nails came off after a week, but the staff is very friendly. My nails started to lift after one week exactly one week after Philip did my nails and I paid $80 for them, but staff is friendly. I just don't think they are good quality could use better skills because my shape was not consistent on all 10 fingers. I went back after a week to show them the to philip THE lifting after said my nails will not lift just for a nail to pop off one day after day fix the lifting do not recommend this place better places in Jackson. Phillip allowed me to make a very last minute appointment and took me before close. I was passing through town during a cross country move and really needed a pedicure and he came through for me! Thank you so much Phillip! This salon was 100% the nicest, cleanest salon I think I've ever been too (and I've been to many in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Phoenix). GREAT customer service, so so SO friendly and got a beautiful pedicure. Couldn't recommend this nail salon more. I loved every minute! My experience with this salon was excruciating. When I first got there I had to wait 20-30 mins to get a simple manicure. I had to sit there and watch them take people who came in after me. I finally got to be seen and the stylist was aggravated to take me which was extremely weird because throughout my entire time of waiting, I was quiet and didn't speak to anyone. In fact she was so aggravated, she cut me multiple times and made me bleed. She completely butchered my hands and I had to apply ointment and wrap them up. No apology was given nor discount. I'm completely disappointed and in pain and I'm considering talking with the state. read more

My new favorite nail salon! Wonderful staff who are thorough and nice. This is the most hygienic nail salon in the area. A personal pet peeve of mine is when salons reuse dip powder jars on everyone. This place takes the time to do the right thing and use a separate container for you personally. Can't recommend this place more!! They truly go above and beyond. I'm military and I wanted to get my nails done while I was in town. Phillip was more than accommodating. Even after I hurt my ankle and I had to reschedule. He still fit me in. Entering the shop was an entire mood and I loved it. Quiet, very clean, welcoming. It was nice that Phillip makes it a point to remember customer names and facts about them. Hands down the best experience I've had at any salon ever. Not just Jackson. If you're looking for friendly, engaging, high-quality service look no further. Their prices are great and the atmosphere is even better. For me someone who actually takes care of my nails and not just does them is important. The cleanliness is also spectacular on every aspect which is important for a service like this. I also had a few problem areas, ingrown nails, etc. and they were removed gently. I got toe fungus here. Won't be back. Also, there was never any consideration given to wait times. I would call in to be put on the waiting list and given an approximate time to come. I would go early and still have to wait forever. Worst part was, owner did not seem to care. read more

Once you go here, you won't go anywhere else for your nails! Phillip is so sweet and professional. He will go above and beyond to get you scheduled when you want to be scheduled but unlike other nail salons in the area, he will only schedule you when he actually has a technician available. So when you show up at your appointment time, you get seated right away and don't wait while your technician is trying to work on 3 other people at the same time. All the nail technicians are also so kind and they do the best job every time! They also don't schedule a million people at a time so it is quiet and relaxing when you go in. Would not recommend this place. Went in to get dip powder. The lady doing my nails cut me and proceeded to continue with the dip before the bleeding stopped and therefore i had dried blood under my dip and it showed through. I brought it to her attention and she added an additional coat and said that would help but i told her it wouldn't. She proceeded and i you can see from the picture it did not and you could still see it. She did not do anything else to try and solve the problem. I then asked her if i would get a discount considering you could see the blood under my nail and she just laughed. Complete waste of money and will never be back. I understand that it was an accident when she cut me but i feel like the issue should have been resolved in some way and it was not. Super annoyed by the service here. I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop by because I was in dire need of a pedicure. When I walked in nobody greeted me or said hello *1st sign of bad customer service*. My mom and I sat down, my mom filled out the sign in sheet with our names, phone numbers, and the kind of service we wanted. They started talking in their language, still never greeted us. After sitting there on the little waiting couch they have for 10 minutes or so the man who works there asked if we had appointments, I never read that it was required to have an appointment so that's why we went in the first place. Honestly & truly felt discriminated against. This business has horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there if they want to get treated right and with dignity. People don't know who they're treating horribly, I might me a very important person. Never again, my money spends everywhere. I drove just two miles down and was able to get a pedicure and a more welcoming vibe from another business :) read more
