Wonderful customer service and a good feeling when you walk into the salon! Very pleased with my dip manicure!

There customer service is awful The lady told me my nails were $60 then when I got to check out they were $75. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Go to 5 star in pearl instead!!! Awful awful. And they charge $15 for chrome! Just sad read more

April 19, 2025, I visited this Nail shop. I was prepared to wait a while due to the Holiday weekend(Easter). Unfortunately, when I entered the shop, I only received "unwelcoming" stares from the workers. I waited a few minutes because as I expected, there were a good number of customers being served. I continued to patiently wait while the workers/ nail technicians proceeded to acknowledge my presence in the shop by briefly starring at me but there wasn't any greetings or conversation made towards me. The lady who usually makes the assignments (after providing a friendly greeting) was not present at the time. I figured that she probably was in the back room providing a wax service( eyebrow, chin, upper lip) that she usually does. Then, I decided to sit and wait until she come to the front area to provide the proper greeting and assignment that she usually does for any client. While waiting, the workers and /or nail technicians continued to intermittently look at me, but never asked, "Can I help you?" or state, "I will be right with you." Even though, this was a total "RED FLAG" and very disapproval in the service, I continue to wait optimistically. Later, as I waited, another customer entered the shop. Upon her entrance in the doorway, one of the workers immediately stated with a friendly tone, "May I help you?" Obviously without any known reason, I was totally ignored and when another customer entered the nail shop, that person was immediately acknowledged with a pleasant greeting and willingness to assist and provide service. I definitely don't recommend anyone to support this particular nail shop. Their preference to implement discrimination actions and behavior were clearly displayed today when I was totally ignored and wasn't offered their service. They chose to offer and willingly provide service to a customer who entered the building after my entrance and decision to wait for service to be offered . My presence was acknowledged only through unfriendly facial expressions and unwelcoming looks. This Nail Shop grade for today is extremely poor....-1. Extremely disgraceful. Everyone should be treated fair and given respect at all times. If you want respect, you have to be willing to provide respect as well. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had in all 20 years of getting my nails done. The customer service was mild but the workmanship was terrible. I came in for a polish change on my toes and full set on my hands with 2 thumbnail removals. I showed both people the color and design that I was going for and neither delivered. The pedicurist picked the color and reassured me that it would match after the second coat. It didn't. When asked for a new color, she declined saying she didn't have time to take the color off and redo it because more customers were waiting. She proceeded to raise the arm of the chair and direct me to the chair so they could do my nails. My nail tech was so rough and heavy handed that the removal of the two nails brought tears to my eyes. It hurt so bad. He was not apologetic but instead responded by saying it's because the nails were put on too thick before I came there which was not the case at all. Not to mention, my nails are NOTHING CLOSE to what I asked for. They are too short, the wrong color, 3 of my cuticles were cut during the process, and he still requested payment of $115 immediately after he was done even though I expressed my dislike for the length, shape, and lack of design that I requested. This place will never get another dime from me. I had the pleasure of having the owner do my nails Once I walked over to pick my color I sat and waited while he made from phone calls to his sons school (This call was fine with me so I waited only because I heard the call to the school nd his son is getting bullied) He cuts my nails uneven and not just short,long I'm talking slopes! After applying the polish my nails looked humped I had clumps of polish on some parts of my nail and smooth on another part....I sat in my car wanting to go back in there nd demand my monies instead I decided to write this review...BUYER BEWARE.. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.. Plus he has other shops..yea heard that thur a conversation he was having while doing my . I don't care about the calls because I can multi-task while on the phone so I thought every body could. read more

I loved finding a nail salon open on Sunday afternoon. Very clean, very friendly technicians. They seemed to really know the community. This place was horrendous! My friend and I went there and the customer service was horrible. The pedicure had to be redone twice because they didn't even get the gel off from the previous pedicure. There was no massage with the pedicure and we ended up with bubbles under the polish. The owner had to come over and try to fix both of ours to no luck. $40 for a pedicure and it not being done even decent is ridiculous! I got acrylic nails and the guy that started them messed them up so bad that the owner wasn't able to salvage them. They were all rude and abrasive and could really use some customer service skills. read more

The lady that did the pedicure was the most rude unfriendly person I've ever seen.. she was rough and hurt me and didn't care at all. I took my mother in law to get her nails done as a treat. They did a wonderful job. V took so much time and care in doing our nails. There was about 5 min wait but a steady stream of people coming and going. When we got there it was 2 people working. The guy called someone one to come in and two more people showed up to work. I went there to get my nails done with my mom. I had Katy, I believe was her name and she did my pedicure as well as gel on my finger nails. I loved Katy! Very sweet to talk too, and I love how she did my pedicure. I think I've found the spot I want to keep coming to! But for my mom, the male, never got his name, did a very quick job and had polish on her skin, as well as missing polish on the side on a couple of her nails. I will never let him get near my nails after seeing my moms nails. Very clean place! I would request for Katy if you ever go. read more
