I went for the first time before Christmas when my close friend lost her mother unexpectedly. I was in a hurry to leave for the services but needed my nails taken care of. She recommended gel because it dries so quickly and is strong. I was hesitant but did it. I was so glad I did! The manicure was so amazing! Today, my wife, our best friend and I went for pedicures and gel nails. They did NOT disappoint! It was AMAZING! Relaxing, precise, and very fairly priced. We all three left incredibly relaxed and with beautiful nails! We'll go back regularly as long as we live here! HIGHLY recommend! read more

Bellagio Nails & Salon - Pedicure Paradise! - Hair Salons Near Me - Flowood, Mississippi

Ty and Hannah did my mani/pedi, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the service of either. Moderately priced so not for those looking to pay rock bottom prices. However, this is by far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten for this price ($87 for both). Will definitely be back. read more

The staff here is friendly and the service is really worth the price. The polishes, gels and dips are very organized so there are no guessing games. You can find the polish for your toes to match your dip in mere minutes! read more

My daughter and I have been customers at this salon for four years, and I recently started bringing my mom with us. The last couple of times we went, my gel polish started chipping two days later, and my daughter's overlays on two fingers came off by the third day. I went in to get the polish on just one of my fingers redone and let Hannah, the owner, know about my daughter's overlays. She told me that we were "doing something wrong at home". She said she couldn't "redo just one finger" and that I "would have to get all of [my] nails redone". The quality at her salon is not what it used to be since one of her longtime employees left after marrying and starting a family. The new employees don't stay long, and Hannah often works alone. I understand the pressure she's under, but I cannot afford to pay $80+ every two weeks now that the gel is not lasting any longer than two days. I really hate to see her business declining, but unfortunately, she has lost three generations of customers in my family. We will never go back there again. read more

Charged way too much for the service provided. And it was painful. I would seriously consider somewhere else. It was $90 just for my nails. NOOOOOOOO thanks. read more

The owner was very rude and unprofessional. My friend was overlooked when a white lady came in. The atmosphere was NOT relaxing!

My nails came out good however the overall experience and professionalism was very poor and off putting. I would not return or reccomend. In addition to the experience for a basic dip removal and addition (solid color) it was just shy of $70.00. read more

The RUDEST nail owner I've ever seen in my life. Came in and asked for the base color of French. She didn't find it and gave me the ugliest pink color instead. After repeatedly telling her I didn't like the color, at the beginning of the process, she kept going. At the end, she brought the owner who yelled at my mom for moving too much. I would also like to say, when we first walked in, she yelled at us to put our masks on. We definitely did, she yelled at us to wash our hands, we did. Her tone, her body language, everything about her was the worst experience!! She wouldn't even let my mom and I sit next to each other, even after kindly asking her to several times. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A RELAXING MANICURE OR PEDICURE. DO NOT COME HERE, TRUST ME. read more

I was in the area and because of COVID I had not had my nails or feet done for years. They took me right in and we're very accommodating to my desires. I will go there again. read more

What a freaking joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! My best friend and I go in to get mani/pedi since tomorrow is her wedding! Supposedly only the owner can do dip nails. That's ridiculous but whatever! So the owner put tips on my nails immediately but that was it. We both got a pedi. As my pedi was being finished the owner did my best friend's dip. First of all it turned out crappy looking to say the least! But then I sat there waiting and waiting for her to start my nails. So I guess she is the only one that can do waxes too! She had 5 techs not doing anything LITERALLY and she was in the back waxing eyebrows. We had been there 2 hours and 10 minutes when I finally had enough! I said let's pay for what was done and get out of here! I'll go pay someone else to do my nails. We paid for two pedicures and one manicure. I told her I didn't feel like I should pay since I didn't actually have mine complete! She said I owed her $28 for tips! $28 for tips that weren't even filed or anything done! I refused. She called the cops. I ended up paying because she was going to file criminal charges against me. The funny thing is, i was told that this happens a lot at this place! She should not be in business! She treats her employees AWFUL! And obviously her customer service skills are a complete joke! read more

I made an appointment at this salon for a full GEL set & a week & 1/2 later my nail polish is CHIPPING. Any & Everyone gel polish is more expensive because it is known to last longer, dries quicker, & it's non-chipping ... i'm completely confused as to I have MULTIPLE nails chipping. read more

I don't usually leave negative reviews but I don't want anyone to waste their money here like I did. I asked for a simple dip manicure and left with my hands looking like this. I was forced to pay $52 for this, which is already extremely expensive to begin with. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. read more

Clean, pleasant, and relaxing atmosphere. I was attended by the owner herself, and it was just about the friendliest, most courteous service I've ever had at a nail salon. The owner has over 30yrs of experience in the nail industry, and opened this location 2 months ago. The salon has herbal options (not sure if it's for tea, facials, or skincare), and offers all the beauty treatments you please. Bonus: you can have a Hershey's chocolate instead of the usual lollipop. Thank you for a great salon experience in Flowood! read more

By Appointment or Walk In, but if I were you I'd start getting in the habit of making appointments because this place is about to get VERY busy as soon as everyone finds out how AMAZING of a place this is. It's an environment that makes you feel as if you are in a spa. Relaxing, Impeccably clean, and the most friendly service I've ever had at a nail salon. Fantastic options in their herbal Pedicure and Manicure treatments, and I believe they do hair as well. Very reasonably priced and worth every cent of value you spend in this business. read more

Go! This salon is pretty and clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. My nails look the best they've ever looked. Hannah did my nails. Will be back again and again, I'm sure. read more

Bellagio Nails & Salon - Great service! Beautiful work. Hannah took my nails from horrible to beautiful. I will definitely be back again. - Hair Salons Near Me - Flowood, Mississippi

Was being polite and paid in advance thinking I was almost done with my services thinking it was the right thing to do. Two other ladies walked in while my pedicure was drying. Once I was finished drying she had completed one of the ladies nails. She then proceeded to take my money to only tell me AFTER that I would havr to wait to get my nails done after the ladies came in after me. Told her I had a dinner and couldnt wait she said come back tomorrow!! Next day just wanted my money back for just the nails I had paid for and not receive she says theres no refund even though services were never done for nails!! RIP OFF & I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!! read more

VERY PROFESSIONAL and such kind people. My initial experience was not great, but it was just a big misunderstanding. The owners not only responded to my issue but handled it with grace. I had one of the best pedicures I've ever had and definitely recommend this place. Thank you Bellagio Nails and Salon for a wonderful experience. read more

My daughter and I went in on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted promptly and seated for services right away. Vinetta did our pedicures. She took her time and made us feel like we were the only customers there. She's awesome! This salon gets super busy on a Sunday after 1pm. read more

The ladies were amazing! They really take their time to deliver excellent service to each customer. I walked in and was greeted. There were two people working that day. People were willing to wait. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. They were able to balance the customers with the two of them. My pedicure was the best ever! The lady made sure I got my money worth. Many people lately have rushed through my pedicure, but I didnt have that experience here. My toes were beautiful and the nails of the other ladies were beautiful. I highly recommend this location. read more

I have been here so many times before and had great experiences. But not on this day. After waiting 20 minutes the lady finished up one person and then went over to work on the hands of another person in a pedicure chair. After another 30 minutes both ladies are still working on the one person. When I finally get up to leave and say I'm sorry I have somewhere to be, I get rude comments saying that I should've let someone go in front of me if I were going to leave. I hadn't planned on leaving but when you have to be somewhere and have waited nearly an hour, you have to make a quick decision. I get that they may be understaffed but this is not how a business should work and you definitely shouldn't be rude to customers that have been coming for years and sent you new customers. I have worked in the customer service industry for years so I know how it should work. I will not be back. read more

Hmmm, if you're a regular, there's always new nail techs. The service is great. But I began to see how the owner treated her help. This is unacceptable! No one deserves to be talked to like trash. read more

This is one of the best pedicures! I decided to splurge on the Bellagio Pedicure with Herbal detox as my chosen herbs. And I'm glad I did! The herbal rub on my legs felt and smelled wonderful! As I sat in the massage chair, I almost fell asleep - between the chair and the hot stone massage on my legs! Down to the Strawberry Margarita polish I asked them to choose for me! The whole experience was fantastic. The staff is friendly, the facility clean. Will come again. read more

This is the best salon ever. More natural nail treatments. Herbal pedicures. Super sweet staff. Awesome. I've found my salon home. :)

As someone who gets a pedicure almost every 2 weeks, I must say that this is the best service I have had in a long time. The technician who served me was named Josie and she was extremely sweet and helpful. One thing that stood out to me about her service was that she asked what I wanted every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Most shops that I attend just do what they feel and it may not always be what you want. She took her time and gave my feet the TLC they needed. The only con is that there is a bit of a wait time. However, I was fine with it because the service was superb and they informed me that there was a wait before even starting. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Love the all natural herbal options...so many to choose from. Literally the best foot massage I've ever had.

Understaffed and I got to sit for a couple hours and then they decided someone who came and left and came back again could go ahead of me....when I arrived way before. Bad business. Couldn't care less how talented they are. read more

I have gotten two pedicures here now and also got my eyebrows waxed. They do great pedicures! They are usually pretty quick to take you too. Good color selection and the staff is very friendly. The salon is clean and the pedicure lasts a long time. I will definitely keep coming back here! read more

If I could give no stars I would. First and for most, I've worked and have been trained in the cosmetology field. Any respectable business knows not to preform hair removal on a dirty surface. The woman there tried to wax my brows while I had on a full face of make up. I politely asked her if she could remove the makeup from my brows and she began to argue with me. I had my brows concealed to look waxed and I wanted my natural brows cleaned up. Not the false shape I had. Then she started making rude comments about how I'm not listening and how she knows what shes doing (clearly not). I feel like you should do whatever to make your client comfortable and safe. Then I noticed she uses the same wooden stick to apply the wax on every client which is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY! I stopped to check my phone to see the time and she then says "you seem busy. You can leave and come back later". BS! I'll NEVER spend my money at a place like this. I read more

No, just no. Who is writing these reviews? The Lies! So, I picked this one because it had the most reviews, the most stars, the most positive feedback. Middle of the day, steady customers..I was like, ok. I just needed a pedicure and was in the area so I stopped by. The place is clean, the lady was nice, but her help consisted of students... which I'm all about hands on training, I've been a student, but my preceptor always asked the client if that was ok with them first. Sometimes we got a no. Which would have been me, had I known and given the opportunity. When she pulled out her notebook to follow the steps of a pedicure, I was over it. I did get a good leg massage, but the other aspects were lacking. No cuticle trim or even push back. I swear she had the thinnest emery board in existence and the filing was still ragged. I feel like I need to go to to my usual place to get it fixed. So one star for the leg massage, one star for the effort and atmosphere.... read more

This is the best pedicure I've had in a long time! I was very pleased with the quality of service provided. The prices are reasonable. The workers and owner are so sweet. Love, love, love this salon! Always my go-to place when I need to get a mani/pedi. Betty does the most amazing pedicure and Hanna always leaves my nails looking excellent! Just came from having my solar nail acrylics refilled. Honestly I don't think they've ever looked better. Hannah, the owner, moved here from San Francisco because of her husband's job transfer. Got my nails done there one time and will not be going back. Waited almost an hour (by choice, I could tell they were understaffed), took another hour and a half to get a manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure chipped within 2 days, and the pedicure was overpriced for the quality. read more

Nice facility, but my paint job (fingernails) bubbled and started peeling off later that same day! Maybe old polish?

Never go here if you want good customer service! You are the type that wants to settle, this is the place for you.

This is an updated review. I've been back 2 additional times since my initial review. They got more staff but not so friendly. They laugh and mock the customers. My second visit, everything came out ok. My 3rd visit, my shellac manicure peeled off on my right hand after 3 days. THIS visit, I was rushed to pick a color, and when I didn't select the color the owner chose, the language changed and we know what that means. Then the pedicurist soaked my feet in cold water. That felt gross. She half assed taking the old polish off. Had to give her the stare down to make her finish removing the old polish. She was so rough, felt like she was trying to hit me low key. Lol. She then wrapped my feet in hot towels with holes in them. Only let them stay wrapped like 30 secs. This isn't an express pedicure though. Lord, we haven't even began cutting cuticles yet. Nor have we started the manicure. Let's just say, it's been a cold experience and I'm over it. Last visit. I'd rather let a 3 year old give me a pedicure in the kitchen sink than give this place my money again. I'm done. read more

Kim was very personable and did a great shellac and manicure! Was glad I picked the place
