My daughter and I have been customers at this salon for four years, and I recently started bringing my mom with us. The last couple of times we went, my gel polish started chipping two days later, and my daughter's overlays on two fingers came off by the third day. I went in to get the polish on just one of my fingers redone and let Hannah, the owner, know about my daughter's overlays. She told me that we were "doing something wrong at home". She said she couldn't "redo just one finger" and that I "would have to get all of [my] nails redone". The quality at her salon is not what it used to be since one of her longtime employees left after marrying and starting a family. The new employees don't stay long, and Hannah often works alone. I understand the pressure she's under, but I cannot afford to pay $80+ every two weeks now that the gel is not lasting any longer than two days. I really hate to see her business declining, but unfortunately, she has lost three generations of customers in my family. We will never go back there again. read more

The RUDEST nail owner I've ever seen in my life. Came in and asked for the base color of French. She didn't find it and gave me the ugliest pink color instead. After repeatedly telling her I didn't like the color, at the beginning of the process, she kept going. At the end, she brought the owner who yelled at my mom for moving too much. What a freaking joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! My best friend and I go in to get mani/pedi since tomorrow is her wedding! Supposedly only the owner can do dip nails. That's ridiculous but whatever! So the owner put tips on my nails immediately but that was it. We both got a pedi. As my pedi was being finished the owner did my best friend's dip. First of all it turned out crappy looking to say the least! But then I sat there waiting and waiting for her to start my nails. So I guess she is the only one that can do waxes too! She had 5 techs not doing anything LITERALLY and she was in the back waxing eyebrows. We had been there 2 hours and 10 minutes when I finally had enough! I said let's pay for what was done and get out of here! I'll go pay someone else to do my nails. We paid for two pedicures and one manicure. I told her I didn't feel like I should pay since I didn't actually have mine complete! She said I owed her $28 for tips! $28 for tips that weren't even filed or anything done! I refused. She called the cops. I ended up paying because she was going to file criminal charges against me. The funny thing is, i was told that this happens a lot at this place! She should not be in business! The owner has over 30yrs of experience in the nail industry, and opened this location 2 months ago. I have been here so many times before and had great experiences. But not on this day. After waiting 20 minutes the lady finished up one person and then went over to work on the hands of another person in a pedicure chair. After another 30 minutes both ladies are still working on the one person. When I finally get up to leave and say I'm sorry I have somewhere to be, I get rude comments saying that I should've let someone go in front of me if I were going to leave. I hadn't planned on leaving but when you have to be somewhere and have waited nearly an hour, you have to make a quick decision. I get that they may be understaffed but this is not how a business should work and you definitely shouldn't be rude to customers that have been coming for years and sent you new customers. The ladies were amazing! They really take their time to deliver excellent service to each customer. I walked in and was greeted. There were two people working that day. People were willing to wait. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. They were able to balance the customers with the two of them. My pedicure was the best ever! The lady made sure I got my money worth. This is one of the best pedicures! I decided to splurge on the Bellagio Pedicure with Herbal detox as my chosen herbs. And I'm glad I did! The herbal rub on my legs felt and smelled wonderful! As someone who gets a pedicure almost every 2 weeks, I must say that this is the best service I have had in a long time. The technician who served me was named Josie and she was extremely sweet and helpful. One thing that stood out to me about her service was that she asked what I wanted every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Most shops that I attend just do what they feel and it may not always be what you want. She took her time and gave my feet the TLC they needed. The only con is that there is a bit of a wait time. However, I was fine with it because the service was superb and they informed me that there was a wait before even starting. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Middle of the day, steady customers..I was like, ok. I just needed a pedicure and was in the area so I stopped by. The place is clean, the lady was nice, but her help consisted of students... which I'm all about hands on training, I've been a student, but my preceptor always asked the client if that was ok with them first. Sometimes we got a no. Which would have been me, had I known and given the opportunity. When she pulled out her notebook to follow the steps of a pedicure, I was over it. I did get a good leg massage, but the other aspects were lacking. No cuticle trim or even push back. I swear she had the thinnest emery board in existence and the filing was still ragged. If I could give no stars I would. First and for most, I've worked and have been trained in the cosmetology field. Any respectable business knows not to preform hair removal on a dirty surface. The woman there tried to wax my brows while I had on a full face of make up. I politely asked her if she could remove the makeup from my brows and she began to argue with me. I had my brows concealed to look waxed and I wanted my natural brows cleaned up. Not the false shape I had. Then she started making rude comments about how I'm not listening and how she knows what shes doing (clearly not). I feel like you should do whatever to make your client comfortable and safe. Then I noticed she uses the same wooden stick to apply the wax on every client which is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY! I stopped to check my phone to see the time and she then says "you seem busy. This is an updated review. I've been back 2 additional times since my initial review. They got more staff but not so friendly. They laugh and mock the customers. My second visit, everything came out ok. My 3rd visit, my shellac manicure peeled off on my right hand after 3 days. THIS visit, I was rushed to pick a color, and when I didn't select the color the owner chose, the language changed and we know what that means. Then the pedicurist soaked my feet in cold water. That felt gross. She half assed taking the old polish off. Had to give her the stare down to make her finish removing the old polish. She was so rough, felt like she was trying to hit me low key. Lol. She then wrapped my feet in hot towels with holes in them. Only let them stay wrapped like 30 secs. This isn't an express pedicure though. Lord, we haven't even began cutting cuticles yet. Nor have we started the manicure. Let's just say, it's been a cold experience and I'm over it. Last visit. I'd rather let a 3 year old give me a pedicure in the kitchen sink than give this place my money again. I'm done. read more
