I am not the person to get her nails done on a regular basis as I am in healthcare and all the hand cleaning really takes a toll on my nails. I'll do my own nails at home if I wanted some pizzazz. BUT graduation was coming up and I wanted a fresh set plus I wanted to be pampered as a treat to myself. My best friend had given me a gift certificate for my birthday so I thought, why not? I was immediately greeted upon arrival and it wasn't super busy when I got there but as I sat and got my nails done, more and more clients were rolling in and each one was immediately greeted which was nice. I opted for gel and wanted a design which they were very accommodating. The owner herself did my nails and they turned out gorgeous. Exactly what I wanted. One of the reasons I also don't get my nails done elsewhere is the fear of getting cut as this has happened in the past but she did a great job only taking off what was absolutely necessarily. This nail shop is pretty nice. It looks very clean and crisp with white walls, marble floors and palm trees wall paper. I received a VIP pedicure (the one with a lot of steps) lol and I got French tips. I enjoyed it though. I paid $70 for the whole thing. During my pedicure I was offered a complimentary drink (canned drink or bottle water). I thought that was nice. I had to wait to dry though because of social distancing. Please don't go here, I've gone here twice and both times I've been disappointed. My most recent visit all I asked for was a simple short French tip acrylic set. The man who did my nails worked very slow, (you'd assume that means he's taking his time to perfect his work but no) all the nails were sloppy and bumpy. Lord knows I was praying he would get it together with the electric drill but no, my nails had ridges, dents, and caked up acrylic all underneath them. The "french" tip was looking more like Spanish tips if you know what I mean and overall the quality was quite poor. The vibe was cool if that's what you're concerned about but between the nervous glances he would give me and the work that was presented, I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. read more

This is an average to below average "nail spa."You are given a choice of treatments and levels of treatments. You are automatically encouraged to spend more of course. I was disappointed to see the poor quality of linens used & products. I asked to have my nails squared off only to have them done rounded. The nail technician was so aggressive with nippers she cut my skin and made it bleed. The exfoliating was minimal at best. I told the owner about my situation with the person who was doing my feet. I told her although I asked him to cut them, he cut them really short and he kept poking me with his tools. I told him multiple times that he was hurting me. He became a little more gentle. When reporting this to the owner, I didn't mind paying my charge, I just wanted my nails evened out and I wanted to know what I could do about the pain that was inflicted on my toes during the service. She responded with "I don't know what you want me to do." I want you to do absolutely nothing, ma'am. I paid my price and left. Probably was the worst experience I've had here so far. read more

Ended up here at 6.45 PM on a Wednesday evening, and was pleasantly surprised. They took us in even though it was almost closing time. I got a pedicure, and it was wonderful. They did a great job at exfoliating my feet and scrubbing away all the dry skin (my last pedicure was more than 8 months ago eeeks). I didn't feel rushed at all even though it was way past their closing time. Good selection of colors as well. The salon is very clean and everyone wore a mask. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place. P.S. they have amazing massage chairs so make sure to turn yours on! read more

I am severely disappointed my last four visits to VIP. I've been coming here for over a year and a half. I normally just get pedicures occasionally I've had a full set most of the time I've had dip on my hands. Last night Friday, January 21 I was there from 4:20-6:40pm. For a pedicure and dip change. That was the last straw that's the last time I will ever step foot into this establishment. I asked for a nude coffin with black tips. As you can see below that is not what that is. My nails were soaking off while I was getting a pedicure but the bowl was taken away for me before I could finish soaking the rest of the product off so She then decided to pop the dip off my real nail which then proceeded to break off my right index finger and my left thumb the real nails. I told her I wanted them long as I've been growing them out and I said I need to put tips on there cause you just broke them. So she continues the process and I'm watching it just get worse and worse further away from what I wanted and just completely disgusting honestly. What ticked me off is the fact that I have been going to this establishment for over a year and a half and I tipped good I always tip good. She looked at me and said $93. That means not only did she charge me for the tips on my natural nails that she broke off but then thought that this hand was worth 50????? The math doesn't make sense I don't get it but that's it I'm done do not go here and don't waste your time they rush read more

I've been coming to vip for over a year now and the service there can be hit or miss. They have good prices and typically you don't have to wait super long but I've been a bit disappointed the past two times I've gone. I always get dip manicures which usually last me 2-3 weeks. The past two dip manicures I've received from vip started chipping off within the first week I got them. The first one I had two nails chip about 6 days after receiving my manicure. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a fluke and went back to get a whole new manicure. With this second dip manicure I had 3 of my nails chip within 3 days. I went back to get them fixed, which they did free of charge. However, even after fixing them they started chipping again a few days later. Probably wont go back for a while! I would like my manicures to last around 2 weeks like they do when I go to other places! read more

VIP NAILS and Spa exceeded my expectations!!!!...especially in these COVID-19 times. First and most importantly this is a very clean and sanitized establishment. Sanitizers ,face mask soap ,water and clean towels were all available and being utilized. The staff was on point. They were friendly and provided great service. The young man that did my nails was very professional, skilled and exhibited a wonderful disposition. I am scared to death of COVID but I took a chance on this establishment. I try to give people a chance but this shop is not good. I wasn't pleased the first time but I said I will try again. This time my 15 year went for a fill in with a color change. Unfortunately, I was not there she was dropped off by my oldest daughter and picked back up. These people did not cut the nails down like she asked they just filed a little and they actually painted over the other color that was on her nails. She went on a Thursday so they could be done for the first day of school by Sunday the polish started to come off. I am so upset never again!!! I received a pedicure there. I am assuming because of the language barrier the technician did not understand that I did not want her to cut my toenails because they were already short enough. Anyway. She cut my toe nail cuticle to the quick and caused a fungus infection that led me to visit the podiatrist as my nail eventually dislodged. Tried to inform them and was accused of injuring my own toe. they do not take accountability and apparently instruments are not clean. read more

I gave this nail shop and it's techs the benefit of the doubt.... Decided to back, because I believe in second chances (barely), however I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SHOP EVVVER! Walked in, was greeted, and was asked what I wanted.. Told them, okay cool, requested Andy.. after sitting for about 30 minutes & seeing that it was 2 more people, I requested to see Titi (however you spell her name) she was finishing up her client and I was next in line, but I was told because I requested Andy, she doesn't want to do my nails and she won't do them because I requested him..
