Clean, organized store with a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Make-up as far as the eye can see! Isn't that every woman's dream?! LOL My daughters love this store, so I come here often with them. When I'm with them, I'm usually here for quite a while because they want to look at every single item in the store. It's amazing how girls in their 20s can still beg mommie to buy them things just like they did when they were 5 years old. =) Other than nail polish, I haven't purchased anything for myself from here because I use Chanel, MAC, and Benefit. They do have Benefit products here, but I only use their powder and concealer and I purchase those items from my girl in Jacksonville, FL. If you've never tried Benefit powder and concealer, I very, very highly recommend it. I prefer it over Chanel (and that's saying something)! I have made some really good purchases for my daughters here and they still (just like when they were 5) are all giddy and excited when mommie buys them things! The lady that did my brows was nice but she wasn't good at waxing brows. She only cleaned underneath by brows and not between and on top. Felt like a half job for $22.00. I didn't sweat it since I decided I just wouldn't go back for that service at this particular Ulta. While I was back in the room getting my brows waxed one of the other workers bursted through the door screaming ARE YOU ALMOST DONE BECAUSE I HAVE A FACIAL TO DO. She proceeded to walk in and out as I was getting my brows done. Very rude. read more

I love threading, as much as it hurts, but every time I come here I am in and out. It's affordable, clean and fast. I love that it is close to work and they treat you like a king/queen every time I come. The best part about it, is they use threading and doesn't rash me like wax. read more

As a guy who normally sticks to the aisle and a half men's section, I ventured out to ask one of the ladies for some help. I have to admit that it's normally intimidating with all the female customers buzzing around, but this visit was different. Connie was exceptionally helpful, took more than 45 minutes to educate me, show me products and explain not only how things work but what would work for me. This review is for the salon only. Those girls are rude rude rude!!! I went in for a cut and had a coupon for a cut and style for $25 BY ANY STYLIST. I was nice and mentioned the coupon when I got to my appointment and the girl immediately was like "no I can't cut your hair." "I have never seen that coupon before" even though she looked at it and saw that it was authentic. "It should be with a beginner stylist." "My hair cuts are worth around 50 dollars." She refused to cut my hair and then asked me to forward her the coupon (it was via email) so she could investigate it. She had a beginner cut my hair then. I should have left after this ridiculous issue and the way she was acting about the coupon but I gave the other girl a chance. I have never before hated my haircut in my life. She cut off over 6 inches and gave me no layers. I asked for a trim with lots of layers and side bangs. I should have known when she turned me sideways so I couldn't see in the mirror halfway thru the appointment that it wasn't going to be pretty. These girls need to realize they work for an ULTA corporate salon and learn to honor the coupons issued by the company that cuts their paycheck. If you really think your haircuts are so above coupon discounts than maybe you shouldn't be working here and open up your own salon. Oh but then you wouldn't have access to all the clients that come to Ulta because of the name and reputation. I will definitely never go back to them nor would I recommend their salon to anyone. read more

About a month ago, I made an appointment at the salon for my daughter to get a haircut. When we arrived at the salon, no one was there. We waited, waited, waited. I finally went to the front to see if someone there could find our stylist. That person said, "I know she's here somewhere." and went to find her. Again, we waited, waited, waited while that person disappeared. 25 minutes of standing in an empty salon with absolutely no one offering me an explanation caused me to leave, vowing never to return. A few weeks later, after I wasn't so ticked, I returned, thinking that maybe it was just an isolated incident. The girl at the front register was just plain rude! I will absolutely not set foot in this store ever again. They lost a good customer that day!!! read more
