I am convinced the little old lady that gave me the pedicure has never done one before. I wanted my nails short (b/c of being in tennis shoes, dress shoes etc) I asked her 3 times to go shorter & they still aren't where I want them. She was barely BARELY snipping them. I'll end up cutting them in a couple days. When she filed my toenails she was barely touching them. I felt like she was "petting" my toes & feet with the tools she had. GIRL - get in there! I'm paying you to clean this up - not simply running the tools over the top of my toes. I get regular pedicures so my heels aren't THAT bad... but she spent less than 30 seconds on each of them.
