I'm not a fan of the builder gel, especially with it costing $73 I guess I will be on a forever quest to find someone to service my nails the way I like them or I can just give up and never get a manicure again. Lol It's starting to look that way even though I keep giving people chances. The salon was clean. There are tvs but the one in front of me only displayed business pages. I'm giving 5 stars for customer service, a 3.5 for the outcome of requested service but a 2.5 for the price.

She didn't understand. She offered dipping powder nails. Fine. Sara did my nails and they were low shine and pitted. I found out later it was because they weren't buffed well. I went back to get a fill in and she asked if I wanted the same color. I told her "Yes." So she said I had to soak them off. So why did you ask if I wanted the same color? I told her I'll go home and soak them myself. I ended up doing my own dipping powder for $19.99. They are gorgeous and super shiny! I feel grateful to Sara because I'll never have to go back to the nail shops again! Making up prices and rules and pretending not to speak English is a thing of the past for me now. Thank you, Sara!

Her salon was super easy to find. Ty greeted me at the door at the time of my appointment, she asked me what my preferred look was and being my first time, I wanted a very basic look to start off with. She gave me different options in length and spacing and helped me decided on the look I was going for. She explained that if I needed to come back to have her add or remove any lashes after we were done, she was would happy to accommodate. This was probably the selling point for me. It put me ease to know that even my pickiness would be welcomed! We spent about an hour and a half on the table as she worked on my lashes, keeping me updated on exactly what she was doing. I could tell she putting real effort into her work to be precise and gentle to keep me comfortable. My lashes came out beautifully! Afterwards Ty gave me special instructions on how to care for them in the next coming weeks.
