Have came here a few times, Andy does a great job ! he did these based off a picture I showed him , love love loveee

Too aggressive with nippers made my toe bleed! Warning!

This is an average to below average "nail spa."You are given a choice of treatments and levels of treatments. You are automatically encouraged to spend more of course. I was disappointed to see the poor quality of linens used & products. I asked to have my nails squared off only to have them done rounded. The nail technician was so aggressive with nippers she cut my skin and made it bleed. The exfoliating was minimal at best. Overall I will not return it will wait to go back to my previous business.

I love VIP Nails!! The employees are so friendly and do a phenomenal job. I always get dip and this is my go to salon because my nails never chip when done here. I also recommend their deluxe pedicure!!

As you can see terrible product left over and she cut me

I am severely disappointed my last four visits to VIP. I've been coming here for over a year and a half. I normally just get pedicures occasionally I've had a full set most of the time I've had dip on my hands. Last night Friday, January 21 I was there from 4:20-6:40pm. For a pedicure and dip change. That was the last straw that's the last time I will ever step foot into this establishment. I asked for a nude coffin with black tips. As you can see below that is not what that is. My nails were soaking off while I was getting a pedicure but the bowl was taken away for me before I could finish soaking the rest of the product off so She then decided to pop the dip off my real nail which then proceeded to break off my right index finger and my left thumb the real nails. I told her I wanted them long as I've been growing them out and I said I need to put tips on there cause you just broke them. So she continues the process and I'm watching it just get worse and worse further away from what I wanted and just completely disgusting honestly. What ticked me off is the fact that I have been going to this establishment for over a year and a half and I tipped good I always tip good. She looked at me and said $93. That means not only did she charge me for the tips on my natural nails that she broke off but then thought that this hand was worth 50????? The math doesn't make sense I don't get it but that's it I'm done do not go here and don't waste your time they rush

One certain person did not do as well as others. I will go back but not to him. I don't know his name , sorry, but he wasn't very good.

The foot and leg massage with the VIP pedicure was just what my tired feet needed to relax.

My first visit to Allure Nails made a positive impact on how I have worn my nails for two decades…read more I can imagine that this salon gets crowded, but there were only a few ladies finishing up when I walked in so I was seen right away. I usually go with a gel overlay and gel polish, but only because I wasn't aware there was a more healthy equally beautiful alternative resulted in strong, protected nails. Today, I was convinced to try dipped nails as I was soaking off the old overlay. After I understood the concept, I was sold. Dipped nails aren't drilled hashly and aren't thick and unnatural looking. I had fun chatting with the warm technician. We even recorded the process for my Instagram. The pricing is affordable. I soaked off, cut down and received a full set of dipped nails for $40+. I'm truly satisfied and have already recommended this nail salon to others.

Out of town customer. The staff was super nice. The salon was 7/10 cleanliness…read more Now, I went in for a pedicure. I am convinced the little old lady that gave me the pedicure has never done one before. I wanted my nails short (b/c of being in tennis shoes, dress shoes etc) I asked her 3 times to go shorter & they still aren't where I want them. She was barely BARELY snipping them. I'll end up cutting them in a couple days. When she filed my toenails she was barely touching them. I felt like she was "petting" my toes & feet with the tools she had. GIRL - get in there! I'm paying you to clean this up - not simply running the tools over the top of my toes. I get regular pedicures so my heels aren't THAT bad... but she spent less than 30 seconds on each of them. I paid $45 for - pretty much - a polish change.

I was visiting Jackson, MS from Texas, for a work trip, and had an upcoming vacation, where I was…read moremeeting up with someone very special. My nails were looking worse for wear, and I NEEDED to get them done! I've had nail PTSD from a local Texas salon, and was super hesitant to try somewhere else, nonetheless out of town. After reading carefully the reviews and consulting with my girlfriends, I chose Nancy's. Nancy's nail spa is everything a nail salon promises to be. Clean, beautiful, and a welcoming atmosphere. I am a shy person, but everyone, from staff to patrons were warm. This is a REAL salon. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pampering experience. How often have you gone to a salon and the workers were cold and you felt like you were inconveniencing them? Not at Nancy's. I felt like a local and had to be honest, the best nail experience of my life. Michelle did a beautiful job on my nails. I had some nail splits on my thumbs, and she repaired them really nicely. She gave me advice on how to continue to grow/repair them from my botch job in Texas, and was very kind throughout it all. I kept saying, "I feel like a lady!" after she was done as she really made me look and feel great! I hope I get sent to Jackson again for work real soon... so I can return to Nancy's for a manicure!

TLDR: They gave me gel nail polish instead of regular and wouldn't help me get it off when I called…read morethem about the mistake. Also, manicurists were watching their phones while working on customers! Very unprofessional! I will not be coming here again. My mother and I came in on a Saturday, and there were only a handful of customers - if that. That should have been my first clue. My manicurist barely spoke to me, which was honestly fine. I can be an introvert and was not in a talkative mood. I didn't even mind that he was watching a video on his phone while working on my nails. What I do mind is that I came in wanting to get regular nail polish, not gel. He never asked me which I wanted, and I didn't know which nail polish bottle was which (yes, I probably should have asked - but it was his job to ask me, not the other way around). He layered the nail polish thicker on some nails than others, meaning that my nails weren't all the same color. He didn't shape my nails the same on both hands. And on one of my nails, the nail polish was so thick that there was a bulge of nail polish right near the tip and very noticeable. (Pictured) After a week, I was done and wanted them off. I still assumed the polish was regular and thought it just hadn't chipped because he layered it so thick. Well, one ruined glass nail file and bottle of (not 100% acetone) nail polish later, I finally freed one of my nails from (most of) the polish and had to admit that this was not regular nail polish. (Pictured) I did not want to go buy acetone and spend several hours trying to get my nail polish off, so I called and explained and asked if they could help me get it off. They lady who answered told me I needed to buff off the shine, soak them in acetone, and use a cuticle pusher to scrape them off. That was all great advice, but there was no apology, no offer to have me come in so they could take the polish off for me (which I would have been happy to pay for!), nothing. So now, I'm going to go buy my own acetone and try to get these nails off. But you can bet I'll never get my nails done here again!

I booked with Tim! And let me tell you I asked and he delivered! It was more than just appointment,…read morebut a bond in the making. If you're thinking about booking, BOOK!
