I was to the point were I was about to shave my brows off. Both lady's were so nice and kind and had constant costumers coming in and didn't get frustrated even when it was 20 mins to close. My brows look so good and I'm happy I went to them. I highly recommend if you want to your brows threaded and tinted. It not expensive either it was $20 for thread and tint most place charge more.

It wasn't overflowing with customers which I liked because I could just relax and enjoy their awesome music selection. Customer service was great - very prompt and courteous. They have a wide variety of polish to choose from and the technician who was working on my nails could tell I was a newbie at this. She patiently explained all the differences in manicure types and recommended one that was best suited for my type. The haircuts were both acceptable, nothing different than usual, but the price was much higher than expected. $80 for two men's haircuts. Ridiculous! When I mentioned it, the lady at the counter said it was a great deal because she normally charges much more. Just be sure to know what you're getting before coming here.

The mall closed at 9pm, and after consulting the mall's information board, I made it into Sandeep's chair at 8:43pm. (I know, not a great start.) I was truly embarrassed that I barely beat closing time, she was exhausted (I could see it on her face and she confirmed it), but I needed her... BAD! She pushed through, and even joked with me about the horrific state of my brows. Her work was fabulous, and because I still felt bad about closing time, I kinda' tried to rush her! She showed me my brows, they were perfect and I quickly sat up to leave, she practically pushed me back down! Sandeep proceeded to trim my brows with scissors. (Oh yeah, forgot that part! Great!) She showed me again, they were even more perfect, and I sat up again. She pushed me back down again and whips out a bow stencil, brow brush, and shadow. I reply, "Thank you, but that's really not necessary. It's late and I'm just going home to wash my face." Sandeep smiles, taps my shoulder (cue for me to shut up and lie down), and fills my brows in anyway. My brows were camera ready when I left. Who does that past closing time? I'll tell you who... friggin' Sandeep. That's who! Because of this epic introduction, she's my Mississippi brow girl from this day forward! P.S. My mother-in-law, who was with me watching from the waiting area, is now a fan also and can't wait to come back to Sandeep for her first threading! What a win tonight Sandi! You've won our hearts!

I had super high hopes for my eyebrow lamination, wax, and eyebrow tint but left with an "ok"…read moreexperience. The end results look good but not $95+ tip good and I really didn't get too much aftercare instructions and she knew it was my first rodeo. All she told me was to apply coconut oil and brush then. Ok fine, I did my Googling... My left eyebrow looked like it had too much taken off at the top although she did say one would need to be filled in more than the other as I was laying there (prior to me seeing anything). Afterwards, for the entire day and evening, I kept wondering why my *eyelid* was burning. When I got home, it appeared my eyeLID had gotten burnt by the wax or lamination stuff (I really don't know). The tint lasted about a week and the lamination is still going pretty well at the 3.5 weeks. I honestly don't think I would go back to pay another $95

Personable & made sure I was comfortable. My skin felt amazing after my wax & I did not have to worry about if I had patches or spots that got overlooked. I always thought waxes were just a business transaction, but this girl made me feel like the aesthetic of my body mattered and she made sure to take her time. Also, whatever she exfoliated me with was amazing as well, I walked out feeling like a brand new woman-- I am going on day 3 and I still feel as smooth as the first day. Thank you Tori! Everything was explained... if we had questions.. they were answered. It was wonderful. She has a baby so she chose the post partum package. I'm trying to get pregnant so I chose the fertility package. It was a great time... So great that I bragged about it to my sister that just had a baby 3 months ago. She had been telling me about all of the post partum discharge and smells she's been having going on down there so I said let's go! So at this point this is my second week in a row going... Dominique helped us.. everything was rushed... she never asked if we had any questions about anything . Never asked if it was our first time.... she never asked WHAT PACKAGE WE WANTED. (The MAIN reason we came). It was only hot for like 5 minutes which means she pre made it.. well before we got there and I know this because of how pleasant my first experience was. Disappareared for 20 minutes. Warmed it back up again... then it was time to leave. Since I work in customer service.. I know this was not acceptable. I had a great experience.. recommended y'all to my dear sister and she wasn't pleased! That's CRAZY. But we're still expected to have to pay full price for a service that could have been so much better? For half the effort? Insane. I will not be returning.

My gel polish didn't last long though which is why I gave 4 stars. Gel polish started chipping after a week. I am not rough with my hands nor work with them so in my opinion Gel polish shouldn't be chipping after one week. I will be back. Been back for my second mani and polish change since.
