I was younger I used to be pretty serious about pool, so naturally I had to grab a cue and see if I still had the magic. Let's just say... the spirit is still there, even if the aim needs a little polishing. They even run pool tournaments on Saturdays, which is amazing. So now suddenly dinner can turn into a little friendly competition. I'm already planning my comeback tour. Now about the food -- absolutely authentic and delicious. Real Indian flavors, beautifully presented, rich spices, and clearly prepared with care. Everything we tried was excellent and I'm already planning my next visit because I have to try the lamb. I've heard it's fantastic. A special thank-you to Sky, the lady boss of this place. She is super friendly, incredibly polite, and very professional. You can immediately tell she knows the cuisine inside and out. She explained dishes, made recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Hospitality like that makes a huge difference. So what do we have here? * Beautiful lounge atmosphere * Marble bar and stylish interior * Authentic Indian cuisine * Pool tables for $1 (yes, really) * Saturday tournaments * Fantastic hospitality Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. A perfect spot for dinner, drinks, and maybe a little pool if you're feeling competitive. Let's just say this: I will definitely be coming back... probably way too often. If you see a guy practicing pool shots while waiting for his lamb curry -- that's probably me. Highly recommended. woww

The restaurant is fairly spacious with indoor and outdoor dining, a long bar, and a couple of pool tables in a connected room/area. I found the decor/atmosphere slightly stark and more 'café' than 'gastropub'. Maybe that changes on busy evenings. The food was great, although we noticed they didn't ask about a 'spice level' -- it was a mild one-size-fits-all spice. A nice touch was a metal water vessel that was provided on the table with metal cups. The owner was friendly. The waitress was slightly odd. Wait time for food was a tiny bit slow. There's a single unisex restroom off the back patio, accessed by code. Ample parking on the surrounding streets and in free public lots. Watch out for 2-hour limit signs. I can proudly say I have tried quite a few things on the menu already and have not been disappointed. I'd say at this point my brother and I have been here over 5 times. We even brought our parents here twice already. Once for dinner and once for breakfast. My brother and I have done breakfast, lunch and dinner at this point. The first item I tried was the Sun-Dried Tomato Rigatoni. This was so creamy and delicious (later found out you cam add another meat). Which my mom tried her first time around with Salmon. She said it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. From that first pasta, I tried the March Month Special, I got the chopped cheese with no cheese (lactose intolerant) but man did I devour it so fast!! There tater tots never miss btw ALWAYS crispy. The Grilled Chicken Sando, mannn was thay superr good too. Chicken was juicy and always love me some avocado. I told my brother I am going to make it a priority to try everything I cam here. Also, the presentation on the plates ESPECIALLY the Fresno 1/2 Chicken *chefs kiss* The service is NEVER misses. Soo attentive no matter the time of day. Tony's drinks are UH-MAY-ZING. We had Mckellen as our server and he was great. The biggest shoutout to James (the owner) seems like he knows how to create a phenomenal work environment and keeps his people happy. We've seen him walk around often and checking in. You can definitely see thay he cares. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you have the chance. Also, try the Espresso Martini my brother who is far from a coffee drinker even loves it!!
