I am a new client and wasn't sure which stylist would be best for me. I explained that I wanted to chop off damaged hair and get a new style but that I also needed a stylist would would be frank with me and keep me from making bad choices (like emotional bangs. Never again.) The receptionist, Brandi, said she knew exactly who I needed and scheduled me with Carly. Carly was great. We talked about my hair, what I'd done to it (including the unfortunate Box Color Incident of 2017) and what I wanted from a new cut. I even inquired about curtain bangs. She explained why that may not be a good choice for me. We opted for side bangs instead. As she cut my hair, I could see it taking shape and I loved it long before she was done. After the cut, we talked about ways to style my hair. Then I asked about product and opted to purchase one (no pressure at all to buy from Carly, which I appreciate). Carly is magnificent. She does a fabulous job on my color and I have never been dissatisfied with a cut. She always makes me feel like she's been waiting to see just me! She is an expert in her field! I just love her. Stephanie is so friendly and professional and has the best interest of the stylists and clients. Brandee is a doll. She is super profession, yet so fun. She runs the front with great precision while fielding phone calls and clients. She does a great job with lashes too. I LOVE Allie! My 13 yo who loves nothing and no one currently, LOVES Allie, and that's saying something. Each time I visit or he visits for a cut, we are met warmly and catered to whatever it is we ask for that day. She handles my naturally silver but ever changing cuts with skill and patience and she handles my son's very picky taste with patience and somehow manages to make his shaggy mop hair something cute and presentable. I called this morning and they got me on my lunch break. Allie(I think is her name) was super sweet and asked me exactly what I wanted done and did exactly that. I am one of those "cut and color my own hair people and she was just fabulous! I'll schedule my first professional color with her in a few weeks! Super nice people and very educated on cut and color. My hair has been super frizzy after having had my child. I was over it so thought I would try out the Brazilian Blowout. Loved Adrian, my stylist! It is about a 2 hour treatment so you want someone friendly and sociable! She was great and did an AMAZINC job! My hair looks gorgeous!!!! It's smooth, silky and frizz free. I love going to Lacru. It's very nice and everyone is so nice and helpful. I personally go to Hannah and she's amazing!! I get a balayage and she's the best and listens to any request or idea i have and fixes anything if i want to change it. It's just comforting and nice.
