Randomly picked a place from "nearby" and luckily It led me here. Friendly staff, thorough work and a variety of services. Very clean and big on sanitation practices. Will be returning. My mom did note that her massage on her pedicure could've been a few minutes longer & she'd like to choose what type of pedicure she received. But she agreed with my five star rating.

So frustrated with my nails. I went for a fill and that same day the gel polish chipped and now just a week after getting them done 2 nails are chipped and one the acrylic came off. ItTo top that off the the $41 I was charged for this, it has been so hard finding a good nail salon here in MS. Not to mention that the skills are extremely limited just gel polish which I would never get if had the choice. The first pic is of the amazing nails I sued to get done back home ‍

If you're hesitant about going here, just go it's well worth it! The staff was friendly and it was overall a great experience. Showed a picture of what I wanted and he did way better than the picture

This salon is very cute and clean! I asked for a overlay fill in with gel polish and a polish change on my toes with regular polish. They had the matching polish sets with both the gel and regular polish of the same color, which I loved! I noticed that they have coverings in the tub for pedicures as a sanitation process. The lady that did my nails was quick and effective! She made sure my nails were even and she used a small amount of acrylic. They do have quite a bit of small charges. Like for a different color, $3 for each finger. I asked for a trim down and it was $3 for that as well. Over sat in the chair as soon as I walked in and was out within 40 minutes with my fill in and toes polished! A total of $45. I would make the drive for that kind of service!

My first visit to Allure Nails made a positive impact on how I have worn my nails for two decades. I can imagine that this salon gets crowded, but there were only a few ladies finishing up when I walked in so I was seen right away. I usually go with a gel overlay and gel polish, but only because I wasn't aware there was a more healthy equally beautiful alternative resulted in strong, protected nails. Today, I was convinced to try dipped nails as I was soaking off the old overlay. After I understood the concept, I was sold. Dipped nails aren't drilled hashly and aren't thick and unnatural looking. I had fun chatting with the warm technician. We even recorded the process for my Instagram. The pricing is affordable. I soaked off, cut down and received a full set of dipped nails for $40+. I'm truly satisfied and have already recommended this nail salon to others. read more

Out of town customer. The staff was super nice. The salon was 7/10 cleanliness. Now, I went in for a pedicure. I am convinced the little old lady that gave me the pedicure has never done one before. I wanted my nails short (b/c of being in tennis shoes, dress shoes etc) I asked her 3 times to go shorter & they still aren't where I want them. She was barely BARELY snipping them. I'll end up cutting them in a couple days. When she filed my toenails she was barely touching them. I felt like she was "petting" my toes & feet with the tools she had. GIRL - get in there! I'm paying you to clean this up - not simply running the tools over the top of my toes. I get regular pedicures so my heels aren't THAT bad... but she spent less than 30 seconds on each of them. I paid $45 for - pretty much - a polish change. read more

Loved my experience here! My gel acrylics came out beautifully and my nail tech was so detailed and professional. We added some cute floral designs too and my total came out to $75 which I feel was absolutely reasonable for the quality, time, and care taken. read more

This place is my first go-to in the entire Jackson Metro area but my usual go-to if I'm at work & need my nails done (I work in Flowood). If I'm at home, I have another go-to. I've tried plenty of places and I'm particular about my nails and feet. It's usually consistent about 90% of the time. I think 1 out of 5 times, I had someone else do my nails (not the usual wife or husband) and it wasn't what I expected but an easy fix (reshaping) when I got home. They are quick and its not a rush job outcome. Always very friendly and willing to work with your schedule. read more

Let's hit the high points - they were able to accommodate two mani-pedis same day(week day evening). They were nice and everything looked clean. Now the low points- I don't like that the pedi chairs overlook the manicure stations. It's just not as relaxing to me. Instead of individually wrapping your fingernails to soak off existing gel polish, you soak in a bowl of acetone. They also over drilled my nails in addition to this process. Instead of one person providing the requested services, one person soaked and scraped my gel off, then a different person painted them. And another person completed the pedicure. I wouldn't have noticed that too much, but my colleague's nails looked a lot better than mine when we were finished. And finally the lowest points- she wanted to use the cheese grader on my feet. The gel paint was uneven and had bubbles and every brush stroke visible. Disclaimer: we just moved here, and I'm trying to replace a nail salon I've been using for 4 years. So I have very specific expectations and I'm trying not to be too overbearing with my reviews. read more

Wonderful experience. I walked into this location and a Pee-Wee movie was playing on the television above. I was already a fan. The nail tech was amazing. He made great suggestions and they had a great selection of gel nail colors. I came to assist a friend and to remove nail polish and left with a great manicure for a decent price. I will be back next time. I truly enjoyed the experience. The place was not full as many other nail salon places tend to be which was a plus as well. read more

The place seemed busy, lots of people there for eyebrow waxing! I couldn't see where they cleAned the tools, things seemed clean but I can't say for sure. They did a good job, but at the end my heels felt more rough then before. I think he used too large of a grater lol. Very nice staff. read more

I just found THE nail salon I've been looking for. It's cute, clean and modern and everyone that worked there tonight was super nice. Steve did a wonderful job on my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. They don't rush you here and that's such a nice feeling that I'm not used to at nail salons. They give Great customer service and I feel like it's less expensive here too! Highly recommend this place. Steve, Joy, and Steve's gf (I didn't catch her name) are super friendly. Great colors in gel/shellac & regular polish! They have OPI gel which is a big plus! The service is great, the salon is clean(and cute) and everyone was really nice! I have found that in the Flowood/Dogwood area you tend to have to wait (even after being seated) and don't end up leaving until 2 hours later without anyone letting you know it is going to take that long....This was NOT the case here!! I was in and out in about an hour and they did an excellent job without rushing (even if you come in 15 min. before closing). Also, they offer complementary wine which is an awesome bonus! read more

Love them! They never disappoint. I'm from New Orleans and I moved down here for school. I had been looking for a new nail shop home in the Jackson area for months until one of my classmates told me to try Allure. It's been home every since. The place is nice and clean with a few modern and edgy touches. The people are super nice and quick. But they did a horrible job on our manicures and pedicures. Cuticles was not pushed nor did they cut off enough extra skin around my fingers and my big toe. The lady who did my pedicure did not know how to polish at all. After 3 coat I just ending up changing the color. I changed it to a color that I always get, white. And the way she polished using that color was not even as good. Of you want something done here, only get your eyebrows done. Oh and if you want a basic manicure but no polish they will still charge you $15. I would not go back there if I was you. read more

I tried Allure Nail Spa because the Yelp reviews were good and I wanted to see for myself. It definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was very warm and friendly and they made sure to start in my pedicure as soon as I got there. The person who did my pedicure did my feet as if they were his own! He took his time and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back. read more

Before the summer I'd go for a pedi and dipped nails, but now I just go to them for the dip because the younger high school guys they have in there aren't good with pedicures. Joy is awesome with pedis when she's there. They do dipped nails pretty good, but they aren't as up to date on other nail techniques such as nail designs and creativity. read more

So, at first, I was concerned that the nail salon was empty, but then I remembered it was Monday afternoon and I was off for a holiday! Sooo Vanessa was great! She had the right amount of conversation with me while working on my pedicure (y'all know what I mean...sometimes people ignore you and sometimes they talk too much). The salon was clean and the list of services was presented in a nice little menu. Sad I did not have time for a manicure, but I will definitely be back soon! read more

I think her name was Vanessa she did not shape my nails like I wanted to. After I ask her twice.So poor quality. If you picky about your nails this might not be the spot for you. Just being honest.I went home and had to shape them myself. :( but the customer service was awesome. read more

I never write reviews but this girls went above and beyond to help me get my nails done. I am a mom of 2 and was on an urgent (traveling) and desperate need of a Mani/Pedi. I had my 4 month old with me and she started fussing. As I was going to just give up on my many attempts do get my nails done for the past month, one of the girls immediately ask me if there was anything she could do to help :). She ask me if I needed anything to feed my baby or if she could hold her/entertain her while I had my nails done. Well, thanks to the wonderful ladies I had my nails beautifully done, my baby was happy and I even had a cup of tea!!! It was a wonderful treat for a busy mom of 2. THANK YOU LADIES!!!! I highly recommend Allure nails, just be sure the map doesn't send you somewhere else. The are located next to the HR block and 2 or 3 stores next to the UPS!!! I'll visit again soon!! read more

I have been with Steven for 9 years . He always did my nails , eye brows, toes . Steven went above to make sure . We looked good and for us to keep coming back . To look amazing. Before Steven i try all the places around but they was not good . I went in after Thanksgiving to find different people working . I didn't think nothing of it maybe Steve was on vacation like the lady said only to talk to Steve on Facebook . Because the lady told me a price and I knew that's not what I paid . He said he sold the shop . I'm heart broken and very sad to hear this . Steve needs to come back he was the best there is . I don't want to look for another messed up place read more

My mom and I went 4th of July weekend to get a pedicure and gel manicure. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by two friendly workers who got us right into a chair for a pedicure. My mom until recently had never gotten pedi's or mani's and at previous places she felt they were too rough. This day though both the girls asked us many questions to make sure we had a good experience. For the first time ever my mom said she's 100% coming back. They did an excellent job, and I really enjoyed the conversation with them as well. Very clean. Well decorated. And very sweet employees. Oh! And they have OPI gel polish! read more

I was at Allure today. I have been going there for a very long time and they do a wonderful job. However, there was a fight between the owners and an employee today in the MIDDLE of the salon with about 10 customers. The fight continued for about 10 minutes. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. This was NOT the time nor place for this. The owner kept stating we will talk about this later and yes, I'm going to say the employees name, Joy, would not let it go. If she continues to work there I will not be back. There should not be drama in front of clients. read more

I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I'd like. I had asked about being able to create a nail on my finger that had only half a nail and if I could get an acrylic set. Steve did exactly what I asked and did it so well. He checked a few times to make sure I was liking the way it looked and it was great! Vanessa did a wonderful job!!! They might be new as in the salon but they were doing nails long before at other salons so dont be afraid to go there. She was very nice and we had a good conversation while I was there! I will come back. I hadnt found a good salon in flowood but now I have and this will be my "go to". Great prices too full set of acrylic was 26 dollars. Cheapest so far. Highly recommended. read more

I am just finishing with a pedicure. I chose the mango herbal (worth the extra money spent). Such a needed "time out" for these tired, "winter feet" I will definitely be returning to Allure Nail Spa the next time I am in the Jackson area and in need of a great pedicure, a spotless environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff!!! We were out of town'ers and the wife wanted a gel manicure and came across this new salon. The place is new and nicely decorated and was very pleased with the service. Fragrant pedicure! The staffs are friendly and professional. Very clean and hospital grade sanitized their tools with autoclave, they used everything disposal. Whole bunch of brand name colors too choose from, especially gels colors about 1000 bottles. So comfort because the salon is odor free. read more

Went in on a Saturday around two and even at a busy hour it was great! They really take care and pamper you! I was asked several times if I wanted a drink, if I was comfortable, and how I wanted my pedi done. It's extremely clean, quiet, and relaxing! I love it and will definitely be back! read more

The ladies at Allure Nails were very nice (Jenny and Michelle). We walked in without an appointment and were able to get started right away. My daughter got a manicure and I got a pedicure with a simple design. Will definitely return! read more
